OHMYGOOOOOOD
Thank God this wasn't as sad as the others đ I needed a break from crying.
"Maybe itâs fate," she joked, but her tone had a hint of seriousness.
The way I almost screamed bc IT IS FATE đ„șđ©·
Logan followed without complaint, falling into step beside you as you made your way to the car. The streets were quieter than usual, but the tension between rival families was palpableâsomething was brewing, and everyone knew it.
Istg when I read this I was so sure y/n would end up with a bullet between her eyes, that's how scared I amđ
You laughed, standing up and dusting your hands off. âSorry to disappoint. Iâve got a weakness for strays.â
Logan being the ultimate strayđ
đ€ she's always drawn to him
Mr. Russo gave Logan a once-over, then grinned, his false teeth gleaming. âYou any good at cards, tough guy?â
This was so precious to me!! Logan playing cards with y/n and her friends â€ïž
âYeah?â You took a step closer, crossing your arms with a playful grin. âAnd here I thought Iâd be driving you crazy.â
âYou do,â he murmured, almost too quietly. His lips turned up slightly, but he looked away, that unspoken wall going back up.
This has so many meanings, not only flirting but I can imagine after over 100 years loving and losing the same person over and over, that would definitely drive him crazy
You glanced down the hall and shrugged. âGuess I can live with that. For now.â
Loganâs lips twitched, just barely. âFor now,â he echoed, and there was something heavier in those words, something he wasnât sharing.
MY HEART ACHEDđđđđ
The kiss was desperate, wild, like he was making up for lost time. His lips claimed yours with a roughness that sent a shiver down your spine, his hands moving to cradle your face, pulling you closer as if he couldnât stand the distance. You gasped against his mouth, your fingers finding their way into his hair, tugging him down harder.
Logan groaned into your mouth, a deep, almost pained sound, and the desperation in it made your blood race. He kissed you like he was starving, like he needed this, needed you, and you felt your body melt into him.
Omfg I've never seen them so passionate it's making me feel things đźâđš the smut was perfect balance of passion and desperation
And this time, he was determined to make it last as long as he could. Maybe, just maybe, even put that ring to use.
Screaming crying throwing up đđ„șđ„șđ„ș bc I desperately need to see when he proposes but I can't even imagine how it would go
You felt a surge of affection for him then, this man whoâd somehow become both your protector and your closest confidant. He was rough around the edges, guarded and distant with everyone elseâbut with you, he was different. You brought out a softness in him, a warmth that felt as though it had been buried for a long, long time.
This might be one of the best dialogues I've read, bc it's so true đ„ș for decades this man has tried everything in his power to cherish and protect the love of his life, she's the only one that brings out a resemblance of peace on himđđ
Loganâs gaze darkened. âItâs not. You know that. And anyone who tries to take it without your say? They got me to deal with.â His voice was low and dangerous, a promise just for you.
Forever obsessed with this story and the way he will do anything to help and adore y/nâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž

notes: i'm a sucker for the bodyguard trope (and also just dofp logan in general, that man makes me go feral), so you know i had to do it when given the chance! i had so much fun writing this version of reader, especially because this is the closest to 'modern' times that we've gotten and i didn't have to do a ton of research about this year. the tags might give away a little bit of the plot, but i promise it's gonna be a fun ride ;)
warnings/tags: fluff, angst, 70s!logan, mafia/mob, implied age gap, flirting, smut, thigh riding, unprotected piv, creampie, arranged marriage
series masterlist - chapter 4 â chapter 6
He left Stryker, Victor, and Team X behind, settling in New York City as a bodyguard, hired by various people: politicians, the mafia, anyone.
Logan was now getting his fifth job, protecting a mobsterâs young daughter.
He was used to jobs like this by now, but something about this one felt... different. As he walked through the large estate, the details blurred around him. His focus was on the jobâuntil the moment he saw you.
You were standing by the window, the sunlight filtering through the curtains, casting a soft glow over your face. There was something familiar about the way you held yourself, the way your hair fell over your shoulders. For a second, it felt like the air was sucked out of the room.
Loganâs chest tightened.
It was you.
Same face. Same presence. Same pull that had haunted him for over a century.
But you were different, too. This time, you werenât a schoolteacher, a nurse, or a coal minerâs wife. You were his new job.
You turned, eyes meeting his, and for a brief moment, it felt like you recognized him too. That sense of familiarity flickered across your face before you smiledâpolite, but distant.
âY/N, this is Logan,â the mobsterâyour fatherâintroduced. âHeâll be your new bodyguard.â
Your fatherâs voice faded into the background as Loganâs gaze remained locked on you. You gave a small nod, extending your hand. âNice to meet you, Logan.â
Logan stared at your hand for a beat too long before taking it. That brief contact sent a shock through him, an old memory he couldnât quite shake.
âLikewise,â he muttered, his voice rougher than he intended.
Your father clapped Logan on the back. âI expect youâll keep her safe. Thereâs been some... tension with a rival family.â
Logan only nodded, but his attention stayed on you. You were right in front of him, alive. But you didnât know him. Like always.
After your father left the room, you leaned against the window frame, crossing your arms. âSo, how long have you been doing this?â you asked, your tone casual.
Logan leaned against the wall, watching you closely. âLong enough.â
You raised an eyebrow, a small smirk tugging at the corner of your mouth. âThatâs vague.â
He didnât respond, and for a moment, silence settled between you two. It wasnât uncomfortable, but there was something unsaid hanging in the air.
âWhat about you?â Logan asked, more to fill the space than out of curiosity. âHow do you feel about having a bodyguard?â
You shrugged. âIâve had worse.â
That earned a faint, almost imperceptible smile from Logan, but he quickly covered it with a grunt. âGlad to hear it.â
A pause. Then you looked at him, your eyes narrowing slightly, like you were trying to figure him out. âYou seem... familiar.â
Logan stiffened. âDonât think weâve met before.â
You tilted your head, studying him. âNo, but... I donât know. Something about you.â
Loganâs heart pounded in his chest, but he kept his expression neutral. He couldnât tell you. Not about the past lives, not about how many times he had watched you die.
You shrugged it off, smiling again. âMaybe Iâm just imagining things.â
âMaybe,â Logan muttered, not meeting your eyes this time.
The rest of the day passed in a blur of introductions, schedules, and instructions from your father. Logan followed at a distance, keeping an eye on you, but his mind was elsewhere.
That night, Logan sat on the balcony just outside your room, staring out at the city lights. His thoughts raced, the weight of the engagement ring in his pocket feeling heavier than usual.
You were alive. Again.
But for how long this time?
---
You plopped onto your bed, the wire from your rotary phone stretching with you, âhe is good looking though.â
You could practically hear Jenniferâs grin through the phone, âoh, yeah? Man, all your bodyguards are good looking. Itâs not fair!â
You laughed, twirling the phone cord between your fingers. "Heâs⊠different though. I canât quite put my finger on it. Heâs quiet, but not in the usual 'Iâm-paid-to-watch-you' way."
"Is he mysterious?" Jennifer teased, her voice light. "Maybe heâs got some dark, brooding backstory. Mob families always hire guys like thatââstrong and silent.â"
You snorted. "Maybe. But heâs not like the others." You hesitated, leaning back against the pillows, staring at the ceiling. âThereâs something familiar about him⊠like Iâve met him before.â
Jennifer paused on the other end of the line, then her voice softened. "You think heâs one of your dadâs guys from back in the day?"
You shook your head, even though she couldnât see it. "No, itâs not that. Itâs⊠weird, Jen. Like I know him, but I donât. Itâs been bugging me since I met him."
"Maybe itâs fate," she joked, but her tone had a hint of seriousness. "Youâve been going through bodyguards like theyâre tissues. Maybe this oneâs here to stick around."
You rolled your eyes but smiled. "Fate? Youâve been reading too many romance novels."
"Hey, a girl can dream!" Jennifer laughed. "But seriously, if you feel something, maybe itâs worth looking into. Heâs hot, right?"
You smiled at that, though your thoughts wandered back to Logan. The way his eyes lingered on you, like he was seeing something no one else could. "Yeah," you admitted softly. "Heâs definitely that. Heâs probably as old as my dad or somethinâ. But man, Jen, if you saw him youâd lose your mind.â
You twirled the phone cord around your finger, still smiling to yourself, but your thoughts kept circling back to Logan. Something about the way he looked at youâlike he knew more than he was sayingâstuck with you. It wasnât creepy or overprotective. It was... familiar. Comforting, even.
Jenniferâs voice pulled you from your thoughts. âHey, donât overthink it, okay? Enjoy the view for once. Not everyone gets a hot bodyguard with a mysterious vibe. Maybe heâs the silver lining to your dadâs whole âparanoiaâ problem.â
You laughed quietly. âYeah, maybe.â
You hung up not long after, still feeling the weight of that odd, lingering sense of déjà vu.
---
The next morning, Logan was waiting for you downstairs. Dressed in his usual dark clothes, he stood near the front door with his hands in his pockets, posture relaxed but alert. His eyes flicked toward you the second you entered the room.
There it was againâthat heavy gaze that made it feel like he could see right through you.
âMorninâ,â you said, offering a small smile.
âMorninâ,â Logan replied, his voice gravelly.
Your father wasnât homeâout dealing with âbusinessââwhich gave you a rare moment to yourself. Well, mostly. You slipped on your leather jacket and glanced at Logan, your lips quirking up in a teasing grin. âWhatâs the plan, bodyguard? Gonna follow me around all day?â
Logan grunted, something close to amusement flashing in his eyes. âThatâs the job.â
âYou always this chatty?â
âOnly when I meet interesting people.â His tone was dry, but there was the faintest flicker of a smile beneath it.
You snorted, heading for the door. âCâmon, hope you like running errands.â
Logan followed without complaint, falling into step beside you as you made your way to the car. The streets were quieter than usual, but the tension between rival families was palpableâsomething was brewing, and everyone knew it.
Still, Loganâs presence made you feel... safer. Like nothing bad could happen as long as he was there. It was strange. You barely knew him, but being around him felt easy. Natural. Like youâd known him for a lot longer than a day.
---
When you said you were going to run âerrands,â Logan hadnât expected you to walk straight into an animal shelter. He followed you through the entrance, nodding politely at the woman at the front desk as you greeted her like an old friend.
âMorning, Lorraine!â you said with a bright smile.
Lorraine, a middle-aged woman with kind eyes, smiled back. âThereâs my favorite troublemaker. The pups will be glad to see you.â She cast a curious glance at Logan. âAnd whoâs this?â
âMy latest babysitter,â you said with a smirk, glancing at Logan. âLogan, meet Lorraine. Lorraine, Logan.â
Logan gave a curt nod. âMaâam.â
Lorraine chuckled. âA man of few words. I like him already.â She waved you both toward the back. âGo on, theyâve been waiting for you.â
As soon as you walked past the front desk and entered the back area, the sound of excited barking filled the air. Dogs of all sizes pressed their noses against the bars of their cages, tails wagging furiously at the sight of you.
You crouched down in front of one of the kennels, talking softly to a scruffy little mutt as it whined and pawed at the bars. âHey, buddy. Miss me?â
Logan leaned against the wall, arms crossed, watching the way you scratched behind the dog's ears. There was something easy about the way you moved here, something soft. For a mobsterâs kid, you had a surprisingly gentle touch.
"Didn't expect this to be part of the job," Logan muttered after a moment, his voice low but teasing.
You glanced up, grinning. "What, thought Iâd be shopping for fur coats or shaking people down for cash?"
Logan raised a brow. "Somethinâ like that."
You laughed, standing up and dusting your hands off. âSorry to disappoint. Iâve got a weakness for strays.â You reached into your jacket pocket and pulled out a small bag of treats, tossing some into the kennels. "These guys have it rough enough without me skipping out on them."
Logan watched as the dogs practically fought over the treats, barking happily at your attention. You moved from cage to cage, giving each dog a little affection. It was... unexpected.
Logan watched you toss the last treat into one of the kennels, the scruffy mutt practically vibrating with happiness. He leaned back against the wall, arms crossed, an amused glint in his eyes as you turned and dusted your hands off with a grin.
"Youâre full of surprises," Logan muttered.
You raised an eyebrow, smirking as you folded your arms. âOh, yeah? Disappointed?â
"Not exactly." His lips twitched, like he was fighting a smile.
You took a step closer, tilting your head. "Well, what did you expect?"
Logan shrugged, keeping his expression neutral. "Spoiled. Entitled. Maybe a little dangerous."
You laughed, the sound light and easy, and Loganâs chest tightened in a way that felt too familiar. "Dangerous, huh? Guess Iâve got some layers." You gave him a playful once-over. "What about you? Big, scary bodyguard with a brooding vibe. Got any surprises I should know about?"
Logan snorted. "Not really."
You narrowed your eyes like you didnât quite believe him, but instead of pressing, you motioned toward the door. "Câmon. Iâve got one more stop."
Logan fell into step beside you as you exited the shelter and made your way toward the car. You chatted casually, filling the silence with stories about your favorite dogs at the shelter. But Logan stayed mostly quiet, his mind racing. It wasnât just your voiceâit was you. The way you carried yourself, the way you teased him like it was second nature.
He stole a glance at you as you drove. God, it felt the same as always. Like gravity pulled him toward you whether he wanted it or not.
---
Logan shouldâve expected the second time around that you werenât taking him to a normal place for errands. He was even more surprised when you parked in a nursing home parking lot and got out with that same pep in your step.
The sliding doors opened as you walked up to the front counter, where a middle-aged woman with tired eyes peered over the top of a blocky computer monitor. Her name tag read Carol.
âMorning, Carol,â you chirped with an easy smile, tapping your fingers on the desk.
Carol looked up and brightened at the sight of you. âWell, if it isnât my favorite visitor. Here to cheer up the old-timers again?â
âAlways,â you said, flashing a grin. âAnd I brought backup today.â You gestured behind you to Logan, who gave a brief nod.
Carol gave him a once-over and arched an eyebrow. âWell now, you didnât tell me youâd be bringing a tall drink of water.â
You smirked, glancing over your shoulder at Logan. âYeah, figured Iâd mix things up.â
Logan just grunted in response, but the corner of his mouth twitched slightlyâhalf amusement, half something else. Carol winked at you before waving toward the hallway. âYou know where to find them.â
You led Logan down the hall, your steps light and familiar as if you'd been coming here for years. He followed quietly, his sharp gaze flicking between doorways and hallways, always alert.
âYou spend a lot of time here?â Logan asked as you slowed near a door marked Activity Room.
You shrugged. âYeah. Most of these folks donât get many visitors. Itâs nice to stop by and remind them theyâre not forgotten.â
Logan gave a small grunt of acknowledgment. It was such a simple thingâvolunteering at a nursing homeâbut it hit him hard. It was just like you to find the overlooked parts of the world and give them your attention, like the dogs at the shelter, like the people here. You always had that streak of kindness, no matter which life you were living.
You nudged open the door, stepping into the room. A group of residents sat in mismatched chairs, some knitting, others half-watching a daytime soap on an old television. At the sight of you, faces lit up.
âThere she is!â one of the older women called, setting her knitting aside with a delighted clap of her hands. âI thought you forgot about us!â
âAs if I ever could,â you replied warmly, walking over to give her a light hug.
Logan lingered near the doorway, watching as you moved through the room like you belonged there, chatting with each resident, asking about their week, their familiesâif they remembered them. His heart twisted, both with admiration and an ache that wouldnât quit.
You noticed him standing off to the side and shot him a teasing grin. âDonât be shy, Logan. They wonât bite.â
He raised an eyebrow. âNot worried about them.â
You laughed, turning back to an older man with a deck of cards spread out in front of him. âLogan, meet Mr. Russo. Heâs got a mean poker face.â
Mr. Russo gave Logan a once-over, then grinned, his false teeth gleaming. âYou any good at cards, tough guy?â
Logan shrugged. âI can hold my own.â
You slid into the chair beside Mr. Russo, motioning for Logan to join you. âCare to test your luck?â
Logan hesitated for only a moment before pulling out a chair, the legs scraping against the linoleum. As he sat down, you dealt him a hand, your fingers brushing his in the processâa fleeting touch, but enough to send a jolt of familiarity through both of you.
You caught Loganâs gaze over the cards, a flicker of something unspoken passing between you. There it was againâthat sense that you knew him somehow, though you couldnât quite place it. It nagged at you, but you let it pass, offering him a playful smirk instead.
âCareful,â you warned. âI donât go easy on anyone.â
Logan returned the smirk, something dangerous glinting in his eyes. âNeither do I.â
---
After the game, which you wonâbarely, you said your goodbyes to the residents, promising to visit again soon. Logan followed silently as you made your way back to the car, the soft clinking of your keys the only sound between you.
âNot what you expected for today, huh?â you asked as you slid into the driverâs seat.
Logan leaned against the car door, arms crossed. âNot exactly.â
You smiled, starting the engine. âBet you thought being a mobsterâs kid would be more... glamorous.â
âSomething like that.â He gave you a sidelong glance. âYou like keeping people guessing, donât you?â
You grinned, shifting the car into drive. âItâs one of my many talents.â
The two of you drove in companionable silence, the hum of the city filling the space between you. Logan rested his elbow on the window frame, glancing at you every so often. You were like a puzzle he couldnât quite solveâdifferent from the others, yet still unmistakably you.
âWhy do you do it?â he asked after a while. âThe shelter, the nursing home. You donât have to.â
You shrugged, your expression thoughtful. "Dunno. Just because I was born into this life doesnât mean I like what my dad does. I guess sometimes I feel like Iâm tryinâ to balance the scales."
Logan leaned back against the seat, his sharp gaze on you, but he didnât respond right away. You could tell he was chewing on thatâprobably picking apart your words, trying to figure you out. He always seemed like the kind of man who noticed everything, even if he didnât say much about it.
You flashed him a teasing grin, trying to lighten the mood. "What about you? Any skeletons in the closet? Or are you just a man of mystery with perfect timing?"
Logan snorted softly, his lips twitching in that almost-smile he had. "Iâm no mystery. Just do my job."
"Oh, come on," you pressed, throwing him a playful look. "You gotta give me something. Favorite food? Ever been married? Deep, dark secret?"
He gave you a sidelong glance, amused but guarded. "Steak. No. And not a chance."
You huffed in mock disappointment, drumming your fingers on the steering wheel. "Youâre no fun, Logan."
"Never said I was," he muttered, but there was warmth in his tone, like he didnât mind your teasing at all.
The conversation paused for a moment, the soft hum of the engine filling the space between you. Loganâs eyes lingered on you a little longer than they probably should haveâtaking in the curve of your smile, the way your fingers tapped a rhythm on the wheel.
And damn, if you didnât make it hard to stay detached. You were so... alive. Every glance, every smile, every little laugh. You carried yourself like someone who knew how fleeting things could beâand even though Logan knew you couldnât remember, he remembered every time youâd slipped through his fingers. That thought settled heavy in his chest, like a weight he carried everywhere.
You shot him a grin. "You know, if you keep looking at me like that, Iâm gonna think youâre interested."
Loganâs lips twitched. "What makes you think Iâm not?"
The boldness of his response caught you off guard for a second, but you recovered quickly, leaning a little closer, eyes glinting with mischief. "Careful, tough guy. Youâre supposed to be protecting me, not flirting with me."
"Who says I canât do both?" His voice was low, rough, and it sent a small shiver down your spine.
You tilted your head, pretending to consider it. "I think my dad might disagree."
Loganâs eyes darkened slightly, though his expression didnât change. "Your dadâs not here."
There it wasâthat pull again, the quiet, unspoken gravity between the two of you. It was like standing on the edge of something dangerous and thrilling all at once. You felt it in the way his gaze lingered, in the weight of his words. He wasnât just playing along.
You cleared your throat, breaking the tension with a teasing smile. "Well, if youâre planning on making a move, Logan, you better make it good. Iâve got high standards, yâknow."
Logan let out a low chuckleâquiet, but genuineâand for a moment, you thought you saw something softer in his eyes. Something like... affection.
But just as quickly, it was gone, replaced by that familiar guarded expression.
"Noted," he muttered, shifting his gaze back to the road ahead.
You grinned, satisfied that youâd managed to chip away at his walls, even if only a little.
---
The two of you finished your errands without any trouble, stopping by a grocery store for some essentials and grabbing a late lunch at a small diner tucked away from the main streets. It wasnât muchâjust burgers and friesâbut sitting across from Logan in the booth, you felt surprisingly content.
He was quiet most of the time, but not in a way that felt awkward. It was... comfortable. Like he didnât need to fill the silence just for the sake of it. And every now and then, heâd throw out a dry, sarcastic comment that made you laugh harder than you expected.
You leaned back in the booth, sipping your soda and watching him over the rim of your glass. "Yâknow, Logan... youâre not half as scary as you look."
Logan raised an eyebrow, smirking slightly. "Disappointed?"
"Not at all," you replied, your smile turning a little softer. "I like surprises."
He held your gaze for a moment, something unreadable flickering behind those sharp blue eyes. And for a secondâjust a secondâyou thought maybe, just maybe, there was something familiar about the way he looked at you. Like you were more than just a job to him.
But before you could dwell on it, Logan glanced at his watch and cleared his throat. "We should head back. Your old manâll be expecting you."
You sighed dramatically, sliding out of the booth. "Guess my funâs over."
Logan chuckled, tossing a few bills on the table for the check. "For now."
You gave him a playful nudge as you walked past him toward the door. "Donât sound too excited."
---
By the time you got back to the house, the sun was starting to dip below the horizon, casting the streets in a soft orange glow. Logan followed you inside, his quiet presence grounding you in a way you couldnât quite explain.
"Thanks for today," you said, tossing your jacket onto a chair.
Logan gave a small nod, leaning against the wall near the door. "No problem."
You hesitated for a moment, then shot him one last grin. "You know, youâre not as bad as I thought."
"Same to you," he replied, that almost-smile creeping back onto his face.
And just like that, the unspoken connection between you simmered beneath the surface, waiting.
Maybe Logan was right. Maybe your dad would be pissed if he knew how much you enjoyed your new bodyguardâs company.
But standing there, watching Loganâs gaze linger on you for just a beat too long, you found you didnât care all that much.
"Goodnight, Logan," you said softly, turning toward the stairs.
"Goodnight, Y/N," he replied, his voice low and steady.
And as you climbed the stairs, you couldnât shake the feeling that this wasnât the first time youâd said goodnight to him like this.
Not by a long shot.
---
Your dad told you not to leave the house today, which was fine by you, you had laundry to do anyways.
It had become habit to do your own laundry, even if you did have maids around the house. Nancy, one of the older maids, was the one to teach you that, along with cooking and cleaning since your mother has been gone since you were little.
You had a radio set on the washer, the familiar croon of 70s tunes filling the small laundry room as you pulled warm clothes from the dryer into a basket. Youâd been at it for the better part of the morning, the simple domestic task giving you a sense of normalcy. The soft hum of the machines, the crackling radio, and the scent of clean laundryâ it was all routine.
Routine helped keep your mind off the storm brewing outside your little bubble.
You sighed, swaying your hips a bit to the music as you lifted the basket. The house felt quieter today, with your dad off dealing with âbusinessâ as usual. And Logan? He was somewhere nearby, probably lurking in the shadows like the brooding protector he was.
As if on cue, Logan appeared in the doorway, leaning against the frame with his arms crossed. He was dressed in his usual dark clothing, looking as stoic as ever. You wondered if he ever wore anything other than flannels and a leather jacket.
"You know, I didnât take you for the laundry-doing type," he remarked, his gravelly voice cutting through the music.
You raised an eyebrow, throwing a playful glance over your shoulder. "What, you think Iâm too spoiled to do my own chores?"
Logan's lips twitched, almost forming a smile. "Something like that."
You smirked, grabbing the laundry basket and turning to face him. "I like to surprise people."
"Youâre good at it," he replied, his gaze lingering a little longer than usual. There was something behind those eyes, something deeper, but as always, he kept it hidden beneath that calm, impenetrable exterior.
You tilted your head, leaning your hip against the dryer. "You sticking around or just checking on me?"
Logan shrugged, though his eyes never left yours. "Just making sure you're not running off anywhere. Your dad was pretty clear about staying put."
You rolled your eyes, but the smile tugging at your lips softened the gesture. "Iâll be a good girl. Promise."
Logan grunted in response, pushing off the doorframe and walking closer. "Youâre a lot of things, Y/N. Not sure âgood girlâ is one of them."
You let out a laugh, swatting at him with a towel. "Hey, I can behave when I want to. Itâs just more fun not to."
He caught your wrist with ease, holding it for a second too long before letting go. There was that familiar tension between you again, the unspoken something that crackled in the air whenever the two of you were close. He probably didn't mean to linger, but you could feel itâthat pull.
"Maybe itâs the company," you teased, grabbing your laundry basket. "You bring out the best in me."
Logan didnât respond immediately, but there was something in his eyes, something that made your breath hitch. He was quiet, but not in the usual way bodyguards were. With Logan, there was a weight to his silence, like he was always holding back, always watching.
You pushed past the lingering tension with a grin, heading toward the door with your laundry. "Come on, broody. Letâs get out of the laundry room before we both go stir-crazy."
As you passed by, you brushed against himâjust lightly, but enough to send a small jolt through you. He didnât move, but his eyes followed your every step, that silent intensity never wavering.
You stopped in the hallway and shot him a look over your shoulder. âYouâre making this way too serious, you know. Iâm doing laundry, not sneaking out of prison.â
âOld habits die hard,â he replied, crossing his arms with a slight smirk. âBesides, I think your dadâs idea of âsafeâ is pretty different from yours.â
You rolled your eyes, hugging the laundry basket closer. âRight. Next, heâll say I need an escort to the mailbox.â
Logan raised a brow, clearly amused. âYou wouldnât be the first.â
That earned him a laugh, and you shook your head, settling the basket on the table in the hall. âGuess youâre stuck with me then, bodyguard.â
âDoesnât seem so bad,â he said, his voice softening as he glanced at you. His gaze was familiar in a way you couldnât place, like heâd looked at you this way a hundred times before.
âYeah?â You took a step closer, crossing your arms with a playful grin. âAnd here I thought Iâd be driving you crazy.â
âYou do,â he murmured, almost too quietly. His lips turned up slightly, but he looked away, that unspoken wall going back up.
âGood,â you teased, reaching out to poke him in the chest. âKeeps things interesting.â
Logan caught your hand before you could pull it back, holding it just long enough that you could feel the warmth of his touch, the quiet strength in it. There was something in his eyes that hinted at⊠more. Like heâd known you far longer than you couldâve ever guessed.
âIs that what you want?â he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
Your heart thumped, but you kept your tone light. âDepends on what youâre offering, doesnât it?â
His gaze dropped to your hand, still caught in his. He let go, but there was something in his expression that lingered. It was like he was searching for the right words, something he couldnât quite say. Or maybe didnât want to.
Instead, he settled back with that guarded look. âBetter get used to me being around,â he said, nodding toward the front of the house. âYour dad wonât have it any other way.â
You glanced down the hall and shrugged. âGuess I can live with that. For now.â
Loganâs lips twitched, just barely. âFor now,â he echoed, and there was something heavier in those words, something he wasnât sharing.
You lingered for a moment, the silence stretching between you, before you picked up the basket again. âWell, Iâve got more laundry to fold. But if you feel like helping outâŠâ
He chuckled, shaking his head. âNice try, sweetheart.â
You rolled your eyes, shooting him a wink. âFine. Iâll let you off easy this time.â
âAppreciate it,â he said with a smirk, but his eyes softened as he watched you turn to go, like he was holding back something he couldnât quite name.
As you walked away, the light-heartedness of the moment stayed with you, but so did something else. It was that look Logan had, the one that made you feel seen, like he knew you better than anyone else ever had.
Maybe he did.
Or maybe, in some impossible way, he always had.
---
âNo, no, no, cara. Give it to me.â Nancy took the mixing bowl away from you, stirring the batter while muttering something in Italian.
You leaned your hip against the counter, placing your head on Nancyâs shoulder with a pout. "I was doing what youâre doing.â
Nancy shook her head, stirring the batter with a practiced hand, her warm, familiar presence comforting. âNo, cara mia, you were doing what you think Iâm doing.â She shot you a look, one of those fond, chiding glances sheâd perfected over the years. âAnd it was not the same.â
You laughed, pressing a kiss to her cheek. âFine, but youâre teaching me bad habits. This is how I stay spoiled, you know.â
She chuckled, patting your cheek affectionately. âYou think you need me to be spoiled? You do just fine on your own.â
Before you could respond, Loganâs familiar silhouette appeared in the doorway. He leaned against the frame, watching you with a slight smirk that was becoming all too familiarâand endearing.
âCareful, Nancy,â he said, his voice a low rumble. âSheâs already hard enough to handle.â
You turned, hands on your hips, feigning offense. âExcuse me, hard to handle?â
Logan shrugged, crossing his arms with a smirk. âYou said it, not me.â
Nancy chuckled, eyes sparkling as she looked between you and Logan. âAh, Y/N, heâs right. You do have a little spirit.â
You scoffed playfully, giving Logan an exaggerated glare before grinning back at Nancy. âWhat? Iâm an angel, and you know it.â
Logan snorted, clearly enjoying himself. âRight. A real saint.â He gave you a knowing look, one that made your stomach flip despite yourself. That unspoken energy simmered between you two, even as you tried to keep it casual.
Nancy just shook her head, muttering something in Italian as she set the bowl down. âAngels donât cause so much trouble,â she teased, pinching your cheek. âI taught you better.â
You rubbed your cheek with a grin, leaning back against the counter. âIâm blaming Logan. His bad influence must be rubbing off on me.â
Logan raised an eyebrow, the corner of his mouth twitching up. âThat right? Thought you didnât need any help there.â
âOh, I donât,â you said, crossing your arms with a challenging look. âIâm fully capable of trouble on my own.â
Nancy watched the two of you with a satisfied smile, turning back to her baking. âAh, I see,â she murmured, her voice light. âItâs good to have someone who knows how to keep you in check.â
The glint in her eye wasnât lost on you, and you rolled your eyes. âYouâre making it sound like Iâm some kind of wild child.â
âNo, no,â she replied with a grin, waving her hand. âJust that I think he knows you better than you think, cara.â
Loganâs gaze softened a little at that, and though he didnât say anything, his look lingered, as if he were silently agreeing with her.
You cleared your throat, feeling the familiar warmth creeping up your neck. âWell,â you started, trying to brush off the moment, âif Loganâs going to stick around, he might as well help.â
Nancy gave a sly smile, turning to Logan. âWhat do you say, Logan? A little kitchen work wouldnât hurt.â
Logan shook his head, holding his hands up in surrender. âYou two are doing just fine without me.â
You shot him a grin, taking a step closer. âOh, come on. Big, tough Logan afraid of a little flour?â
His smirk softened as he looked down at you. âYou keep pushing, and I might just teach you a lesson in troublemaking.â
Your stomach fluttered at the way his gaze stayed locked on yours, that familiar pull tugging you closer. âIs that a threat?â
âCall it⊠a warning,â he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper. His hand brushed against yours, just for a second, but it was enough to send a spark up your arm.
Nancy cleared her throat, clearly amused. âOkay, okay. I donât need you two making a mess of my kitchen.â
You stepped back, giving Nancy a sheepish smile, and Logan chuckled, the sound low and easy. âSheâs right,â he said, nodding toward the door. âGuess Iâll just keep an eye on you from a safe distance.â
Nancy gave him a knowing look, shaking her head with a chuckle. âIf only it were that simple.â
---
âAh, stay still, cara.â Nancy chided you, taking out a roller from your hair.
You gave Nancy a pout, eyes skimming your reflection in the mirror with clear discontent. "I donât like it." Your voice held more weight than just the hair and makeup, though, and Nancy seemed to pick up on it.
She clicked her tongue, smoothing out a curl before looking at you through the mirror. âAh, cara mia, tonight is important to your father. Besides,â she added, eyes glinting, âyou look beautiful, yes?â
You gave her a half-hearted smile, brushing your hands over the bright yellow fabric of your dress. The dress was elegant and too formal for your taste, the kind of thing youâd never have chosen if it werenât for your dadâs insistence on making you âpresentableâ for his associates.
Nancy sighed, placing a gentle hand on your shoulder. âY/N, itâs one night. Then youâll be back to your regular clothes, hmm?â
You grinned, rolling your eyes. âCanât come soon enough.â
Just as you were about to add more, there was a quiet knock at the door. You looked up, already expecting Loganâs familiar silhouette. He leaned against the frame, hands in his pockets, his usual air of calm doing little to hide the intense look in his eyes as he took in the sight of you in the dress.
âLooks like theyâve got you all dolled up,â he remarked, a faint smirk playing on his lips.
You shot him a look, half annoyed, half amused. âYeah, laugh it up, tough guy. Bet youâre glad itâs not you in this thing.â
Logan chuckled, stepping further into the room. âYou could say that.â His eyes met yours, and for a brief second, there was something in his gaze, something you couldnât quite put into words. But just as quickly, he looked away.
Nancy gave you a knowing smile, patting your shoulder before stepping back. âLogan,â she said, with a gentle warning in her voice, âtake care of her tonight, yes?â
Loganâs expression softened, his gaze turning protective as he looked at you. âAlways do.â
Nancy winked, then left the room, leaving you alone with him.
You let out a sigh, reaching for the hem of your dress as if you could somehow make it less constricting. âDo I really have to go down there?â
Logan raised an eyebrow. âYou think your dadâs throwing this party for fun? Whole point is for you to be seen.â
âGreat,â you muttered, moving toward the door. But as you passed him, Logan placed a hand on your shoulder, stopping you.
âYouâll be fine,â he said, his voice lower, more reassuring. âTheyâre not expecting anything from you. Just show up, smile, let them know you exist.â
You looked up at him, searching his face. He was steady, calm, his expression soft in a way he rarely let others see. You didnât know why, but having him there made you feel a little more at ease. âGuess I donât have much choice, do I?â
âNope,â he replied, his mouth twitching into that almost-smile.
With a resigned sigh, you squared your shoulders. âAlright, letâs get this over with.â
---
The party was everything youâd dreaded: formal, suffocating, and filled with people whose only interest in you was as your fatherâs daughter. Youâd stuck close to Logan most of the night, exchanging quiet remarks whenever the chance arose, his presence the only thing keeping you from losing your mind. But as the night wore on, a few glasses of champagne and the tension of the evening started to wear on you.
You tugged on Loganâs sleeve as you leaned in close. âThink anyone would notice if I snuck out?â you murmured, your breath warm against his ear.
Logan chuckled low, his gaze flickering over you. âConsidering your dadâs been watching you like a hawk? Probably.â
You rolled your eyes, letting your hand brush his arm. âFigures. He canât just let me have one night off.â You shifted closer, feeling his warmth through his jacket, and gave him a mischievous smile. âBet you didnât sign up for babysitting duty.â
âDidnât realize youâd need it,â he replied with a smirk, his voice barely loud enough for you to hear.
You nudged him playfully, letting your hand linger on his arm. âI donât,â you said, a little more insistently. âYou just donât know what to do with me.â
His eyes met yours, and there was something dark and unspoken in his gaze. âCareful,â he murmured, his voice dropping. âI might take you up on that.â
The hint of challenge in his tone sent a thrill through you, and you leaned closer, your hand settling on his chest as you whispered, âOh, Iâm counting on it.â
You could feel his heartbeat, steady beneath your hand, but his expression gave nothing away. He looked down at you, his jaw tight, but his eyes held that familiar intensity, the kind that had always made you wonder just how long heâd been watching you. It was intoxicating, that pull between you, and tonight, with the champagne loosening your guard, you felt bolder than usual.
When you finally pulled away, you could feel his gaze following you, but you didnât let yourself look back. Instead, you mingled through the crowd, smiling politely, pretending to listen to conversations while stealing glances at Logan across the room.
After what felt like hours, your fatherâs attention finally shifted, and you took the chance to slip away to your bedroom.
As you walked up the stairs, Logan trailed behind you, like always. You were tired of this, of the flirting, how he did it back to you, but how nothing ever happened.
Well tonight you were done with that.
You opened your bedroom door and sat on the bed, quickly slipping off your heels and tossing them carelessly across the room. The muffled sounds of laughter and clinking glasses filtered up from downstairs, where the party raged on. Logan stood in the doorway, as he always did, watching you in that silent, intense way that had been driving you crazy for months.
You looked up at him, your fingers playing with the hem of your short yellow dress, the fabric brushing against your thighs as you shifted on the bed. âYou cominâ in, or are you just gonna stand there all night?â
Logan didnât respond right away, his jaw ticking as his eyes flicked over you, taking in the sight of you sitting there, legs crossed, your dress riding up just enough to tease. He sighed, stepping into the room but staying near the door. âYour old manâs got half the city downstairs, Y/N. This ainât the time.â
You raised an eyebrow, a small smirk tugging at your lips. âSince when do you care about my dad? Heâs not your boss.â
He crossed his arms over his chest, the leather of his jacket creaking. âHe pays me to keep you safe, not⊠this.â
You stood up from the bed, taking a step toward him. âThis?â you repeated, voice playful, but you could feel the tension in the air thickening. âAnd what is âthis,â Logan?â
He didnât answer, just stood there, his eyes dark and unreadable, but you could see the way his body tensed when you got closer, the way his gaze flicked down to your legs before snapping back up to your face.
You reached out, your fingers brushing against the rough material of his flannel, and you could feel the heat of his body through the layers of fabric. He stiffened, his hand catching your wrist, but it wasnât harsh. Just enough to stop you.
âY/N, donât,â he warned, his voice low, rough.
You tilted your head, stepping even closer until your body was almost pressed against his. âWhy not?â you asked softly. âYouâve been following me around for months. Always there, always watching. What are you so afraid of?â
âIâm not afraid,â he muttered, but his grip on your wrist tightened just a little, like he was holding himself back. âYouâre too young for this. I work for your dad.â
You pulled your wrist free, undeterred, your hand now resting against his chest. âIâm not a kid, Logan. And you donât work for himâyou work for me. Youâve been protecting me, havenât you?â
His eyes narrowed. âThatâs not what I mean, and you know it.â
âThen what do you mean?â you shot back, moving even closer, your fingers trailing up to his shoulder, over the leather of his jacket. âYouâve been pulling away from me every time I get close, but you keep coming back.â
Loganâs jaw clenched, his hands hovering near your waist, as if he was afraid to touch you. âYouâre drunk.â
âIâm not drunk,â you said firmly, your voice steady. âAnd you know that.â You pressed a little harder, your lips just inches from his jaw, close enough to feel the warmth radiating from his skin. âYou donât have to keep pretending like you donât want this.â
His hands shot up to your shoulders, gripping you tightly, but he didnât push you away this time. His breathing was heavier now, the muscles in his arms tensing as if he was fighting against himself. âYou donât know what youâre asking for,â he growled, his voice barely above a whisper.
âMaybe not,â you admitted, your lips brushing the stubble on his jaw as you spoke. âBut I know what I want.â
Logan groaned low in his throat, his fingers tightening on your shoulders, but still, he didnât push you away. His resistance was crumbling, you could feel it.
âYouâre not a kid,â he repeated quietly, almost like he was trying to convince himself.
âNo,â you whispered back, your lips ghosting along the side of his neck, your hands moving to his chest, fingers curling in the fabric of his shirt. âIâm not.â
In a swift movement, you pushed him back toward the chair in the corner of the room, his legs hitting the edge as you guided him down. He sat heavily, his hands falling from your shoulders to your hips, still trying to hold onto that last bit of control.
You straddled his thigh, your dress riding up as you settled against him, the heat of your body pressed against the denim of his jeans. His hands moved up to your waist, holding you in place, but the look in his eyes told you he was barely holding on.
âY/N,â he rasped, but his voice was shaky, uncertain.
You didnât give him time to think. You started moving, rocking your hips against his thigh, slow at first, testing. His grip on your waist tightened, his eyes darkening as he watched you, the tension in his body radiating through his hands.
He wasnât stopping you.
You bit your lip, your breath hitching as you pressed harder against him, the friction sending a jolt of heat through you. Logan groaned, his hands sliding down to your hips, holding you steady as you moved. His control was slipping, and you could feel it.
âFuck,â he muttered under his breath, his head falling back against the chair, his eyes squeezed shut.
You leaned forward, your lips brushing his ear. âStill think Iâm too young?â
Loganâs jaw clenched, his hands gripping you harder as you rocked against him, the rough fabric of his jeans rubbing against the thin material of your underwear. Every movement sent sparks of pleasure through you, and you could tell from the way his breathing quickened that he was feeling it too.
His hands slid up your sides, fingers digging into your skin as he tried to pull you closer, but you were in control now. You pressed your lips to his neck, kissing the exposed skin, feeling the tension in his body as you kissed down toward his collarbone, your fingers tangling in his shirt.
Logan groaned, his hands gripping you tighter as you moved faster, grinding against his thigh with more urgency. The heat between your legs was almost unbearable now, the pressure building with every movement, every gasp that escaped your lips.
Logan's eyes were shut tight, head thrown back against the chair, his hands gripping your waist like he was the one trying to stay grounded. But you werenât stopping, not after all the months of back-and-forth, all the moments youâd caught him watching you with that dark, unreadable look. The friction, the heat pooling between your legs, was everything youâd been waiting for, and it was clear from the roughness of his breathing that he wasnât far behind.
You pressed harder, your hips rolling against his thigh as you gripped his shoulders to steady yourself. The thin fabric of your dress had ridden up, and you knew he could feel just how soaked you were through the denim of his jeans. His hands were at your waist, digging into your skin in a way that bordered on painful but only made you push down harder, rocking your hips with more insistence.
Loganâs voice was rough when he finally spoke, his hands tightening as if he was trying to keep himself from pulling you in closer. âY/N⊠youâre playinâ with fire here,â he growled, the words thick, like he was barely holding back.
You ignored him, pressing a little harder, your lips hovering just over the edge of his jaw as you breathed, âMaybe I like the heat.â
His jaw clenched, but his hands slid up, settling just under your ribs, holding you steady as you moved. Each shift of your hips brought another groan out of him, the sound vibrating through his chest and sending a thrill straight through you. You could feel yourself getting closer, your breath coming in shallow gasps as the pressure built, the heat between your legs almost too much to bear.
âLogan,â you whispered, your hands slipping up to tangle in his hair, pulling his face closer. You could see the restraint etched across his face, the way his jaw was clenched tight, like he was struggling to keep himself from giving in. âI need you.â
His hands tensed on your waist, fingers digging in harder, his breathing growing rougher with every word that slipped from your lips. But he didnât pull away; if anything, he held you tighter, letting you grind against him, the rough denim of his jeans rubbing against you in a way that left you breathless, desperate.
âYou know what youâre doinâ to me?â he muttered, his voice barely more than a growl as his eyes met yours, dark and full of something youâd been longing to see for months.
âMaybe,â you replied, a small, breathless smile tugging at your lips as you kept moving, kept pressing closer, feeling the tension between you both thicken until it was almost unbearable. âMaybe I want to see how far youâll let me go.â
Logan groaned, his grip tightening as his eyes fell shut again, his hands shifting to guide your hips, helping you keep up the steady rhythm that was driving you both closer to the edge. You leaned forward again, your lips brushing against his neck, pressing soft kisses along the exposed skin as you rocked against him, the heat building with every second.
âY/N,â he rasped, his voice so low it sent a shiver through you. âYouâre⊠youâre so damnââ
You cut him off, pressing your lips to the spot just under his ear, feeling the way his breath hitched as your hips ground down harder. You were close, every nerve ending on fire, and you could feel that he was, too. His hands were everywhere, sliding up your back, pressing you closer, holding you tight like he was afraid to let go.
And then, finally, the pressure broke. You gasped, fingers digging into his shoulders as your hips stilled, your body shuddering against him. Loganâs grip on your waist tightened, his own breath hitching as he held you steady, his hands warm and solid as you rode out the waves of pleasure.
He was quiet for a long moment, his breathing heavy, and you could feel the way his body had tensed beneath you, the strain in his hands as he held himself back. Slowly, you looked up, meeting his gaze, and the intensity in his eyes made your breath catch all over again.
Without a word, Logan shifted, his hands sliding down to hook under your thighs as he stood, lifting you with a strength that sent another thrill through you. Your arms wrapped around his shoulders as he carried you to the bed, the heat in his gaze leaving no room for second thoughts, no hesitation. This was it, and you were ready.
He laid you down, his hands lingering on your thighs, his fingers brushing over your skin as he looked down at you, his expression a mix of hunger and restraint. You reached up, tugging him closer until he was hovering over you, his weight pressing down just enough to make you feel secure, safe.
This was what youâd been waiting for, what youâd both been skirting around for too long. Loganâs hands slid up your sides, his fingers trailing along the fabric of your dress, and you felt your breath hitch as his gaze darkened, a small smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.
His thumbs brushed the exposed skin just above the low neckline of your dress, leaving goosebumps in their wake. You watched him, eyes locked on his as he leaned in, his jaw tight, the hunger in his gaze barely restrained. The room felt smaller, warmer, like the air had thickened between you.
And then, finally, his mouth was on yours.
It had been seventy-three years since heâd last kissed youânearly three quarters of a century of holding backâand the intensity of it showed. It was all-consuming, like he was trying to make up for every second heâd denied himself this.
Logan groaned into your mouth, a deep, almost pained sound, and the desperation in it made your blood race. He kissed you like he was starving, like he needed this, needed you, and you felt your body melt into him. His hands slid down your body, rough and sure, stopping at your hips to pull you flush against him. The heat between your legs was almost unbearable, and the friction of his jeans against your thighs only made it worse.
You broke the kiss for air, your breaths coming fast, but Logan didnât stop. His mouth found your neck, trailing hot, open-mouthed kisses down the curve of your throat, teeth scraping against your skin just enough to make you gasp. His hands were everywhere, tracing the curve of your waist, the swell of your hips, gripping you with a possessiveness that sent a thrill through you.
âLogan,â you whispered, your voice breathless, needy. You tilted your head back, giving him better access as his lips continued their descent, leaving a path of fire along your skin. Your hands fisted in his flannel, pulling him closer, and he groaned again, the sound vibrating through your body.
âGod, Y/N,â he rasped, his voice thick with desire, like he was barely holding on. His hands slipped under your dress, fingers brushing against the sensitive skin of your thighs, and you shivered, your breath catching in your throat. He pulled back just enough to look at you, his eyes heavy-lidded, pupils blown wide with need. âYouâre gonna be the death of me,â he muttered, but the words were laced with something softer, something that made your heart skip.
You didnât reply, just pulled him down for another kiss, this one just as desperate as the first. Your hands roamed over his chest, slipping beneath the open flannel to feel the heat of his skin, the hard muscles that tensed under your touch. Logan shivered, his breath catching as your fingers brushed against his bare chest, and you felt a rush of satisfaction at the way he reacted to you.
His jacket slipped from his shoulders, landing somewhere on the floor, but neither of you paid it any mind. Your hands were already pushing the flannel off him, revealing more of his skin, and Logan helped you, shrugging it off with a growl of impatience. The white beater he wore beneath clung to his chest, and you could see the way his muscles flexed beneath it, the way the fabric stretched taut over his shoulders.
He leaned back down, capturing your lips in another searing kiss, and you moaned into his mouth, your nails digging into his shoulders. Loganâs hands were back under your dress, sliding up, leaving trails of heat in their wake. His touch was rough, calloused, but so incredibly gentle in a way that made your heart ache. You arched into him, your body pressing closer, desperate for more, for everything he was willing to give.
âFuck,â he muttered against your mouth, his hands sliding higher until his thumbs brushed the edge of your panties. He paused, breathing heavily, his eyes searching yours, looking for any sign of hesitation. But there was none. You were all in, had been from the moment youâd first seen him.
You reached down, grabbing his wrists and guiding his hands further up, silently urging him on. Loganâs breath hitched, and his eyes darkened even more, a low growl rumbling in his chest. His fingers hooked into the waistband of your panties, and you could feel your heart pounding as he tugged, the thin fabric slipping down your legs.
"Fuck, Y/N," he growled, his voice thick with need as his calloused hands slid back up your thighs, pushing your dress higher. "You're so damn wet already."
You gasped as his fingers brushed against your center, your hips jerking up instinctively. "Logan, please," you whimpered, reaching for him.
He leaned down to kiss you hard, his tongue pushing into your mouth as his fingers began exploring you properly. The roughness of his hands contrasted with how gently he touched you, like he was afraid of breaking you. You moaned into his mouth as he slid one thick finger inside, your hands gripping his shoulders.
"That's it, darlin'," he murmured against your lips. "Let me hear you."
Your dress was bunched around your waist now as Logan worked another finger into you, stretching you carefully. Your earlier orgasm had left you sensitive, making every touch feel electric. His thumb found your clit and began rubbing slow circles that had you writhing beneath him.
"Logan," you gasped, your nails digging into his skin through his beater. "I needâah!âI need more."
He growled low in his throat, curling his fingers inside you. "Tell me what you need, Y/N. Say it."
Your face flushed but you met his eyes. "I need you inside me. Please, Logan. I've wanted this for so long."
Something dark and possessive flashed in his eyes. He withdrew his fingers, making you whimper at the loss, and reached down to undo his belt. The metal clinked as he pulled it free, the sound sending a thrill through you.
You sat up enough to pull your dress over your head, leaving you in just your bra. Logan's eyes raked over you hungrily as he pushed his jeans down his hips. The obvious bulge in his boxers made your mouth go dry.
"Come here," he growled, pulling you into another searing kiss as his hands found the clasp of your bra. It took him only seconds to undo it, and then you were bare before him, your nipples hardening in the cool air.
Logan's mouth moved to your neck, sucking hard enough to leave marks as his hands cupped your breasts. You moaned as he rolled your nipples between his fingers, your back arching into his touch.
"Fuck, you're perfect," he muttered against your skin, his voice rough. He shifted to take one nipple into his mouth, his tongue swirling around the sensitive peak as you gasped and squirmed beneath him.
Your hands found the hem of his beater, tugging insistently until he pulled back long enough to yank it off. The sight of his bare chest, all hard muscle and dark hair, made heat pool between your legs. There were old scars scattered across his skin - remnants of wounds time hadn't quite erased.
You reached for his boxers but he caught your wrists, pinning them above your head with one large hand. "Not yet," he growled, his free hand sliding down between your legs again. "Want to make sure you're ready for me."
His fingers found your clit again and you cried out, oversensitive and desperate. "Logan, please," you begged, trying to buck your hips up against his hand. "I'm ready, I swear. I need you now."
He studied your face for a long moment, his eyes dark with desire, before releasing your wrists. "Take them off," he ordered, nodding to his boxers.
Your hands shook slightly as you pushed the fabric down his hips, freeing his cock. He was huge, thick and hard, already leaking at the tip. You wrapped your hand around him, stroking slowly, and Logan's breath hitched.
"Careful, darlin'," he warned, his voice strained. "Been wanting this too long to end it early."
He pushed you back onto the bed, settling between your spread thighs. The head of his cock brushed against your entrance and you both groaned. Logan braced himself on his forearms above you, his eyes locked on yours.
"You sure about this?" he asked, his voice rough but gentle. "Once I start, I don't know if I'll be able to stop."
You wrapped your legs around his waist, pulling him closer. "I'm sure. Please, Logan. I want you."
He kissed you hard as he began pushing inside, swallowing your gasps as he stretched you open. The burn was intense but perfect, your body gradually adjusting to his size. Logan moved slowly, giving you time to adapt, but you could feel the tension in his muscles as he held himself back.
"Fuck," he groaned when he was finally fully seated inside you. "So tight, darlin'. Feel so good around me."
You clutched at his shoulders, panting. "Move," you urged. "Please, I needâ"
Logan pulled back and thrust forward again, setting a steady rhythm that had you seeing stars. Each stroke hit something deep inside you that made pleasure spark through your whole body. His hands gripped your hips, holding you steady as he fucked into you with increasing force.
"That's it," he growled, watching your face contort with pleasure. "Take it, Y/N. Take all of me."
Your nails raked down his back as the pressure built inside you again. Logan's thrusts grew harder, faster, driving you both toward the edge. The headboard banged against the wall with each movement but neither of you cared about the noise.
"Logan," you gasped, feeling yourself getting close. "I'm gonnaâah!"
"Come for me," he ordered, his voice rough. One hand slid between your bodies to rub your clit. "Want to feel you come on my cock."
The added stimulation pushed you over the edge. You came with a cry, your body clenching around him as waves of pleasure crashed over you. Logan growled, his rhythm faltering as your walls pulsed around him.
"Fuck, Y/N," he groaned, his thrusts growing erratic. "Where do you wantâ"
"Inside," you gasped, still riding the aftershocks. "Please, Logan. Wanna feel you."
He cursed, his hips snapping forward a few more times before he buried himself deep with a growl, spilling inside you. You could feel him pulsing, filling you up as he collapsed onto his forearms above you.
For several long moments, the only sound was your heavy breathing. Logan's forehead rested against yours, his eyes closed as he caught his breath. You ran your hands up and down his back, feeling the sweat-slick skin under your palms.
Finally, he pulled out carefully and rolled onto his side, pulling you with him. You winced slightly at the soreness between your legs, but it was a good kind of ache. Logan's arms wrapped around you, holding you close against his chest.
---
Logan let out a low groan as he woke, the bed beneath him feeling far too comfortable, unfamiliar in a way that immediately set him on edge. It took a second for his mind to catch up, piecing together where he was and, more importantly, who he was with.
He didnât need to look over to feel the warmth beside him, or the way your hair fanned out across the pillow. It hit him all at onceâthe heat of your skin against his, the way youâd leaned into him last night, confident, unrestrained. He opened his eyes, gaze finding you lying beside him, face soft and peaceful in sleep, an arm draped over his chest as if youâd claimed him in the night.
Logan sighed, glancing at the ceiling, but couldnât help looking down at you again, still asleep and blissfully unaware of the storm in his head. Heâd known it was a bad idea from the start, coming upstairs with you last night, letting his guard down. But damn, when youâd gotten close, pushing him toward that chair with that look in your eyesâheâd been gone the second youâd touched him.
He was even further gone when he had finally kissed youâit was one of his biggest regrets the last time he had seen you back in 1943âhe never held you the way he wanted to. Too afraid that maybe he was the problem, the reason you kept on dying over and over.
And because of that, he hadnât been this close to you since 1900.
It was strange, being here like thisâletting his guard down after all those lives, all those memories of watching you fade out of his reach. A part of him had always tried to keep a distance, to save himself from the heartbreak he knew was coming. But last night⊠last night, heâd been weak.
He brushed a thumb over your arm without thinking, lost in thought. It was impossible not to wonder, with you lying beside him like this, what it would be like if this time were different. If, just once, he could hold onto you, let himself believe youâd stay.
But he knew better.
His hand lingered on your skin a moment too long, and he felt you stir, your lashes fluttering as you slowly opened your eyes. A soft smile touched your lips when you saw him, and he felt his resolve crack just a little more.
âMorninâ,â he murmured, his voice rougher than heâd meant.
âMmm,â you hummed, still sleepy, your fingers tracing a lazy pattern over his chest. âDidnât think youâd still be here.â You said it lightly, but there was a hint of something else thereârelief, maybe. âGuess I finally wore you out.â
Logan huffed, his lips tugging into a smirk. âGuess so.â
You shifted to look at him, your eyes bright with that familiar mischief. âSo, whatâs your excuse this time?â
He raised a brow. âExcuse?â
âYeah. For pulling away,â you said, your tone casual but pointed. âYouâve always got one.â
Loganâs jaw clenched slightly, and he broke eye contact, looking away. âItâs complicated, Y/N.â
You reached up, cupping his face and guiding his gaze back to you. âThatâs what you always say. Doesnât mean it has to be.â
He was silent for a moment, searching your face. He could feel the weight of his past with you, all those memories stacking up like a dam holding back a flood. But he couldnât let you in on that. Couldnât make you carry the burden of knowing youâd livedâand diedâso many times before. It was his cross to bear, not yours.
âMaybe I just donât want you getting hurt,â he finally said, his voice quieter, a touch raw.
You let out a short, incredulous laugh. âPlease, Logan. You think I donât know what Iâm doing?â
Logan just shook his head, but he couldnât help the small, amused smile that crept onto his face. âYouâre a handful, you know that?â
âIâve heard that once or twice,â you teased, running your hand along his chest. âLucky for you, I donât scare easy.â
That hint of defiance in your voice tugged at something deep inside him, and he caught your hand, holding it in his as he looked into your eyes. âYou say that now. But Iâve got a way of⊠complicating things.â
Your gaze softened, but there was still a spark there, unyielding. âGood thing I like complicated.â
Loganâs eyes darkened, and for a second, he felt that familiar pull, the urge to tell you everythingâto let you in on the truth of why he was here, why he couldnât stay away. But he stopped himself, the weight of all those lost lifetimes bearing down on him again. He couldnât do that to you, not this time.
âThen I guess Iâm stuck with you,â he said, trying to keep his tone light, even though his grip on your hand tightened ever so slightly.
âGuess so,â you replied with a grin, shifting closer. You tilted your head, eyes narrowing as you studied him. âLogan?â
âYeah?â
âAre you ever gonna stop acting like youâre some kind of curse?â Your voice was soft but firm, like you were daring him to argue.
Logan went silent, his gaze flickering away from yours. Youâd hit closer to the truth than you knew.
âDonât know if I can,â he admitted after a pause. âItâs⊠complicated.â He shrugged, hoping youâd leave it at that.
But, of course, you didnât. âThen I guess Iâll just have to keep proving you wrong,â you murmured, pressing a light kiss to his jaw, a warm reassurance that only made him feel the pull of his past even stronger.
He didnât answer, just closed his eyes, letting himself savor this one small, stolen moment with you. Just this once, heâd allow himself that. Because deep down, he knew heâd always lose you in the end.
And this time, he was determined to make it last as long as he could. Maybe, just maybe, even put that ring to use.
---
You were back at the dog shelter, this time staying a little bit longer since one of the workers, Amelia, was out sick.
Lorraine handed you a few leashes, âmind taking some of âem out for a walk?â
You happily grabbed the roped leashes, âof course.â Then you glanced over at Logan, who had been eyeing the dogs with a mix of amusement and reservation. âYou up for walkinâ some too?â
He raised an eyebrow at you, then at the leashes in your hand, but there was a hint of a smirk playing at his lips. âDidnât take you for a dog wrangler, Y/N.â
You laughed, clipping one of the leashes onto a small brown mutt who was practically bouncing with excitement. âCome on, Logan. Whatâre you afraid of? They donât biteâwell, not all of them, anyway.â
Logan chuckled, reluctantly stepping forward. âRight. Long as they donât try to drag me down the street.â
You handed him a leash attached to a shaggy, medium-sized dog with big brown eyes, looking up at him expectantly. âHere. This oneâs named Ringo. Heâs a sweetheart.â
Logan eyed the dog suspiciously before giving the leash a little tug, testing the waters. âRingo, huh?â He knelt down and patted the dogâs head, a faint smile crossing his face as the dog leaned into his touch. âGuess youâre alright.â
You couldnât help but smile at the sight. âSee? He likes you already.â As you finished leashing up a few more of the dogs, you handed the leashes to Logan. âThink you can handle these guys too?â
Logan took the leashes without complaint, looking down at the little group of dogs at his feet. âGuess I donât have much choice.â
âGood answer,â you teased, giving him a wink before heading toward the door. You led the way outside, the two of you walking side-by-side with the dogs trotting happily along. It was a warm day, and the sun was shining down, casting a soft glow over everything.
Logan glanced over at you as you moved down the sidewalk together, the dogs tugging excitedly at their leashes. You had a carefree smile on your face, and he found himself watching you more than the path ahead, the memory of a few nights ago still vivid in his mind. The thought of it sent a thrill through himâyet at the same time, a pang of dread.
âYou always this happy walking dogs, or is it just âcause Iâm here?â he teased, a little smirk tugging at his lips.
You shot him a playful look. âGuess youâll never know.â You nudged him lightly with your shoulder, eyes bright with mischief. âBut if you keep coming with me, you might find out.â
He let out a small laugh, his gaze softening as he looked away. Even after all these years, you could still surprise himâlike the way youâd drag him to places like this or the way you talked about the little things with such enthusiasm. It was one of those qualities he remembered about you from lifetimes ago, and it hadnât changed. It made him feel like maybe, somehow, this was different.
As you walked a little further, one of the dogsâa scruffy little terrierâyipped and tugged at Loganâs leash, trying to chase after a pigeon. He grunted, holding the leash tightly and muttering, âSettle down, mutt. Youâre not goinâ anywhere.â
You laughed, glancing over with an amused smile. âRingoâs got more energy than youâd think, huh?â
Logan shook his head, but he couldnât help but smile. âYeah, well, maybe I should be takinâ notes from him.â He looked at you then, and his expression softened. âYouâve really got a thing for these dogs, donât ya?â
Your smile faded into something more thoughtful as you looked down at the furry pack in front of you. âI dunno. I guess theyâre just⊠easy to be around. They donât care about who my father is or what I doâthey just want someone to be with them, you know?â
Logan nodded, watching the way you interacted with the dogs, your fingers lightly brushing over their heads, your voice soft as you spoke to them. Youâd always had that kindness about you, that gentleness that made him want to believe in something better, something⊠safe.
âYouâre good with âem,â he said quietly, almost to himself.
You looked up at him, a smile in your eyes. âYou know, youâre not so bad with them either, Logan.â
He chuckled, shaking his head. âNah, I think Iâll leave the dog-wranglinâ to you.â
For a while, you walked in comfortable silence, the bustling city around you fading into the background as you wandered through the neighborhood with the dogs. Finally, you reached a small park, and you stopped to let the dogs sniff around.
As they explored, you took a seat on a nearby bench, patting the spot beside you. Logan hesitated for a second before joining you, stretching his legs out in front of him.
You looked over at him, your expression soft. âThanks for coming today. I know this probably isnât your ideal way to spend an afternoon.â
Logan shrugged, trying to act casual, but he couldnât hide the warmth in his gaze. âWouldnât be here if I didnât wanna be,â he said, his voice low.
The sincerity in his words made your heart skip a beat, and you looked away, feeling a little bashful. You fiddled with one of the leashes, clearing your throat. âYou know⊠the more time we spend together, the more I wonder how long youâre planning to stick around.â
He hesitated, his jaw tightening as he considered his answer. He wanted to tell you the truthâthat heâd been watching you, waiting for you, for so many lifetimes. But he couldnât. Instead, he reached out, his hand covering yours where it rested on the bench.
âAs long as youâll have me,â he said quietly.
The words hung between you, and for a moment, it was like the whole world had faded away. You looked up at him, your eyes searching his, trying to read the depths of his expression.
A soft smile touched your lips, and you squeezed his hand. âThen youâre gonna be around for a long time, Logan.â
He felt a strange, hopeful ache in his chest at your words, and for the first time in what felt like forever, he allowed himself to believe that maybe, this time, things could be different.
The dogs barked, breaking the spell, and you both laughed, pulling away as you got up to wrangle them again. But even as you continued on your walk, he stayed close by your side, his hand occasionally brushing yours as you walkedâalmost as if he was reminding himself that you were real, that you were here with him.
---
Late one night, you lay beside Logan in the dim light filtering through the window, the cityâs night sounds a steady hum in the distance. Your head rested on his chest, your fingers tracing lazy circles over the skin above his heart, feeling the steady beat beneath your touch.
Logan shifted slightly, his hand coming up to rest gently on your back. For a long time, he just lay there, watching you in silence, his thumb brushing along your spine. You could tell he was relaxed, but there was something elseâa quiet intensity in the way his gaze lingered on you, a heaviness in the air that made your heart race.
âWhatâre you thinkinâ about?â you murmured, letting your fingers trail up to his collarbone. You glanced up at him, catching the faintest hint of a smile as he met your eyes.
âJust⊠wonderinâ how I got roped into all this,â he said, the corner of his mouth lifting. But the glint in his eyes gave him away, and you saw something softer there.
âYeah? Doesnât seem like you mind too much.â You smirked, giving his chest a light pat. âIâd almost say youâre gettinâ attached.â
He snorted, pulling you a little closer, his arm tightening around you. âCould say the same for you,â he replied, his voice low, almost teasing. âYouâre insatiable, yâknow that?â
You laughed, and the sound was soft in the quiet room. âYouâre the one who keeps showinâ up, Logan. If you wanted me to behave, youâd stay away.â
He raised an eyebrow, clearly amused. âMaybe I donât want you to behave.â
Your fingers stilled on his chest, and you looked up at him with a mischievous glint in your eye. âSo you like me like this, then? A little reckless⊠a little spoiled?â you teased.
He chuckled, his eyes softening as he looked at you. âYeah,â he murmured, voice barely above a whisper. âThink I do.â
You felt a warmth spread through you at his words, and you settled back against his chest, letting your hand rest over his heart. For a while, neither of you said anything, the silence comfortable, his warmth grounding you. It was a rare kind of peaceâone that youâd come to cherish whenever you were with him.
But then, curiosity got the better of you, and you lifted your head, giving him a thoughtful look. âLogan,â you began, your voice hesitant. âHow long are you gonna stick around? I mean⊠I know my dad thinks youâre just here for protection, but⊠it feels like more than that.â
Loganâs gaze darkened, a flash of something unreadable passing over his face. He glanced away, his jaw tensing as he seemed to search for the right words. âAs long as you want me here, Iâm not goinâ anywhere.â
The weight of his words hung between you, and you felt your heart skip a beat. âThen donât,â you whispered, leaning up to press a soft kiss to his cheek. âI donât want you to.â
He didnât say anything in response, but his hand slipped up to cup the back of your head, pulling you down into a slow, lingering kiss. There was something different about it this time, a quiet desperation that made your pulse quicken, like he was trying to hold on to this moment, to keep it from slipping away.
When you finally pulled back, you searched his eyes, wondering what was going through his mind. âYouâre not gonna let me go, are you?â
A small smile tugged at his lips, though his gaze was still shadowed. âNot a chance, darlinâ.â
You felt a surge of affection for him then, this man whoâd somehow become both your protector and your closest confidant. He was rough around the edges, guarded and distant with everyone elseâbut with you, he was different. You brought out a softness in him, a warmth that felt as though it had been buried for a long, long time.
Without thinking, you reached up and brushed a lock of hair from his forehead, your fingertips lingering against his skin. âYou know, for a guy whoâs supposed to be my bodyguard, youâre doing a terrible job at keeping things professional,â you teased, though there was no bite in your words.
Logan let out a quiet laugh, shaking his head. âYouâre the one makinâ things complicated, Y/N.â
âMaybe.â You smirked, your fingers still tracing over his chest. âBut you donât seem to mind.â
He looked at you then, something fierce in his eyes, and for a moment, you saw a glimpse of the man heâd beenâa man whoâd loved and lost, whoâd carried scars from lifetimes past. You wondered if he would ever tell you his story, if he would ever let you in on the secrets he guarded so closely.
But for now, you were content with the silence, with the feel of his heartbeat beneath your hand, with the quiet reassurance that he wasnât going anywhere.
As the night wore on, you lay there together, wrapped up in each other, the world outside fading away. And for the first time in a long time, you felt like you were exactly where you were meant to be.
---
Your father had asked you to come to his office in the spacious house. At first it was nothing but muffled voices from outside the door, until Logan heard your father speak again, for a longer period of time, causing your own voice to rise.
While Logan couldnât make out the words you were saying even with his enhanced hearing, he could tell you werenât happy. Your voice carried that sharp edge you only got when something really struck a nerve, and judging by the way you didnât hold back, it had to be serious.
Logan lingered just outside the heavy, mahogany door of your fatherâs office, his fists clenched as he heard your voice rising behind it. It was clear you were upset, and whatever was being discussed inside, you didnât like it. Heâd seen you frustrated, angry even, but never like thisâthere was a desperation in your tone that sent a chill through him.
Moments later, the door flew open, and you stormed out, cheeks flushed with anger, eyes flashing as you spotted him. You barely paused, brushing past him, but Logan caught your wrist, stopping you in your tracks.
âY/N,â he said, his voice low. âWhat happened?â
You turned to face him, anger and hurt swirling in your eyes. âHeâs⊠heâs marrying me off, Logan. To that family. After everything he promised meâhe said heâd never force me into something like this.â
Loganâs expression hardened. âWhat are you talkinâ about? He canât just⊠marry you off like some kind of deal.â
Your hands were shaking as you brushed a stray lock of hair behind your ear, struggling to keep your composure. âApparently, he can. Thereâs been this feud with the Romano family for years, and he says this is the only way to keep the peace. To protect me. Protect us.â
Loganâs jaw clenched. He felt a familiar anger rising in him, a deep, protective instinct heâd been fighting to keep under wraps. âSo, heâs just gonna throw you into a marriage you donât want? You donât even know this guy, do you?â
You shook your head, looking away. âI met him once. He was⊠polite enough. But thatâs not the point, Logan. I donât want to marry himâor anyone like this. My father always said heâd let me choose, that he wouldnât⊠sell me off.â The bitterness in your tone stung, your gaze distant as if replaying the conversation.
Logan searched your face, feeling an ache he couldnât put into words. âAnd he knows how you feel about this?â
You swallowed, nodding. âI told him, but he says I donât understand the bigger picture, that this is whatâs best for everyone.â You gave a hollow laugh, looking down. âFor everyone but me.â
He felt a pang of guilt, knowing he was just a bodyguard, technically part of the arrangement meant to keep you safe from any threats. But you were more than just a job to him, and the thought of you being forced into something like this made his blood boil. He let out a rough breath, stepping closer. âY/N, you donât have to go along with this. Not if you donât want to.â
Your gaze softened as you looked up at him. âAnd what am I supposed to do, Logan? Run off in the middle of the night?â You gave a small, bitter smile. âI donât even know where Iâd go.â
He didnât hesitate, his voice dropping low. âThen we go together. If you donât wanna go through with this, weâll figure somethinâ else out.â
Your breath hitched at his words, and for a moment, the anger and hurt seemed to fade, replaced by something warmer, more uncertain. âYouâd really⊠leave everything?â
He shrugged, almost nonchalant, but there was a fierce determination in his eyes. âI got no reason to stay here if youâre not here, too.â
You hesitated, torn between the depth of his offer and the weight of the decision you knew would follow. Finally, you gave a small nod, as if grounding yourself in the moment. âI donât know whatâs gonna happen, Logan, but⊠I just need to know youâre here. That Iâm not going through this alone.â
He reached out, tucking a loose strand of hair behind your ear, his touch lingering. âIâm not goinâ anywhere, Y/N. You got my word on that.â
There was a silence between you, thick and charged, each of you processing the weight of everything unsaid. His gaze stayed locked on yours, and for a moment, the anger and fear in your eyes softened, replaced by something closer to relief. And then, almost impulsively, you took his hand, squeezing it tight.
âThank you, Logan. I⊠I needed to hear that,â you said softly, glancing away before meeting his gaze again, vulnerability written all over your face. âJust⊠donât let go, okay?â
He gave your hand a reassuring squeeze, his voice barely above a whisper. âNot a chance, darlinâ.â
---
Nancy was doing your hair once again for the dinner with the Romano family. You had tried everything over the past few weeks, trying to convince your father that this didnât have to happen. That he promised you he would never do this.
But no matter what you did, he was firm in his stance, "you're getting married to Clyde, and that's final."
You sat still, staring at your reflection in the mirror as Nancy pinned up the last of your curls. Your face looked composed, serene even, but beneath it, there was a storm brewingâa knot of anger and dread you couldnât shake. Every time you thought about that dinner tonight, your stomach twisted. Clyde Romano. A stranger. And yet, your father had decided this was your future, and nothing you said seemed to change his mind.
Nancy, sensing the tension, placed a comforting hand on your shoulder. "Itâll be alright, Y/N. Youâll be surrounded by family."
Family. Right. But none of them seemed to understand how trapped you felt. You forced a tight-lipped smile, nodding. "Thanks, Nancy."
As she stepped back, there was a light knock at the door. You turned to see Logan standing there, looking slightly uncomfortable in his formal attire but as steadfast as ever. His gaze softened as he took in your appearance, though he quickly masked it.
"Didnât mean to interrupt," he said, glancing between you and Nancy. "Just wanted to make sure youâre ready."
Nancy finished adjusting your hair and excused herself, leaving you alone with Logan. You looked at him, searching his face, hoping for some kind of lifeline.
"Logan," you murmured, voice barely above a whisper. "I feel like Iâm being dragged somewhere I canât escape from."
He stepped closer, his expression darkening as he listened. âYouâre not alone in this, Y/N. You know Iâm with you, whatever you decide.â His hand reached out, brushing against your arm, his touch grounding you.
You drew in a shaky breath, steadying yourself. âWhat if I decide to just⊠disappear?â you asked, half-joking but mostly serious.
Loganâs eyes met yours, and you saw the unspoken resolve there. âThen Iâll be right behind you. Doesnât matter where.â
For a moment, you let yourself believe itâthat you could simply run, with Logan at your side. But reality crashed back in, and you dropped your gaze.
"I wish it were that simple," you whispered, clenching your fists. "But if I leave, it could tear everything apart."
Loganâs hand settled over yours, his grip firm and reassuring. "Then we make it through tonight. And tomorrow, we figure out the rest. Youâre not facing this alone, darlinâ. Not as long as Iâm here."
You looked up at him, finding strength in his gaze. Heâd been your rock through all of this, his presence steady and unwavering. And tonight, that was what you needed most.
âAlright,â you murmured, giving him a small, grateful smile. âLetâs go face this⊠together.â
He nodded, his grip on your hand a silent promise. Whatever came next, you knew heâd be there, just as he always had been. And with that thought, you found the courage to head downstairs to face your familyâand the Romanosâone more time.
---
The dinner was at an Italian restaurant, one your father owned as cover for his business. Your dad sat at the head of the table while Clydeâs father sat at the other end. In front of you was your uncle Ermanno, who was also your dadâs consigliere, while Clyde sat next to you.
Logan, along with the other bodyguards, stood watch at the entrance of the private dining room, their silent gazes sweeping the place. He wore his usual hard expression, though his eyes softened just a touch when they found you across the room. Heâd been watching you all nightâcatching every little shift, each moment you looked down or forced a smile, every subtle tightening of your hand on the tablecloth.
Clyde Romano leaned in a little closer, his arm casually brushing against yours as he tried to make small talk. "So, Y/N, I hear youâve been helping out at a shelter?"
You nodded, barely meeting his eyes. âYeah, I volunteer with the dogs mostly. ItâsâŠnice to get away from all this sometimes.â You forced a smile, trying to keep things polite. You could feel your fatherâs gaze on you, watching for any misstep.
Clyde smiled back, but it felt too rehearsed. âWell, once weâre married, you wonât have to worry about shelters or anything like that. Youâll have enough responsibilities as a Romano.â
You felt your stomach twist at his words. Loganâs gaze sharpened from across the room as he picked up on the slight shift in your expression. You shot him a quick look, your eyes pleading for any kind of rescue. Loganâs jaw tightened, and for a brief moment, he almost looked like heâd step in. But he stayed put, his hands clenched behind his back.
Instead, he looked for the smallest opening. Just as Clydeâs attention was pulled away by his father, Logan slipped into view, leaning down beside you. âYou alright?â he murmured, low enough that only you could hear.
âNot even close,â you whispered back, your eyes fixed on your glass. âHeâs already talking about our future like⊠like itâs set in stone.â
Loganâs eyes flickered with something fierce. âWeâll get through this, Y/N. Tonightâs just another show. Nothing more.â His fingers brushed the back of your chair, the barely-there touch sending a wave of calm through you.
But Clydeâs voice cut back in before Logan could say anything more. âY/N, we were thinking of heading to Italy for the honeymoon. Itâll be a good chance to meet the rest of the family there.â
Your heart sank further. Italy. An entire ocean away, away from everything you knew, from everyone who mattered to you. âItaly,â you echoed, your voice strained but steady.
âYeah. The Romano estates are beautifulâbeaches, vineyards⊠a real paradise.â He seemed oblivious to your hesitation, already dreaming up plans youâd had no say in. Your father looked pleased, nodding his approval from his end of the table.
Logan straightened, but the look he gave you was unmistakable: You donât have to do this.
You swallowed, shifting in your seat as Clyde rambled on. When his focus shifted to his own father again, you leaned back just enough to whisper to Logan, âIâm not sure I can keep pretending.â
Loganâs expression softened, and for a second, he let a hint of his guard down. âYou donât have to, darlinâ.â His voice was low, almost tender, meant for you alone. âSay the word, and we walk outta here. Right now.â
The thought made your heart skip, but your gaze drifted toward your father, seated across the table with a look of satisfaction. Leaving wasnât just about you; it would mean defying him, challenging the life heâd molded for you. The thought felt like a mountain on your shoulders.
âI canât just walk away,â you said quietly. âHeâs⊠heâd never forgive me.â
Loganâs hand brushed yours under the table, a quiet show of support. âMaybe heâs the one who should be asking for forgiveness,â he murmured, his thumb tracing a light circle over your knuckles. The warmth of his touch settled something in you, steadying your breath.
You gave a tiny nod, squeezing his hand for just a second before pulling away. Logan straightened, stepping back to his post but still keeping his gaze on you. Clyde was oblivious, caught up in a conversation with his father about future business plans, each word feeling like a nail in the coffin.
Dinner dragged on, a blur of forced laughter and stiff conversation. Every time you felt yourself sinking, you looked toward Logan. He was there, solid and watchful, like a silent promise of something real in a room full of facades.
Eventually, the families began to wind down, talk shifting to more casual chatter. Clyde, emboldened by the nightâs success, reached over and took your hand, his grip possessive. âSoon, youâll be part of the family, Y/N. Youâll see. Youâll come to love it.â
Your mind screamed at the thought, every fiber of you wanting to pull away. But you held still, not daring to make a scene. Loganâs gaze narrowed, his jaw set as he took in the sight of Clydeâs hand around yours.
Finally, as the night came to an end and the families started to stand, Clyde leaned in with a smug smile. âReady to go? I thought weâd take a walk, just the two of us.â
Before you could answer, Logan was there, stepping in with a casual yet firm presence. âMr. Romano,â he said, addressing Clyde but looking right at you, âyour father asked to speak with you in private before you head out.â
Clyde frowned but nodded, reluctantly releasing your hand. âIâll be back soon, Y/N.â He disappeared toward the far end of the room, leaving you alone with Logan.
You let out a slow breath, the tension finally loosening from your shoulders. âThank you,â you whispered, looking up at him, gratitude spilling from every word.
Logan gave a slight nod. âCouldnât let him drag you out there without a say.â His voice was rough, but his eyes softened as he held your gaze. âYouâre not alone in this, Y/N. Whatever happens⊠you got me.â
The weight of the night lifted just a little, and for a moment, you almost believed you had a choice in all of this.
---
âA week?â you repeated, your voice barely above a whisper as you stood in your fatherâs office. The weight of the word seemed to pull you under, even as you fought to keep your voice steady.
Your fatherâs expression was impassive, arms crossed as he looked at you. âYes, Y/N. The Romano family wants to move quickly. They think itâs best, and I agree. Itâs time you take on this responsibility for the family.â
Your jaw clenched. You remembered the promises he made, back when you were younger, that heâd never force you into something like this. âI just⊠I donât understand. You always saidââ
âPeople change, Y/N,â he interrupted, his tone firm. âThis is whatâs best for you and for us. For the family.â
You shook your head, feeling a rush of helplessness. âAnd what about what I want? Iâve been trying to tell you for weeks that I donât want this, and youâre not listening.â
He exhaled sharply, the kind of sigh that signaled his patience was running thin. âThis isnât about what you want. I didnât raise you to be selfish.â
âSelfish?â The word stung, and you couldnât help the surge of anger that rose within you. âIâm asking for my life. How is that selfish?â
He frowned, unyielding. âEnough, Y/N. This is happening. Weâre done discussing it.â
Your breath hitched, but you forced yourself to stay composed. The walls of the office seemed to close in on you, the reality of it settling heavy and cold. You had a weekâseven daysâto either submit to this life heâd chosen for you or⊠what? You didnât even know.
Without another word, you turned and left, fighting the urge to slam the door behind you. The hall felt stifling as you walked out, your thoughts churning.
When you reached your room, Logan was there, waiting. The moment he saw your face, he stiffened. âWhat happened?â His voice was a low rumble, the concern clear.
âA week,â you whispered, barely able to meet his gaze. âI have a week before he marries me off to Clyde.â
Loganâs jaw tightened, and you could see the flash of anger in his eyes. He stepped closer, his hand moving to rest on your shoulder. âSo thatâs it, then? Heâs just⊠throwing you to that bastard?â
You nodded, the words catching in your throat. âI donât know what to do, Logan. I tried everything, but he wonât listen. Heâs set on it.â
Loganâs hand slipped down, finding yours and giving it a reassuring squeeze, his rough fingers warm and grounding. You tightened your grip, the frustration and helplessness boiling inside you finally having somewhere to go.
âIâm supposed to just go along with it,â you muttered, bitterness seeping into your words. ïżœïżœAct like Iâm thrilled to be Clydeâs obedient little wife. Like my lifeâs just⊠his to take.â
Loganâs gaze darkened. âItâs not. You know that. And anyone who tries to take it without your say? They got me to deal with.â His voice was low and dangerous, a promise just for you.
You looked up, searching his face, a flicker of hope stirring. âBut what can we do, Logan? Heâs not going to listen to me. And if I push back too hard⊠I donât know what heâll do.â
âThen let me get you out of here,â Logan said, leaning in closer. His voice softened, gentler now. âWe can leave, right now if you want. Just say the word.â
Your heart twisted painfully, the temptation so fierce you almost said yes then and there. But reality clawed its way back, the weight of your fatherâs expectations and the tight grip he kept on every part of your life. Leaving would mean giving up everythingâand, deep down, you werenât sure you could risk it.
âWhat about my dad?â you whispered, feeling the weight of it pressing down again. âHeâs⊠heâd see it as betrayal, Logan. And what if he goes after you?â
A flicker of something familiar crossed Loganâs face, a shadow from a life you couldnât remember but that he clearly did. âY/N, donât worry about me,â he murmured. âBeen through worse.â He squeezed your hand a little tighter, his thumb brushing over your knuckles in a gesture so tender it nearly undid you. âAnd if heâs got a problem, then he can take it up with me.â
You let out a shaky breath, feeling the anger and fear give way just a bit. âYou say that now, but you havenât seen how he gets when people cross him. Heâd never forgive me, Logan. Heâd never forgive us.â
Loganâs hand moved to cup your face, his touch steadying you as his eyes met yours. âThen we donât need his forgiveness. We get you out, and I keep you safe. Whatever comes after, we face it together.â
The fierce certainty in his voice sent a warmth flooding through you, your resolve hardening under his gaze. âBut Clyde, the Romanoâs⊠they wonât just let it go.â
A smirk tugged at Loganâs mouth, the edge of defiance clear. âThen theyâll learn what happens when they mess with you. Ainât nobodyâs right to take away your freedom, Y/N. Not your old man, not Clyde, not anyone.â
A beat of silence stretched between you, his hand still warm against your cheek. Your fingers tightened around his, and for a second, all the anger and dread faded, leaving just you and him in the quiet of the room.
âWhat about⊠us?â The words slipped out before you could stop them, and for a second, you held your breath, waiting for his reaction.
Loganâs eyes softened, his gaze never leaving yours. âWhat about us, darlinâ?â He brushed a thumb along your cheek, his voice dropping to a low murmur. âYou think Iâd just leave you here to face this on your own?â
His words sent a rush of warmth through you, and before you knew it, you were leaning into him, his presence steady and unshakable. He let out a low sigh, wrapping his arm around your shoulders and pulling you closer, his other hand tracing gentle circles over your back.
âYouâre all Iâve got in this,â you whispered, feeling the tears prick at the corners of your eyes. âI canât lose you, too.â
âYou wonât,â he murmured, pressing a kiss to the top of your head, his hold tightening just enough to reassure you. âNot now, not ever.â
You stayed like that for a long moment, wrapped up in his embrace, the weight of everything slipping away in his arms. But eventually, reality crept back in, and you pulled back, catching the flicker of resolve in his gaze.
âIf we do thisâŠâ You paused, steadying yourself. âIf we leave, we need a plan.â
Logan gave a small nod, his hand still resting on yours. âWeâll figure it out. Tonight, weâre just gettinâ you through this.â
It was a promise, simple and unbreakable, and for the first time in weeks, you felt a flicker of hope stirring deep inside you.
---
The rehearsal dinner was held in a private room at the church a few days later; a grand, echoing place with gilded walls and tall stained-glass windows that cast colored light over everything. Clyde, his parents, and your family were all gathered, discussing wedding arrangements like it was a done deal, each word chipping away at any illusion of control you had left.
Logan and the other bodyguards stood at a respectful distance, keeping watch. He tried to keep his gaze neutral, but his eyes lingered on you longer than necessary, catching every forced smile and stiff nod you gave.
As the minister went through the motions, you and Clyde practiced exchanging vows. You held his hands, repeating words that felt like a foreign languageâlifeless, meaningless. Your eyes drifted toward Logan, and he gave you the barest nod, grounding you with that single, unspoken promise.
After the vows, Clyde leaned in close, his voice low and smug. âI think youâll come to love our life together, Y/N. Just give it time.â
You forced a polite smile, biting back the words you wanted to say. Out of the corner of your eye, you saw Logan clench his fists, his face darkening.
Finally, as the rehearsal ended and people began drifting off, you made your way to a quiet corner, needing a moment alone. Logan slipped over to you, his movements subtle as he came to stand beside you.
âAre you alright?â he asked, his voice softer now that it was just the two of you.
You shook your head, feeling that familiar knot of dread twist tighter. âLogan, I donât think I can go through with this. But I donât know if I can run, either. Iâm⊠ Iâm stuck.â
He took a deep breath, his gaze intense as he looked down at you. âWhat if I told you that you didnât have to decide tonight?â he asked quietly. âThat we could just⊠take it one day at a time. You donât have to have all the answers right now.â
The tension in your shoulders eased a bit, and you met his eyes, finding strength in the certainty there. He wasnât pushing you, wasnât forcing anything on you. He was just⊠here, with you, in whatever way you needed.
âOkay,â you whispered, nodding slowly. âOne day at a time.â
Logan gave a small, reassuring smile. âThatâs all we need, darlinâ.â His hand brushed your shoulder, lingering just a second longer than necessary before he stepped back.
---
The day of the wedding had arrived, and you were dolled up, your makeup and hair were perfect, and your wedding dress was heavy, constricting, and large.
Once the makeup artists and hair stylists left, you had fled to the bathroom in the bridal suite and were currently hunched over the toilet. You hadnât thrown upâyetâbut you could feel the nausea and anxiousness rising.
You braced yourself against the counter, taking deep breaths as you tried to calm the twisting feeling in your stomach. The dress felt like a vice, heavy and restrictive, pressing on every nerve, suffocating in a way that went beyond fabric and lace. You squeezed your eyes shut, hoping the queasiness would pass.
A knock at the door pulled you from the spinning in your head.
âY/N?â Nancyâs soft, steady voice filtered through, full of that motherly concern youâd come to rely on all your life.
You took a steadying breath, swallowing hard before calling out, âCome in, Nancy.â
The door creaked open, and Nancy stepped inside, closing it quietly behind her. Her gaze immediately softened as she took in the look on your face, her expression a mix of sympathy and something elseâresolve, maybe.
âOh, cara mia,â she murmured, reaching out to place a hand on your shoulder. âYou donât look well. This whole businessâitâs too much, isnât it?â
You managed a shaky nod. âI⊠I donât know if I can do this, Nancy. Every time I think about it, I justâŠâ You trailed off, not sure how to put into words the suffocating dread that had settled over you.
She gave you a small, encouraging squeeze. âYou know,â she said quietly, âthere are other paths besides the one your father chose for you. And you donât have to walk it alone.â
Your heart skipped at her words. âYou⊠youâd help me? Even if IâŠ?â
Nancy nodded, a spark of fierce protectiveness in her eyes. âLoganâs already got your things in his car,â she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper. âIf youâre ready to go, heâs waiting.â
You blinked back tears before grabbing one of her hands, ây- you want me to go?â
âSĂ. Your father is a bastardo, breaking that promise him and your mother made.â She squeezed your hand, âLoganâs a good man. Iâve seen the way he looks at you. He wonât let you down.â
You swallowed hard, Nancyâs words settling like a quiet fire in your chest. She was right. Your father had broken his promise, and you didnât owe him your life just because he controlled every other part of it.
With a shaky exhale, you gave her a nod. âAlright⊠Iâll go.â
Nancyâs face softened, relief mingling with pride. âGood girl. Now, take this.â She pressed a small envelope into your hand. âCash. Just in case.â
You looked down at it, blinking back tears. âThank you, Nancy. For everything.â
She pulled you into a hug, her hand stroking your back gently. âGo, cara mia. Go live your life.â She pulled back, eyes glinting with fierce determination. âAnd donât look back.â
You nodded, holding onto that resolve as you slipped out of the bathroom and made your way down the hall, heart pounding. Every step felt heavier, weighed down by fear and the voice in the back of your mind that told you this was dangerous, reckless. But when you stepped outside and saw Logan waiting by his car, the weight lifted.
He looked up, his gaze intense but soft, like heâd been waiting for this moment just as long as you had. âYou ready?â
You hesitated, just for a moment, before giving him a small nod. âYeah. Letâs get out of here.â
Logan opened the passenger door for you, helping you in, his hand lingering on yours for a second longer than necessary. He closed the door, then climbed into the driverâs seat, starting the engine with a low rumble that matched the pulse pounding in your ears.
As he pulled out of the churchâs parking lot, the weight of the decision hit you again. You were leaving everything behindâthe security, the expectations, the people whoâd shaped your entire life. But with each passing second, the fear melted away, replaced by a strange, liberating sense of excitement.
Logan glanced over, noticing the small smile tugging at your lips. âYou donât look so panicked now.â
You shook your head, unable to hide your grin. âIâm not. Not with you here.â
He gave a soft chuckle, that familiar warmth in his gaze. âGood. Because weâve got a long drive ahead of us.â
You settled back, feeling more at ease than youâd felt in months. There was silence for a moment, comfortable and charged, before you turned to him, voice barely a whisper.
âWhere are we going?â
Logan smirked. âAnywhere but here.â
You laughed softly, relaxing into your seat. The road stretched ahead, open and endless, and for the first time in a long while, the future felt like something you could shape.
logan is 141 years old and reader is around 23-25 years old
what!? is that a happy ending? who would've thought... next up, is origins!

I've been thinking in a Cumplane friendship idea.--
You see, everyone seems to believe SQQ and SQH can't stand each other. Quite the opposite, really. When it's only the two of them they don't feel the need to keep up the pretence. It's so easy to relax, to put the mask aside.
They aren't peak lords nor cultivators. They're just two dudes in their mid tweenties trying to survive in this forsaken world.
SY knows he might not be the kindest nor the most loving of friends, (he spent so many years alone in a cold, hospital room, he's not good at socializing) but he does care for Airplane. A lot. He will never say it out loud because it's embarrasing but that stupid author is his best friend.
So, that's why when the news of Qinghua's disappearance finally reach him (two weeks, it took two full weeks before someone decided to tell him--- )they absolutely destroys him.
He seems calm at fisrt. Not truly procesing the news. LBG makes a few comments about something Mobei told him (you fucking knew and didn't tell me, how dare you, husband?! )
Gone, SQH? No, that's dumb. He couldn't be gone. He's a peak lord, he has responsabilities, a bunch of little ones to teach. He even takes care of the north. And most importantly why would he leave Mobei? It makes no sense, not fucking sense.
SQH wouldn't leave like that. He... he wouldn't leave SY behind.
He can feel sob building up in his throat. That... stupid, idiot--HACK AUTHOR!
His crying fit is so strong and sudden that sends LBG and his whole demon staff into a panic.
"Shizun?!" He says looking for visible injuries-
"Don't touch me!" He screams and LBG looks at him with hurt.
"Husband? Have... have this disciple done something wrong?"
SQQ just turns and walks to his chambers ordering LBG not to follow him. His husband is left feeling distressed and cries for very different reasons.
Later that night they talk. SQQ feeling tired and sad finally calls for his husband to comfort him. He explains to him why he is angry at him and LBG apologizes.
"This one thought you hated Shang-shibo and that Shizun wouldn't care about his dissapereance." He says in a small, careful voice. "Mobei jun came to the palace days ago to beg for help in his search... "
"You turned him away... " SY says, sounding very tired.
"Yes. But this husband will make it right, Shizun. I will find your friend for you, promise."
SY sighs and hugs his husband, hiding his face in his chest.
..
Idk 'm all over the place but the idea is that the system is glitching and took SQH and is kind of keeping him hostage? Like, in between worlds. Not the mordern universe, not PIDW.
I imagine LBG having a very hard time accepting his shizun worries and loves others and not just him (??? why??? I'm more than enough you need NO ONE else shizun). He's too possesive and would like very much just to lock his shizun away, but that would break him and he never wants to see him cry like that ever again. Even if that means he has to share his attention.
MBJ is very broken in this one fiding himself lost without SQH. they had just finally stablished their relationship so he's between angry and scared. Also his trust and loyalty to LBG has taken a blown since he refused to help him find his lover. Didn't he help LBG when everyone turned his back on him as he clinged to his dead shizun's body?
While they work together (before they can even figure out where sqh is) LBG slowly realizes he might have fucked up a bit and ??? misses Mobei ??? are they friends???!!
SY tries his fucking best to keep it together. Really, he loves Binghe but that man can be so dense.
They find where SQH is being kept. The place is like a limbo. Cold, and vast where no time passes. In order to get him back LBG, MBJ and SQQ work together to reforge Xin Mo and travel there. There's a cool fighting montage, tears, hugs and everyone is happy at the end
Yeah that's all i got so far. I'll be going back to work now--

| SYNOPSIS | genshin men as cliche love tropes.
| INCLUDING | Albedo, Diluc, Childe, Kaeya, Zhongli
| WARNINGS | modern/university au!, Kaeya's and Zhongli's are suggestive, age gap in Zhongli's, mentions of blood and obsession in Albedo's, mentions of death in Diluc's.
đđ„đđđđš - á”á”á”á”â±Êłá” á”âżá” Ê°á”á”á”âż ËĄá”á”á”.
ê€ Albedo is quiet, reserved, typically someone you'd call a 'loner' in uni. he's super distant with everyone and seems to be repulsed by any form of interaction. mood, honestly.
ê€ it was all until you came along of course. your blood smells divine, your thoughts are unreadable, everything about you seems so.. different. but not the kind of different he is.
ê€ Albedo loathes the monster he truly is, which is why he's scared to approach you at first. he yearns for, craves an answer to why you stand out from everyone else; but for that, he has to push his thirst for your blood down his throat - which is way more difficult than it seemed at first.
ê€ however, first and foremost, he doesn't want to scare his dinner you away! how could he seek answers if you were terrified of him? so, he starts showing up at places you usually go to. it doesn't feel like someone is watching you all the time at all...
ê€ oh, this parasocial relationship he was in with you looked way creepier from 3rd person view. his behaviour is straight up concerning to others, and if someone didn't think he was weird before, now they do.
ê€ when he finally manages to speak to you in chemistry class, his world turns upside down. your voice, your scent, the light in your eyes, the warmth of your body - each and every part of you just draws him in, chaining him to you in a way he never could have imagined in the past.
ê€ the more time you spend with him, the less tense he gets around you, which leads to a big change in his behaviour. he eventually reveals his big secret with a lump in his throat, and - to his surprise - you take it well and accept him for who he is.
ê€ naturally, he's very protective. not just out of jealousy, but because he understands how fragile humans are compared to him. expect him to be right behind you wherever you go (even if you complain about him scaring your friends away).
đđąđ„đźđ - á¶Ê°â±ËĄá”Ê°á”á”á” á”á”Ëąá” á¶ Êłâ±á”âżá”Ëą.
áŻœ your families were always extremely close, which is why you basically spent your entire childhoods together. your parents always joked about how you'll eventually end up marrying each other when you grow up.
áŻœ even after Crepus' unfortunate passing, you two stay inseparable. Diluc changed a lot after that, but you understand and accept him the way he is; which is something he's eternally grateful for.
áŻœ from day 1 of university, it's obvious for everyone that seeing either of you without the other is near impossible. and before you think there would be a bunch of rumours about you two dating, you're wrong. to others it's common knowledge that you're a couple.
áŻœ it's not like you act like you are! but you look nothing alike, so that closes out the possibility of you being siblings and... what else could you be, really?
áŻœ Diluc hears about this before you do. it makes him reflect on his feelings - maybe he does feel more than just friendship. you've been a part of his life since birth, after all. at first he tries to brush it off, convincing himself that it's simply familial love he feels for you. yet he can't help but look at you in a slightly different way after that, he becomes a lot more attentive to everything you say and do (he already was, but now even more so!).
áŻœ after exploring his emotions in depth, his confession would be brief and confident in the comfort of his apartment. it catches you by surprise, but it also makes you extremely happy - for the past years you thought you were the loser for falling for your best friend!
đđĄđąđ„đđ - á”á”á”á”ËĄá”Êł ËŁ ËĄá”âżá”Êł.
⊠'name someone on campus who doesn't have a crush on Childe' challenge, go! while it does seem impossible, there's one person that could not care less about the redhead - it's you of course.
⊠and when they say the seating plans can't be that horrible, he ends up getting seated next to the only person who doesn't bother to even look at him. how humiliating! well, it's even worse for you - since you're somewhat an enigma to him, he'll bother you all the damn time.
⊠the worst part is that he thinks he's doing you a favour by talking to you, since you don't have friends and all. he even offers to sit with you at lunch as a joke, which you immediately refuse. how can he even enjoy his meal with all these people trying to get his attention all the time?
⊠you don't humour him at all and it infuriates him. it lights something up inside of him that he can't quite place - he has the attention of the entire campus, yet he'd much rather try to get yours instead. you're hard to get and he loves it.
⊠luck shines upon him when you're assigned to work on a project with your seatmate. the deadline is in a month, so you know what that means! he has 30 days to win you over.
⊠he does everything, and i mean everything. he invites you over to 'work on the project' often, and since you do want to get this over with quickly, you can't possibly refuse. you notice him getting closer and closer in your personal space on each occasion, pushing his knee against yours, letting your hands touch, resting his head on your shoulder. all of this leading up to the faithful moment where he has his nose against yours, pulling you into the kiss he's been waiting for all this time.
⊠you have to admit that his charms did work on you after all. and he has to admit he prefers being with just you, far from the crowd he used to be in the center of.
đđđđČđ - Êžá”á”Êł á”á”Ëąá” á¶ Êłâ±á”âżá”'Ëą á”ËŁ.
ⶠhis biggest mistake ever was choosing your friend over you when fate offered him two hotties at the senior party. he was drunk, okay? she seemed slightly more interested and willing to do nasty things with him, so... he went with the easier road.
ⶠwell, he missed out BIG time. i'm not saying that your bestie is a bad person, no! but whenever you met up with him because your best friend wanted to spend time with the both of you at the same time, it became more and more obvious that he's much more compatible with you. he'd never show that of course.
ⶠyour friend was devastated on the night of their breakup, calling you at ungodly hours just to cry on the phone to you. how sad. Kaeya didn't seem like a bad guy, you could only wonder what happened between them. funny thing is, your best friend did too. he didn't give her an actual reason for the breakup. he could never tell her that he was head over heels for her best friend.
ⶠhe waits for a while. pouncing on you right after breaking up with your friend would be way too unethical and definitely suspicious. he still has your number though, and he knows that one place you usually get lunch from. he'll make a detailed, steadfast plan to get closer with you again - after all, you two haven't spoken since the day of the breakup.
ⶠhe gradually starts with small gestures here and there. liking your posts (which he didn't do while he was in a relationship), saying hello when you walk past him in the hallway, sitting next to you in class when your bestie is absent. soon, he starts sending you tiktoks he thinks you might enjoy, starting small talk when he catches you alone, paying for your lunch when he gets the chance. he's more obvious than he intended to be, but he's impatient. and you catch on.
ⶠyou didn't expect to be at his place one night, letting him see what he missed on his first opportunity, feeling so good but so guilty at the same time, knowing that your friend's heart would break for the second time if she found out.
ⶠso, you start dating in secret. he's awfully good at keeping a facade up. you only meet up at each other's place, anywhere in the city or on campus would be too risky. the walls have ears and eyes in university after all.
đđĄđšđ§đ đ„đą - á”Êłá”ᶠá”˹˹á”Êł'Ëą Ëąá”á¶Êłá”ᔠᶠá”á”á”á”Êłâ±á”á”.
đ Mr. Zhongli has to be one of your favourite professors - you could very easily tell how much passion he has for the subjects he teaches, it was so motivating! i lied. he's just mad hot.
đ his hair tied back, his dark brown suit that looks like it was made just for him, the way his long, slender fingers held his pen... absolutely divine.
đ of course, the best way to get a teacher's attention is to either excel or underperform in their class and, well, the latter is way easier. he notices your lack of efforts when it comes to his subjects. intentional or not, it still needs to be talked about, so the day after your test, he asks you to stay behind for a minute (mission success).
đ he talks about how poorly your essay is written, how you should pay attention to both the structure and the factuality of your work. you obviously couldn't care less about that, being lost in the gold irises behind his glasses. he notices this and simply sighs.
đ never in his many years of teaching has a student try to get his attention this way, and he'd be ashamed to admit that it was working perfectly. your skirt being a bit too short during your one-on-one tutoring lessons, the buttons on your shirt that always seem to get loose, that look in your eyes when he's asking you to focus. he catches on. and he loves it.
đ Zhongli knows you're doing this on purpose, yet he doesn't cancel your tutorings. he also wants this, no matter how unacceptable it is from either of you. which is why you're sat on his lap, learning about the correct way to build an essay up, slightly shifting your position every now and then. he clears his throat and adjusts his glasses before grabbing your chin and turning your head back to the paper in front of you.

it was pretty obvious at this point that there must have been some sort of feelings beyond friendship that darius had for angel, especially if he believed angel would only be safe with him and nobody else. "it's okay if you talk about what happened to you, i don't want people knowing what he's done to me. you're my best friend, the way you looked at me last night," he looked away, shaking his head. "you were disgusted with how i looked. i can't begin to imagine what other people would think of me." his voice grew softer as he spoke, speaking just above a whisper by the end of his statement. there wasn't a whole lot that he remembered from last night, just little moments and angel lifting up garam's shirt to see the bruises on his torso was one of those moments. really, garam had no idea what angel might have said to darius, or even other people. and that scared him. garam didn't want to feel pitied, he didn't want to be looked down on for the choices he made. he thought he was in love, he was looking at the world through rose colored glass. the last thing he needed was for the details of his relationship to become public knowledge. with the fans he had as a popular streamer, he also had his fair share of haters and he knew that they would use this against him if they'd found out. darius barely knew him and he already holding garam's relationship against him. he found himself rolling his eyes dramatically, "i didn't mean like an actual dog. he's just big and scary like a good watch dog would be." he truly didn't mean any harm by it. garam nodded his head in agreement to the shower, knowing that the water would probably help the dull throbbing ache in his head from their night of drinking. he waited until angel had left before going into the bathroom and turning the water on. garam didn't particularly like using other people's shower products simply because the ones he had at his place were formulated specifically for his hair texture, and he was a bit sensitive to smells but he liked angel's scent so he figured using his shower products wouldn't hurt too much. but of course, being left alone, garam got too into his head and he began to worry. was this guy right? was angel really not safe with garam or was it his own feelings for angel that forced his bias? until his ex decided to give on garam, there was no way angel was really safe. he began to panic, the only thing he could think of doing to calm himself was to sit on the floor of the shower. his arms wrapped around his legs as he hugged his knees against his chest, letting the water run over his body. he didn't realize just how long he'd been sitting there until the water had run cold. garam had gotten up, turned the water off, and quickly dried off before walking back into angel's room and into the closet. he wasn't too picky with what he chose to wear, knowing that he'd be practically swimming in anything he chose, so he went with clothes that would hide both his arms and legs. once dressed, he made his way back out to the living room. he didn't look at either men as he sat down on the couch, picking up his phone in the process to look through the dozens of unread notifications. he remained quiet as he read through some of the texts, none of them worried garam until he scrolled down to another picture. he glanced over to darius but quickly looked back to his phone just as another text was coming in. i'm going to work but i'm going to swing by your place once i'm out, i hope to see you there. he sighed heavily, at least his ex wasn't hanging around and they were safe to go back to his apartment to pick up the things he needed. "you should know i would never let anything happen to angel while he's with me." his words were almost mumbled. if he was brave enough, he would have told darius he was used to his ex's aggression, just as he'd told angel, and would easily take the man's fists if it meant angel was safe. but how could he say that without leaving way for the other's curiosity to swell? "he's my best friend, i'd leave if i thought angel was in any danger."
For some reason Garam questioning him upset Angel. He knew Garam was just upset about hearing someone talking about him. Anyone would be. Maybe it was lack of sleep but the taller man snickered and shook his head. âHe doesnât think Iâm safe with anyone but himâ Angel let out a deep sigh rubbing his hand over his face. Ever since the other manâs confession he had been rather over protective of Angel. Questioning his every decision which he wasnât a fan of. But he knew Darius heart was in the right place. Longing after Garam for so long it felt nice to have someone who openly shared his feelings with him. Who cared for him as deeply as he cared for Garam. He hated being in the middle of the two. He wished they could get along. However, from the way they were both talking that wouldnât be happening any time soon. âListen I know what you heard didnât sound the best. But I wasnât talking behind your back. He asked if I was okay and what happened last night. Garam it affects me too. I need to talk to someone.â Angel frowned now crossing his own arms. His glance went to his feet as he tired to calm himself down. Snapping at each other would make a tense situation worse. At the end of the day it wasnât either of their faults. âIâll be sure to steer clear of talking about you specifically. Itâs not my intention to make excuses but I wish you would see my side. Garam you showed up here battered and bruised. He was sitting right in the living room with me. Would you not ask if you were him? Especially after I kicked him out as soon as you got here? And I also defended you immediately.â Angel could feel himself getting worked up again. The feeling of Garam questioning him felt personal. Angel did his best to always put his best friend first. He went silent for a moment taking a step back. âHe wonât come into your apartment. Iâll be sure he respects you. But respect is a two way street. Donât call him a dog. He is only here to help.â Angel muttered glancing back at the door. Leaving Darius to his own devices for too long would only make the situation worse. âTake a shower. You can borrow whatever you want from my closet. Iâm going to finish breakfast. We can all eat together and have a proper conversation. Clear the air. How does that sound?â
#threads#thread: min garam#garam & angel#ang3lmoan#i couldn't make this longer even if i wanted to... apparently there is a 4096 character limit for blockquotes and i hit that exactly

RAFE, SCARY? PFFT ! â RAFE CAMERON
pairing; boyfriend!rafe cameron x fem!reader
summary: you had the most loving, sweet, precious boyfriend in the world. so why were your new found friends so scared of him?
prompt: âyou let anything happen to her and iâll fucking kill you, alright?â
you could barely contain your happiness as you applied your 5th layer of glittery lipgloss on your lips, holding the decorated pink tube in your manicured fingers. you batted your eyelids at the clock hung on rafe's wall.
kiara told you to be there at 8:00 and it was currently 7:30.
but you didn't want to be late, so leaving now was a good plan for you.
you had never met kiara's friends before. you had been best friends with her your whole life, but after she and sarah split, they told you you had to pick a side. and you would never tell sarah that the main reason you picked her was because of her psychotic older brother who was always roaming aimlessly around tannyhill.
sarah was your best friend, and you wouldn't trade her for the world.
but you couldn't help but ponder over what would have happened if you picked kiara, what life you would have had.
you missed her, truly. so when faced with the oppurtity to reconnect with her through your mothers exchanging numbers on one random night at the wreck, you took it.
and before you knew it she was inviting you to come down to the boneyard with some of her friends from the cut, to which you accepted gratefully.
you were snapped out of your thoughts when you heard the bathroom door click open, the steam rolling out from underneath it like a tidal wave. you turned your head softly at the noise, placing the lipgloss applicator quickly back in the tube.
beads of water trickled down his v line, escaping into the beige towel wrapped around his waist into a place you didn't even have the time to imagine. he lifted his hand up to his head, running a hand through his now brown hair that had darkened from getting wet under the stream of water.
"quick rafe we have to go!" you whined, trying to avoid eye contact with the 6'2 tall build distraction in front of you. you shuffled around the room, going into his closet and picking out clothes for him to quickly put on since he insisted â well â demanded, on driving you down to the boneyard.
you shoved the clothes into his hands, his hand making contact with yours momentarily, creating a spark between the two of you. your cheeks flushed as you quickly looked away, turning around and taking a seat at the foot of the bed.
you watched as he made no effort to move, a smirk you know all too well gracing his face. "rafe, i mean it. get changed" you groaned as you pushed your palms into the soft covers of his king sized bed.
"if you wanted to see me naked baby, you could just say that."
your cheeks quickly turned into the darkest shade of pink you could imagine, your hands quickly reached up to your face, covering your eyes as you huffed softly.
he scoffed at your movements, reaching over to spread your fingers apart so you could see through them. "im just joking ma, you've seen it all before." he winked, moving back to see the full sight of him while lifting his bicep up and flexing it in your face.
you jokingly rolled your eyes, falling onto the bed so you were now staring at the ceiling. your fingers found their way to each other, nervously intertwining as you thought.
you heard rafe shuffling around near his closet, his fly ziping up and the clink of his belt being melody to your ears. "what if they don't like me?"
your voice was quiet, barely above a whisper. if rafe wasn't listening he definitely would have missed it. but he always listens.. to you.
"impossible" he stated simply, using a tone that left no room for discussion. he didn't use that tone often, but when he did, you stayed quiet.
you chewed on your bottom lip, knitting your brows together.
you were so lucky to have rafe in your life. he was kind, caring and patient and always knew how to calm your anxiety.
honestly, you were surprised he let you go down to the beach with the pogues in the first place. you tried your best to keep out of that whole kook-pouge turf war as best as possible. to you, it was immature, unnecessary and just pointless. but it had been around on the island since before you could remember.
though, it was safe to say that you and rafe didn't see eye to eye on that topic. he didn't like the pogues, not one bit. and he made that very, very clear.
he knew how much you loved kiara, and how your face lit up when your mother's voice echoed through rafe's car speakers when she called you after seeing kiara's mother.
it took him longer to warm up to the idea that you would be seeing her whole friend group, which consists of just pogues, and most importantly, jj maybank.
there was nothing more rafe hated than jj maybank.
yet, he knew how happy this would make you. and he was willing to do this, for you. only for you.
"ready bubs" rafe announces, smoothing his polo down haphazardly and stuffing his feet into his shoes. he hears you pulling yourself up and off his bed, your socked feet padding over to him and resting your head on his chest.
he smiles and he brings his arms around your body. sighing contently as he places a kiss on your head before resting his chin on you. "they are gonna love you, like everyone loves you. don't think for a second that they won't"
you giggle against him, somehow trying to push yourself further into him, which was impossible.
"no im being serious baby, i have some serious competition." rafe huffed, pulling himself back from you and looking at your face peering up at him.
"shut up" you joke, your cheeks burning as you blushed at his words. he leaned down until his lips met yours, bringing his fingers to your chin and lifting your head up.
you two melted into each other, your sweet strawberry lipgloss coating his lips quickly. he didn't care though, he was kissing you. so nothing else mattered.
you were losing yourself in his touch, not noticing he was slowly pushing you back until your calfs hit the back of his dark oak bed frame and your body eventually fell against the soft fabric of his covers.
he slipped his hand up your lacy white cami, dragging his fingers up and down the soft skin of your stomach. he detached his lips from yours as his cold slender fingers slipped under the wire of your bra, kissing his way down your neck and chest.
you bit your now chapped lips as you looked down the the brunette boy making goosebumps appear over your skin. you threw your head back against his pillow closing your eyes and opening them again as your head lulled to the side.
your eyes fixated to the clock resting on his wall, reading 7:54. your mind ticked for a second before realising where you needed to be in exactly six minutes, gasping rather dramaticlly.
rafe's head snaps up to look at you, his eyes hooded with worry and hunger at the same time. it was only when he followed your eyes to his sleek white clock that he realised what had happened.
he rolled his eyes and he pulled your shirt back over your stomach, leaving one last searing kiss before smoothing the material down.
"rafe we have to go, now. now!" you whisper yelled almost slipping and you tried to put on your shoes while you hobbled out of his bedroom.
"baby, baby." he spoke, hopping up and walking quickly after you. he reached out to your waist holding you stable so you didn't slip over and hurt yourself.
"ok, ok. ill be careful. lets just go!" you gasped, trying to wiggle out of his firm grip. he chuckled as he let go, watching as you speed down the stairs of tannyhill and down to his white jeep parked out the front.
it was a fairly uneventful ride down to the boneyard, rafe's hand resting on your bouncing leg the whole time, slightly soothing the nervous feeling arising in your chest.
"c'mon baby, we're here" he voiced, opening his car door before quickly jumping out and circling the car before he opened yours for you. your eyes drifted down to the beach as rafe helped you out of his rather tall car.
a blonde boy with a backward cap resting on his head sat on a log with two other boys around your age, beers resting in their hands as they talked. your eyes followed along the beach where you saw kiara picking up trash along the shore, smiling brightly to yourself.
rafe intertwined his hand with yours, tightly squeezing it as he narrowed his eyes at the people on the beach. "you don't have to drink yeah? just tell them no, ok?" rafe spoke.
you nodded softly, peering up at him through your lashes to see his face stern and menacing.
you began walking first, dragging rafe softly behind you as your shoes hit the soft sand below you. you kept your eyes glued to your feet the whole way until you heard voices now crystal clear echoing through your ears.
"hey, you made it!" kiara exclaimed, bringing her arms around you as you let go of rafes hand. "hi kie" you murmured into her shoulder, embracing her into a soft hug.
"hey, rafe. what're you doing down these parts?" the blonde boy asked, standing up from his spot on the large log he was sitting down on before. you saw rafe tick his jaw to the side as you pulled away from kiara, his tongue sliding through the front of his teeth.
"just dropping her off maybank, not here to stay" rafe remarked, turning his attention to you as he leaned down and placed a kiss on your cheek, ghosting his hands over your sides as he pulled back from you.
"call me when you need me to pick you up yeah?" rafe said, keeping his eyes on you as you nodded hastily. he smiled sweetly at you, watching as kiara grabbed your hand a pulled you down to the shore, showing you the tiny baby turtles rushing into the water in front of you.
"hey jj" rafe said, turning his head to the boy standing a few feet from him, not daring to come any closer. rafe watched as he nodded cautiously, pursing his lips together as to almost prepare himself for what rafe was about to say.
rafe took a few steps before he reached jj, grabbing the fabric of his shirt and hoisting him up until they were face to face.
âyou let anything happen to her and iâll fucking kill you, alright?"

âPlease come, Cho. I need you to come.â
An exasperated breath comes from the other end of the phone. Youâre sure your best friend is shaking his head, trying to come up with a way to let you down gently, because heâs incapable of being mean.
âI wanna,â he says honestly. âI know that Scream is our thing⊠but Iâve gotta take this shift for the extra money. I promise to make it up to you, kay? How about a movie night when I get off?â
You huff. You know this is reasonable collateral, but your heart still aches because youâll be missing out on the Scream experience with your best friend in the entire world; the only person who truly understands the place the movie series holds in your heart.
âA movie night with face masks,â you correct him.
He grins from the other line. âDeal. Have fun tonight. Tell Satoru to not be a little bitch.â
You grin back. âLevel: impossible. But will do. Love you, Cho.â
He pauses for a minute before replying. âI love you too. Later.â
The phone hangs up and you are unable to shake the pressure in your chest. You really shouldnât be this sad; youâll be with the rest of your friends. But they arenât Cho.
You sigh and begin to get dressed; a blood-red low cut tank top, black plaited skirt, ânets, and thick running boots. Red lipstick tied everything together, as well as your hair in two ponytails with ribbons.
Hours pass and soon, night falls. Your friends arrive to collect you, and you all make it to the sight of the attraction in no time, both fear and excitement bubbling within you.
You ride down a long, long driveway, nothing but trees surrounding the acre of attractions, stalls and decorations. At the end, there is a large arch with an inflatable ghostface, connected to a giant curtain that serves as an entrance to the woods where the experience takes place.
According to reviews, there are multiple ghostface actors, increasing difficulty for everyone else - but it increases the thrill for you. If you make it to the exit without getting caught, you get your money back and a Ghostface collectible. So as far as youâre concerned, you have no choice but to make it though.
âQuick, shoot it back!"
You gasp as your friend is shoving a tiny liquor bottle into your palm, before reaching into her purse to pass one out to every member of your group. Youâre in line now, almost halfway to the start.
Your friendâs insignificant other, Toji, grins wickedly as he takes back three or four of them. You're still nervously holding onto just the one, feeling your mouth water as you imagine the nasty liquor sliding down your throat.
"Ah, look at 'er," Toji clowns, gripping your friend by the waist. "If she's afraid to take a simple shot, she ain't gonna last in there."
"Piss off, Fushiguro," Geto - another member of your group - grits. "Not all of us are hopeless alcoholics like you are."
"And 'm not afraid," you butt in, glaring at Toji. "A bitch can't hesitate?"
âJust drink it, girl,â Toji replies, his tone bored.
You roll your eyes at him before you turn away from the group and quickly take the shot, knowing you're going to need it inside. Because, no thanks to Choso, youâre going to be all alone. Geto is paired with your other friend, Satoru, and your girlfriend has Toji. Geto had offered to ditch Satoru for you, but you like the idea of being by yourself.
So, in short, you'll need a lot of liquid courage to make it through, even though Ghostface is your favorite Halloween character - and you can hardly contain your excitement.
"Alright!" Toji and your friend clap after you turn back around with a grimace.
The line moves forward. Your group is going to start being escorted inside, pair by pair, and youâll be the last of everyone to enter. You snatch another shot from your friend and take it back, the sinking feeling in your stomach setting in, knowing how close you are to a dream come true.
But what outweighs your fear is your fantasy. Ghostface is hardly scary as he turns you on, like a pervert in heat. You had never built up the courage to ask your exes to wear the mask in bed or anything, but the fact that it had even crossed your mind makes you feel like some kind of freak.
"Step right up, step right up!" A voice booms from the man leading people in through the curtain, pulling you away from your thoughts.
He holds up an imaginary microphone to Toji and your friend.
"What's your favorite scary movie?" he asks with a grin.
Their answers conveniently match, which is cute, but not the answer the man was looking for; his face drops.
Then, the man pulls back the curtain to allow them to step through. Now you are alone with Geto and Satoru.
"You better have your arms ready," Satoru says with a nudge to Geto. "The minute anything pops out at me, Iâm jumping on you.â
Geto huffs, "Absolutely not. We're not paying fifty bucks a pop for you to cower the whole time." He pauses to glance at you. "Besides, Y/N is literally going in by herself."
"Yeah, 'cause she'd rather die of fright than partner with you," Satoru teases, and Geto simply rolls his eyes.
You are zoning out of their conversation slowly, your heart thumping rapidly in your ears as time draws nearer for you to go inside.
The same routine happens with Satoru and Geto several minutes later; the bouncer asks them for their favorite scary movie before shoving them inside.
You shift your weight nervously, all alone now, your fingers fiddling with the trim of your skirt.
A few minutes pass by, shrieks coming from the other side, making you giggle at just how squeaky Satoru had gotten. Then, after another eternity, the bouncer turns to you.
"What's your favorite scary movie?" he questions, red eye contacts sliding down your body.
"Uh, I don't know," you reply with an innocent shrug.
"Oh come on, you have to have a favorite,â he grins, his face lighting up because someone finally catches his reference. âWhat comes to mind?"
"Um, Halloween, you know the one with the guy in the white mask who walks around and stalks babysitters," you continue, unable to help smiling back at him.
He nods approvingly and pulls back the curtain, flashing lights on the other side greeting you. You swallow nervously as fog rolls over the floor, a red light at the end of a long walkway.
You carefully walk down, your buzz weighing down on you, but unfortunately not enough to get rid of your fear entirely. You look at the edge of every wall, waiting for something to jump out at you, but it never does.
Nothing happens except for cool air blowing in your face as you walk, hugging your arms, gooseflesh rising on the back of your neck. You begin to feel that this isnât so bad, but right as you think you've made it out safely, you hear a footstep.
You turn in a flash, but there's nothing there. You know you heard it though.
You shake it off and turn back around, only to see him - standing all but a grave's length away from you.
You jump and shriek a bit as he just stands there, menacingly, in all his Ghostface glory.
You gulp thickly, alcohol lingering in your saliva. You try to come up with a fast plan; you couldnât go down this easily.
You take a step to the side. He mirrors your actions.
You bring your hands up in defense now, feeling your stomach sink at the thought of what he could possibly do next. He cocks his masked head at an angle, slowly holding up his knife...
As he does this, you bolt right past him. He stands there for a second, possibly stunned, before you hear the crunching of him sprinting after you.
He's hot on your heels. You've exited the safe cushion of the hallway and are now in the middle of darkness, only trees and tall labyrinth-like bushes surrounding you. Itâs scary, but itâs exactly what you came for. Youâre living an absolute dream.
You dare to glance over your shoulder as your chest becomes tight, your oxygen feeling as though it's being choked out of you.
He's not there.
Your body shakes in fear. It's so exhilarating. You smile sadistically to yourself, deciding to give yourself a break from running.
You run around a tall bush and squat down. You glance from side to side and listen for his footsteps. They're nearby, but thereâs lots of bushes around. No way will he be able to pick the exact one youâre squatting behind.
You smirk and stay where you are, on your hands and knees. His footsteps get closer, and you hold your breath.
You can see him now through the branches in the bush, his shoulders bucked as he is equally on guard as you are. He stops to look around, listening for you.
You lose your balance and take a step back, crack!
His head whips in your direction, the permanent scream etched into the mask giving your cunt its own pulse.
You let out a deep breath and back up, still crouching, as he starts to come around the bush.
You make a run for it.
Trees seem to taunt you as you zigzag through the darkness, your boots crunching twigs and dead leaves.
You realize too late that you are lost.
You canât keep running. Your breath is slowly disappearing.
You think you may have a moment of sanctuary, so you find a bush, a tall bush that has no visibility - but that also fortunately means you cannot see if heâs near.
You squat low to the ground and pant as quietly as you can. Youâre enjoying yourself, but unfortunately without a partner, you have no way to discuss strategy. You donât know what to do next.
But thatâs when you hear it.
Crunch!
Someone is nearby, but you canât see how nearby.
You figure you may have time to run again; the issue is that you still can hardly breathe.
But, another part of you writhes in the idea of being caught. You know realistically, though, that they arenât allowed to touch you, but God do you wish for the opposite.
You swallow down the burn in your throat from running. You need to move.
You turn your back for a split second to look for a new hiding spot - your eyes land on a gap in foliage nearby. You turn back to stand straight, but to your horror a new Ghostface is there, standing tall over you; bare, toned abs covered in blood glistening under the moonlight. You feel your breath hitch and you yelp again.
"Surprise, Sidney," he beams, his voice a little raspy and - dare you say, familiar.
You swallow again before ripping an exaggerate shriek, scrambling to stand up, backing away as you do so, before thump! your spine hits the bark of a tree you swore wasnât there a second ago. Youâre trapped between bushes and trees.
Your chest heaves as you try to back up farther against the tree, but to no avail, and the half-naked Ghostface creeps closer. His hand with the fake knife is raising slowly, which you know is for dramatic effect. But on account that you know he canât really stab you, you wonder what his plan is once he reaches you.
You whine, shaking your head with a quivering lip, wondering if you can fight, or run. But instead you become distracted as you take another look at him.
God, his stomach is carved into perfect shapes of abdominal muscle. You're so enticed by such art that you don't even notice him putting a hand right behind your head.
Your lips part in surprise once you register the closeness, and your back arches against the tree, as if that would move you farther away from him.
He takes his knife and presses the tip to your chin - using force to point your face towards him, and you make eye contact with the two soulless pits he has for eyes.
"What do you suppose I ought to do with you now, hmm?" he questions lowly, tilting his head to the side.
You swallow thickly, hands scrambling behind you against the bark of the tree. The next group should be arriving soon - right? You wonder how long you will be alone with him. You don't think you'll make it if he keeps you pinned to the tree like this.
"Let me go," you suggest, voice hoarse from fright, and lust.
"Well sheesh, Y/N, that's lame," the voice suddenly raises a few octaves and is much more playful than before. "I mean - goddamnit."
"You-â you cut yourself on in astonishment. âHow do youâŠ?â
"I fucking ruined it," he growls. "I'm so stupid."
Suddenly, he's breaking away from you, his knife falling from your face. You watch in actual horror as he uses his free hand to lift up his mask - revealing the angelic face of your best friend. Choso.
"Cho, what the fuck?" you gasp, your fright immediately dissolving into... embarrassment, but masking it in the form of annoyance. "You dick, what are you doing here?"
"I told you that I had to work," he says meekly, "I thought it would be fun to play Ghostface, but I mostly thought youâd enjoy it.â
You feel a little bad after that, heâs entirely too sweet. But you can't help but wonder what heâs implying.
"I... do enjoy seeing you as Ghostface," you admit, but you're embarrassed because you know he saw you ogling the fuck out of his abs. "But... you went through all this trouble for me?"
"Mhmm," Choso nods proudly, his hair falling boyishly over his forehead. "What, you don't like it?"
"No, I-I..." you taper off, unsure of what you want to say next. "Itâs just, why are you shirtless? You did that for me too?â
As his face heats, his cheeks turn apple red. âMaybe.â
Oh, heâs terrible. This new knowledge does not help the tingling at the meeting of your thighs.
His embarrassed face changes to a grin after seeing the expression on your face, and he takes a step closer to you again. "So, you forgive me for bailing on you then, yeah?â
âMm, not quite,â you frown. âYou think you can just flash your sexy pecs and toned stomach at me and Iâll forget that you left me here all alone?â
You see each word hit Choso, but you try to look past it, as youâre only speaking to him like this to rile him up. Because now, your nerves are on fire, lust filling up your body. Heâs so close, why is he standing so close? You can smell him; a heavenly mix of wood, musk, and corn syrup.
He smelled like your Choso, whoâs body fit perfectly against yours when you cuddled, whoâs silky hair slid through your fingers when you played with it, whoâs laugh is extremely contagious. You try not to make it obvious that youâre inhaling deeply, breathing him in for what felt like the first time.
Damned the alcohol, you think to yourself. Making you look at your friend with such feelings youâve been swallowing for months. But you just canât help itâŠ
âYou think my pecs are sexy?â Choso asks, but heâs not grinning. He looks genuinely shocked.
You donât reply and instead smile at his innocence. âAnd not to mention, did you not even see how scared I was?â
âI did, but,â Choso admits, âI⊠Iâm probably some kind of sick freak, because-â
âBecause you liked it?â you finish for him, and his moon-colored face somehow grows whiter.
He nods carefully.
âI feel the same way,â you reply, taking a shaking hand and planting it right over his heart. You feel the pec flex as he responds to your touch. âWhy havenât you dressed up fâme before?â
Chosoâs Adamâs Apple bobs harshly in his throat. âIâŠI thought youâd be weirded out.â
âNo,â you said softly, âitâs amazing, Choso. That you enjoy my interests enough to go out of your way like this.â
âWell, of course,â he scoffs, shaking his hair from his eyes. âI would do anything to make you happy.â
âLike what?â you coo, tilting your head to the side, sliding your hand across his chest to grip his thick arm.
âY/N,â Choso breathes, his eyes fluttering shut. âYou h-have to stop touching me like that.â
âNot till you answer my question,â you say.
âWhatever you want,â he whispers, leaning towards you more, as if he wants to put his head on your shoulder. âI am a man of little words. I donât know what it is that women like.â
âWell, I promise Iâm not that complicated,â you reply, sliding your hand up the side of his neck to rest on his jaw. He nuzzles his cheek into your touch.
âNo, but you might not want what it is that I really want to do to you,â Choso spits out suddenly, his words coming fast and nervously.
âTo me?â you ask, astonished.
He grunts and shifts his weight uncomfortably. âFor you. I-I meant for you.â
âNo, you didnât,â you tug your bottom lip with your top teeth - his words traveling straight to your cunt. You couldnât take much more of this. âHow do you know I donât want it unless you try?â
âBecause,â Choso grits suddenly, jerking his head away from your face. âAll the guys say youâd never go for someone like me. They say I wouldnât know what to do with you.â He pauses to sigh. âThey may be right but, nonetheless, I wanna see you scream and run like you did a second ago. It just got me soâŠâ
He grunts uncomfortably, and you try to pretend you donât notice the freakishly long bulge in his costume pants.
âYou know everything about me,â you frown, dropping your hand. âYou shouldnât have listened to them.â
âWell, we are just friends,â he replies nervously. âDidnât want to do anything you donât want.â
You scoff, âWhat could you possibly wanna do? You know my limits.â
Choso bites his lip. âBut I want to⊠to push the limits really hard. Especially since,â he pauses and glances around. âWe are alone.â
âPush them, then,â you say, and you swear Chosoâs eyes are going to pop free from their sockets. âLetâs say I run and hide again. If you can find meâŠâ you pause to smile. âAll limits are off.â
You blink up at him innocently, wanting to run your hand over his bulge just as a tease - but you refrain. You had plenty of tricks ready for him.
Chosoâs eyes flash and he looks down at the ground for a second. When his head lifts again, desire has overcome his pupils, and heâs smirking.
âBetter run then, Sidney. I will not be merciful.â
You take a deep breath before peeling yourself off of the tree and beginning a sprint. Your stomach is knotted with excitement. You have no idea whatâs going to happen, but you canât believe Chosoâs down for⊠whatever it is.
You must have been dreaming. This would change things between you and Choso forever, but maybe that was for the better. Maybe the two of you needed to do this to break the friendzone, even if it was in the form of some kind of sick game of chase in the middle of a forest.
You run and run. You run until you canât even see the actual attraction anymore; where there had previously been signs to let you know you were still in the bounds of the game, thereâs none now.
You may very well be lost but youâre also away from possibly being seen by anyone. Totally not intentional.
You smirk as you find a new spot, and plant yourself there. You should have a few minutes before Choso catches up.
You take your phone out of your pocket. Barely any signal, but enough to see that the group chat is on fire.
Toji
Thereâs absolutely no reason I should hear Gojo screaming like a bitch from out here đ

Nanami
Good. At least you all have a plan.
Your phone continues to buzz, but you donât reply. You sigh, silently thanking Choso for playing along with you in the chat.
âSeems like your friends are looking for you,â a voice suddenly breathes, muffled from the mask.
Your breath hitches as you lock your phone and it falls to the forest floor.
âYou found me so fast,â you say with a gulp, turning to face him.
âDidnât wanna waste precious time,â he says with a chuckle. âNow, whatâs that you said? All limits are off? I can do whatever I want?â
You smirk as you turn to face him. âDoes widdle Cho even know what he wants?â you mock.
You canât see his face under the mask, but his body responds to you: his shoulders tense and his head leans forward.
âYou,â he says quietly. âOn my cock.â
You bite your lip, âOh? How?â
He grunts and steps forward, before taking your throat between his fingers. His squeeze is soft, not enough to take your breath but enough to force your head still.
âNeed your pretty lips on it,â he replies. âWanna smear your lipstick. Always love when you get dolled up, but too bad yâgonna look a mess when Iâm finished.â
You whine a bit in response and hold his wrist, looking directly at the eyes of the mask. âWhereâs this side been hiding?â
âTold you already,â he grunts, âdidnât wanna scare you off with the twisted things I think about doing to you.â
You groan at the way his words are flooding straight to your panties. You thank your past self for wearing a skirt, itâs going to be so ridiculously easy to slide out of it.
âYou think some head is twisted?â you grin. âMaybe they were right when they said you couldnât handle me.â
This earns you a deep growl as he uses his grip on your throat to force you to slide down, until your knees hit the hard earth. You hiss in pain but ultimately donât care, as he releases your throat and uses his knife to tip your face up towards him.
At this angle, heâs delicious. Solid stomach stares at you from just inches away and the mask on his shoulders makes your thighs quench with desire.
âI mean face fucking you until youâre gasping for air,â he grits, ââChoso, noâ youâd say, but I canât understand you with a mouth full of dick, hmm?â
You blink up at him, too stunned to reply. Your lips part in expectancy, and your hands shoot out to lay flat against the top of Chosoâs thighs.
Heâs doing such a fantastic job of catering to your disgusting fantasy that you canât help but slither your hands up to the top of his waistband before he can say another word. You want to please him so bad, wanna be good for your Choso.
He stands and watches, still as air. His chest rises and falls as he breathes, the mask still staring down at you, but it makes things hotter knowing that on the other side of the mask is Chosoâs stare.
Your fingers tuck into the waistband of the black pants.
Choso lets out a small noise. âI-Iâm supposed to be the one in control, not fair.â
You grin but do not halt your movements. Your fingers begin tugging, tugging, tugging down the pants - along with his boxers.
You watch as his length slowly gets revealed until it inevitably pops out - slapping against his stomach before hanging erect in alignment with your face.
You take in a deep breath, and Choso appears to be holding his own. You examine his cock, just to make him nervous. Heâs got a very thin amount of hair that leads from the trail on his stomach, the length itself being veiny and darker than him; skinny at the base, but fat and terrifying at the pink tip.
âI knew itâd would be this pretty,â you hum, âpretty cock on a pretty boy.â
Chosoâs hips shift as he knocks himself forward so that the tip grazes your chin, leaving a faint residue of his sticky precum. Your eyes almost roll to the back of your head.
âTh-Thank you,â he whimpers, âneed your throat.â
He leans down to take one of your pigtails into each hand. He is not gentle now, his grip being harsh enough to make you yelp; when you do, he stuffs his dick right between your red lips.
Your eyes flutter closed immediately at the feeling of a full mouth. You carefully wrap your lips around him as he slowly shoves his hips forward until heâs barely halfway in, and his tip kisses the back of your throat.
You stick your tongue out so that it can glide against the sensitive underside of his cock. He notices and his head tilts back.
âS-So warm,â he moans out, sitting stagnant for a minute, before looking down at you.
You hum a bit, knowing the vibrations feel good against his tip, and he thanks you by sliding his cock back out of your mouth and ramming it back in.
You gag and your mouth gets watery, drool leaking out of the corners and covering every inch of him that you are able to take. His thrusts start getting faster, smearing your lipstick all along the length of him, his grip on your hair never loosening.
His little moans are so delicious; soft whines as he uses your face for his pleasure.
âDoinâ s-so much better than I imagined,â he mutters out, and though you love looking up and seeing the mask, you desperately want to see his innocent face twisted up as he experiences this ungodly amount of pleasure.
âMmh-â you moan around him.
Youâre still in awe that this is happening. Youâd had plenty of opportunities to do things like this with him, but youâd never been sure he would go for it. You guess you canât blame him for feeling the same way, because how were either one of you going to ask for a face fuck?
All that doesnât matter anymore because everything in this moment is perfect, including him. Your Choso.
You take your hand and wrap it around the base at the part that doesnât fit in your mouth. You take him out of your mouth to plop a pool of spit there and slide your hand up and down for a minute, giving your jaw a break.
âTake off the mask for a second,â you say to him, now that you can speak.
He obeys immediately. The mask is gone, hanging from the hand that doesnât have a fist full of your hair.
Your lips part at seeing his perfect face, fucked out, twisted in astonishment.
âBack in,â he demands softly, tugging your pigtail.
You blink as you obey and slide your mouth back over his length. You keep your face angled upwards to look at him, and heâs staring down at you like youâre both the most amazing thing heâs ever seen and the best thing heâs ever felt.
You lather up your saliva as you continue trying to go down as far as you can, taking his cock down your throat, which unlocks a new noise from Choso that gets your cunt pounding harder.
You twist your hand over the base and hollow your mouth out to squeeze your cheeks around his sensitive skin. By now your face is covered in drool, spit bubbles all around his tip, saliva dripping onto the earth below you.
Choso loses it and leans forward, releasing your hair and dropping his mask, placing his hands on the trunk of the tree. Now his hips are thrusting, hard - the bottom of his stomach kissing the tip of your nose as he fucks your face.
âHah - oh,â he whines as he uses your mouth. âTh-Think âmgonna cum already.â He sounds sad, and you smile on his dick.
You donât say anything back but you grumble deep in your throat again, knowing itâs going to drive him insane.
But he quickly pulls his cock back out of your mouth with a deep breath as if his head had been underwater.
âNo,â he shakes his head. âNot till I get to make you feel good, too.â
âI did feel good,â you say hoarsely, wiping saliva and lipstick from your face. âLiked pleasing you.â
Choso groans and shakes his head, his chest heaving rapidly. âStand up for me,â he says gently.
You miss rough Choso already.
You obey though, standing back tall, almost eye level to him in your thick boots.
He doesnât waste any time; in a flash heâs latched himself onto you, hands pressing into your thighs and he slides them up slowly towards your hips. He tilts his head to the side as you find your back hitting the tree - again, this time, circumstances much different.
âCanât believe my pretty best friend wants me to fuck her,â he speaks, voice sultry with lust. âSounds too good to be true.â He leans forward again and lets his nose brush yours, and you shiver with a deep sigh.
âI want you so much,â you say pathetically, bringing your arms over his shoulders and digging your fingertips into the hair behind his head.
His brows furrow in pleasure and you keep speaking.
âIn different ways,â you say, ânot just to fuck me. But right now⊠thatâs all I want. Please, I need it. Need you.â
âSuch a good girl when you beg,â Chosoâs voice is soft, but firm, âyou never have to beg with me, but I love hearing it. Keep going.â
âPlease.â
âYes?â
âPlease, Choso.â
âChoso what?â
âMmh - god, I hate you.â
âLove you most.â
You go to fire back, but he shuts you up with a harsh crash of his mouth against yours. His warm, wet lips mold right into yours, sliding effortlessly together. Your hands shoot out to his shoulders and he keeps his hands on your hips, gripping them like youâre going to disappear if he doesnât maintain his hold on you.
Your name leaves his lips in soft little pants as he tilts his head to the side, forcing your lips apart with his tongue before he slides the wet muscle inside so deep that you can feel it on the back of your throat.
You suck on his tongue and he grunts thanks into your mouth. Your hands are running wildly over each other, as if you could crawl inside one anotherâs skin, two souls joining as one.
He breaks away and gasps, and you grab him by his hair and force his head to an angle. He allows you to then leave sloppy, red kisses all over his neck. His eyes flutter closed as you pleasure him, knowing your innocent baby must feel so good.
You pull back and blink at the mess on his neck.
âCho, it left stains, IâŠâ
âDonât care,â he hisses, âbrand me all you want. Want everyone to know, that in some way, you own me.â
His big hands whip you around suddenly, like youâre nothing but a ragdoll; now your cheek is planted against the tree and your hands are digging into the bark for stability.
Choso rips up your skirt, and presses his bare, wet cock right to your backside.
âAlways fuck my pillow while I moan for you, yâknow,â he grunts, reaching his arm around the front of your waist, tugging the thin material that are your panties to the side. âThen you come over and lay your pretty head all in my cum, leaving your scent, and I do it again. Canât get enough, just love you so much.â
You gasp as he talks, the quake of desire making your legs tremble as Chosoâs fingers start circling your clit. Your best friend - so sweet and cute - knew exactly where to find it. You cry out.
You want to pretend youâre disgusted at him making you sleep on his cum, but you really donât care. You find the thought exhilarating, wondering how many times heâd done that, while smiling innocently next to you.
âY-Youâre so - mmh,â a moan cuts you off as he applies more pressure to your clit. âYou fuck yourself to me? My good boy.â
Choso whines before he begins panting against the back of your neck, pathetically rubbing himself against your fishnets, leaving slimy trails of his precum and your saliva all over your ass. Heâs keeping the same rhythm with his hips as his fingers on your bundle of nerves, and just when you think nothing can feel any better, he starts to push his dick between your thighs.
You feel his cock slide over your clothed pussy over and over, meeting his fingers at your clit as he swirls them expertly.
Your eyes roll back as you try desperately to reach your high, but you need him to stop teasing you. And fast.
âChoso, please,â you cry, pushing your hips back against him, the sound of your skin meeting his pelvis cracking like the twigs under your feet.
âWhat is it, my love?â he coos hotly in your ear. âWhat do you want? Anything, you got it.â
âNgh - you, goddamnit,â you growl now, frustration overcoming your softness for your best friend. âWho taught you to tease like this?â
Choso chuckles in your ear, âMy dear, you did.â
You gasp as he pulls his hands and his cock away from you suddenly. âH-How did I-â
âMmh, did you think I wasnât listening to you whenever youâd come over and tell me about your hookups?â he questions softly, taking a step back and you realize heâs going to collect his mask. âIt hurt, believe me, but Iâve been taking notes. Wanted to ensure I could make you happier than those other losers.â
You realize this means Chosoâs been thinking of fucking you for way longer than you can comprehend. You can hardly blame him; though it came later, youâd had the same awful thoughts of him, but you were able to control it. Youâd talked yourself out of it, that is, until tonight - with the liquor in your system.
âYou make me happier without fucking me, yâknow,â you grin, as his presence returns behind you.
âOh,â his voice drops, âs-so you donât wanna do this anymore?â
You gasp and shake your head. Now isnât the time to be second guessing things, you were deep in heat and Choso would be traumatized if you had to stand here any longer, your cunt dripping uncontrollably down your thighs.
âI want to, mmh,â you hiss, ââm just saying, you make me happy in general. But⊠I wouldnât know if you can fuck me as good as the others, would I?â
Choso growls at this. His fingertips find the edge of your panties and he pulls them over once again - your body jerks at the reunion of his hands on your skin.
âNot as good,â he corrects, âbetter.â
His dick finds your folds again, thigh fucking you for several moments to lubricate himself in your warm juices. You end up standing on your toes at the shiver that ensues from this, your back arching against him.
He takes a deep breath, and finally, pressure hits your hole as his pretty tip pushes through the threshold.
The first thing either of you says is a dramatic âfuck,â as Choso pauses with just the tip in.
âWhy yâstopping?â you panic.
âHah - the guys said if itâs really tight, youâre not ready fâme,â Choso says sadly.
He almost goes to move his hips back out when you shove yours against him, sliding yourself down several inches of cock.
âJust gotta give me a sec to adjust, Cho,â you say, growing angrier at a second mention of the cockblockers. âYâso big.â
âNot big, youâre just tight like this,â he groans. âM-Might not last long.â
ââs okay,â you say, biting your lip, knowing youâve been brewing a devilish plan in your head the entire time - so if he cums fast, that has nothing to do with you. âFill me up, please.â
Choso wastes no time bowing to your request. He takes his arms and wraps them around your body, planting his hands on your stomach, where he hikes up your shirt and your breasts fly out of their restraint - your bra.
âMmh, mmh,â Chosoâs mumbling behind you as he thrusts his entire length up into your cervix, dragging himself back out as slowly as he wants, before shoving his cock back in hastily.
His fingers are gently twisting your nipples now, this combined with the cold breeze from the woods has goosebumps rising all over you.
You whine a pathetic âChoso. My Choso,â as his pace quickens; his sheer amount of girth perfectly passing over the sensitive ridges in your canal. At the angle, his dick is curving up into your g-spot, making your cunt wetter; inflaming the urge to squirt all over him.
Choso is grunting like itâs his first time feeling a real pussy. He digs his fingers into the soft skin of your breasts for leverage and continues drilling his hip bones into your ass.
You decide to look back at him. The mask is on his face, which makes your eyebrows furrow in pleasure. One of his hands leaves your breast and finds your pigtail - yanking your head so that youâre forced to keep looking at him. You thank him by meeting the wrecking force of his hips with your own.
âFuuuck,â he groans, his head falling back. âFuck this cock, sâall yours. Doing so good-â he cuts himself off with a whine. âBeen in love with you for years, but now I know you got this good ass-â a grunt cuts him off, ângh - fuck, and weâre just friends? Iâm supposed to share this with other people?â
You laugh at him before your smugness is cut off with a moan. âN-Not anymore,â you answer, âIâm yours now, Choso.â
âAll mine?â he echoes, driving an extra deep thrust into you for emphasis.
âYours,â you repeat, âhow do you feel about that?â
Choso growls and leans his torso forward, the delicate curve in your back sliding perfectly against his stomach and chest. âLike this.â
Fwip! Fwip! Fwip!
His pace grows quicker, harder. You canât believe youâre still standing with the amount of pleasure heâs inflicting on your poor insides. Each time his tip hits the opening to your uterus, you sulk out a pathetic cry, but heâs not showing mercy. Your sweet best friend could care less how bad it hurts - and you love it.
âNeed you to be meaner,â you groan, âmore often. Fuck. Needed this so bad.â
âYeah? Yâlike that?â Choso buzzes, pulling your head towards him even harder. âLike me tearing up your guts?â
âSâmuch,â you are barely able to moan, let alone speak as white spots appear in your vision. âWanna c-cum.â
âMmh - not yet,â Choso purrs, hand falling from your hair, then leaning his head over your shoulder so that you can see a glimpse of the creepy Ghostface mask out of the corner of your eye. âAlready gonna cum? Thought you were stronger than this.â
âNgh - usually,â you whine pathetically, âbut you - you feel so good.â
âI know,â Choso grins, slamming himself into you several times in a row before slowing his strokes to an agonizing pace.
Youâre still convinced this is a dream you have yet to wake from. To think, he was afraid to even make the first move. Now youâre bent over, middle of the darkness, crying out his name as he fucks your brain against your skull. You canât think, canât feel anything besides your needy hole being filled and then some.
âO-Oh,â Choso grunts, ââkay, maybe you can cum, âcause I donât think âmma make it.â
âOh, really?â you taunt, giggling, now using force from the tree to throw your whole body back against his.
âY-Y/N, no,â he complains, his hands flying to your hips as if theyâre reigns he needs to hang onto.
You ignore him, using all the strength in your legs to fuck back onto him, your pace fast - till you feel the twitch in his cock and his moans become louder than yours.
âNo!â Choso shouts fakely, before trying to pull himself out of you, but you follow him with your hips and he lets his spurts of cum splash uncontrolled all over your walls.
You grin greedily because youâre not finished with him. You reach next to you and rip off his mask, wanting to see your plan unfold in his facial features.
Your hips donât stop, even as Chosoâs cock twitches and shakes inside of you, and his hands are leaving bloody nail-shaped crescents on your hips by now from the amount of pressure heâs putting on them.
âHah - hah - ngh, mmm, n-noooo,â he whines, his head falling limp on your shoulder as you continue to swirl your hips on his cum-covered dick, using him to get your orgasm.
âSuch a good boy, Cho,â you purr in his ear, âletting me use your cock however I want? Dressing up to get my attention? Fucking me exactly how I asked? S-So good.â
âTh-then why are you punishing me,â he stutters, his teeth sinking into your bare shoulder as overstimulation floods him.
ââM not, Cho baby,â you say softly, âI need to cum too. Not fair only you get to finish, is it?â
âI-I was gonna help you,â he says, his voice muffled from his face buried in your shoulder.
He drives his point home by reaching up to your clit, using his fingers to rotate little devilish circles over the spot. You feel your stomach light itself on fire.
âAgh - canât take it,â Choso groans. ââm gonna cum again.â
You can barely hear him, because youâre so cockdrunk that your senses are gone. All that exists in your mindâs eye is Chosoâs hand and his cock, both pleasuring you in different ways.
ââM cumming!â you chant together, full body compulsions overcoming you both as you clench around him - milking every last drop of his second orgasm out as your own ripples through your veins.
You hear squelching as Choso gasps, and youâre vaguely aware of your pussy gushing, but you canât find it in you to care as youâre still trying to stop grunting and shaking.
âOh god,â you manage to rasp, your limp body falling towards the tree as Choso lets go of you.
He collapses against the tree next to you and slowly lifts up his pants as his chest heaves; the world silent around you, save for both of your breathing.
Moments pass and nothing is said, just a silent agreement in the air that the two of you need to gently float off back to the ground.
But then, Chosoâs curious voice pierces the bubble.
âI-Is it bad that IâŠâ Choso gestures to you. âFinished in you like that? N-never done that before, but it felt so nice.â
âNo,â you answer, your voice ringing in your ears. âNothing bad will happen, I take a pill to prevent that. Donât worry. You can do that as much as you want and whenever you want.â
Choso nods, âCanât even think about doing it again right now.â
Heâs so fucked. You are too, feeling like you canât get your brain to speak to your bones. You canât move. All you can do is blink away your high and catch your breath, stars still dancing along your vision.
But after a while, youâre able to pry yourself off of the tree, and the two of you clean each other up as best as you can - Choso wipes his bloody hand print off of your throat, but when you try to get your lipstick off of his neck, he fights you.
âNo,â he says sharply, âleave it.â
You feel your face heat. âChoso, everyoneâs gonna know.â
âThat we made out and you kissed my neck,â he grins, leaning forward to plant a kiss on your nose.
And just like that, your best friend, the person you love more than anything else has you wrapped around his finger and ready to obey his commands. His softness has returned for good.
The two of you find yourselves walking hand in hand through the woods, ecstasy surrounding you in your own little bubble.
You pull out your phone and alert your friends that youâre approaching; and when you two reach the gate, the whole group is standing there - Satoru munching on orange and black popcorn, Toji holding a stuffed panda with blood stains, Geto examining his nails, and Y/F/N slurping a giant purple drink.
âYouâve got to be kidding me,â Toji bursts out, almost immediately after seeing you two approach.
âI know youâre fucking lying,â Y/F/N adds, almost dropping her drink.
âYou motherfuckers were in there FUCKING?â Satoru shouts, popcorn flying from his fingers in disbelief.
Choso turns beet red. âN-No, what?â
âYep,â you nod, contradicting him. âNasty, rough, raw sex.â
âRAW IS CRAZY!â
âOh my GOD-â
âHot.â
Everyone turns to look at Geto in disbelief.
âWhat? You mean to tell me you guys didnât consider fucking in the woods?â he questions Toji.
âWell, I asked,â Toji says, scratching the back of his neck. âShe said weâd get caught.â
Your friend kicks him in the leg.
âThey didnât,â Satoru points out. âYou freaks. Choso, we didnât even know you were here.â
âRight,â Choso nods. âThat was the point.â
Satoru bursts into laughter which prompts the rest of the group to giggle.
âAlso, we were wrong,â Toji admits suddenly. âWe always tell him he canât do shit with Y/N⊠but he managed to tame the beast. Well done, soldier.â
Choso rolls his eyes. âI-Itâs not⊠I didnât⊠she-â
âWell, anyways, Iâm feeling rather⊠sobered now,â you cut him off, adjusting your shirt, unaware everyone can see the red marks Choso left on your sides, as well as the giant hole in your fishnets. âSay we grab some drinks?â
âSounds nice,â Choso confirms.
âOh Iâm sure it does,â Toji snickers. âGonna get her drunk again for round two?â
âToji!â
âEwww!â
âNobody wanted to hear that!â
You giggle quietly next to Choso before you look up at him, only to see heâs already smiling down at you, disheveled hair and all.
âI love you, Sidney,â he coos.
âI love you more, Cho.â

[Yandere.Rich man x ballerina reader]
(I donât actually know much about ballet so forgive me if things are incorrect!)
âââââ
Rich. Yandere who was pestered by his friend and his wife to join them at the opera house and enjoy a performance. The couple had asked him numerous times before but heâd always declined. He was a workaholic and didnât have any other commitments, so there was no need to break his routine. Although he would never admit it to anyone- he barely does to himself- he often find himself imagining a different life; one where he had a wife to welcome him home every evening. Perhaps a few children too. There was no sound besides himself and the staff in his home, it would be so very nice to hear the noise of running feet and happy chatter echo through the empty halls.
Rich. Yandere who is lonely above all else. His family is dead and he has next to no friends- the only one he has is married and devote all his time to keep him company. He knows that he doesnât have the best track-record of being the kindest person in the world, and he might not be the friendliest or the most out-going, still, doesnât he deserve some love too?
Rich. Yandere who eventually give into his friends demand and goes with them to the opera. As they took their seats- the expensive and best ones, of course- his friends wife babble on about her favourite dancer. They were regulars there and had seen many performances. He simply sighed and leaned back into his seat, waiting for the show to begin. He could only hope that itâll be somewhat enjoyable since he doesnât like wasting his time.
Rich. Yandere who was prepared for it to be a dreadful 3 hours, rubbing his eyes and suffering from lack of blood-flow in his legs. Oh how wrong he was. Instantly his gaze zoomed into you as soon as you stepped forward from behind the curtain. You were so beautiful and you moved your body gracefully to the music. It was magical. While he knew close to nothing about ballet, he knew that the point of it were for the women to look like theyâre floating, and itâs exactly what you were doing.
Rich. Yandere who is instantly enamoured with you. As someone whoâs never felt love this was all a brand new experience for him. He asked his friend and his wife if they knew who you were, since they frequent the opera so much. And turns out the wife did know who you were; you were her favourite after all. Rich. Yandere was never close with her or particularly liked her even, but he had to give it to her: she has excellent taste in performers.
Rich. Yandere who starts looking up information regarding you. Itâs be your name, age, background, family, where you went to school and where you live. Everything. He also begins donating a lot of money to the opera house. In a short amount of time heâs become their nr.1 funder. The managers and owners are ecstatic at the news! They ask why heâs so generous and he simply answers that he loves culture and thinks itâs important it doesnât disappear. Then, they wonder if there is anything they can do for him return, to which he smiles in response.
âWell, I do suppose there is one dancer I would be delighted to meet in person.â
Rich. Yandere who you feel uncomfortable around. He is so strange. You were just a normal ballerina, a dancer, no better or worse than anyone before your time. Thatâs why you canât fathom the interest this wealthy man has taken in you. You two came form completely different worlds! But what can you do when your bosses not-so-gently urge you to see this man alone? You dont have any other skills and canât apply to another job if you get fired.
Rich. Yandere who is determined to make you fall for him the way he has fallen for you. Heâll take care of you, love you and protect you. You donât have to worry about a thing. He will do anything for his love.
âDonât be scared, just keep on dancing, my little dancer.â

âââ
"I just wish things were different. I wish we didn't have to hide. I wish your brother knew about us. This sneaking around shit⊠itâs getting old. I donât like having to pretend you arenât the only fuckinâ thing Iâm thinking about."
âI knowâŠâ The dark corner of the club was their solace. The humid air from the sea breeze leaked into the club around them and overly loud and slightly dated music being the unlikely reprove to having to keep up appearances through the last few days. Harryâs family always came with them on this vacation out to the islands and it used to be hell on earth. Each year she had tried her hardest to tamper down her crush, but now she didnât have to.
Well, not unless their families were around.
With her brother in his own room, Harry had volunteered to take Y/N out as a âchaperoneâ of sorts and in turn, gave her a real taste of what it would be like if they didnât have to hide their relationship- but she wasnât exactly ready for the explosive way she knew her brother would react. He took things incredibly personally sometimes, but she was doing her best to try and not let it scare her too much. Harry was right- it was getting old. incredibly so, but it was hard to let go of her peacemaker mentality. Sheâd adopted it her whole life to keep the peace, diffuse situations, and now that she had finally found happiness with someone- it happened to be the one person that she knew he was going to freak out over.
âWe need to tell him eventually, I know that. But I justâŠâ Her fingers tangled in his necklaces, the alcohol making it easier to be emotionally vulnerable for once. âI donât want to ruin it. Donât want him to scare you away.â
Harry's heart ached as he looked at Y/N. He knew she was right, but the thought of hiding their relationship made him feel sick. Tired, even. He didnât like having to watch his hands, where he was looking. He should be able to room with his girlfriend. It wasnât like their parents hadnât been rooting for it for ages, but he tried to understand where she was coming from.
Maybe it was a bit of the rose colored glasses keeping him from seeing what she did, but he didnât feel the need to valiantly protect her brother from the knowledge that he was dating her. "I don't want to hide either, darling." He said softly. âMânot going to let anything come between us, especially not him." His hand slid up her thigh, wrapping around to the back of it and flexing his fingers.
"Your brother might piss me off when finds out, but only because he's probably, definitely going hit me. I'm not going anywhere, Y/N. I promise you that." His face grew more serious. "I donât know how to make you understand that I am not afraid of him. Iâve been his mate for years. I know what heâs like but respectfully, heâs going to need to get over it and realize that I only have the best intentions..."
âI know.â She repeated, the humid air hitting her neck as she pushed bed hair off her shoulder, craning it to look up at him. It was unfair how handsome he was, with his curls sticking to his forehead and the back of his neck and the light shadow of facial hair since he had missed shaving yesterday. âI just⊠I know itâs selfish, but I want to spend tonight imagining he already knows and we donât have to worry about anything. That no one would be all⊠shocked or even say anything if I do this.â Leaning up, she lightly pressed her lips against his in a chaste kiss before settling back on her feet, lips slowly separating. Harry made no move to pull away from her. If anything, he followed.
Harry's eyes shifted as he watched her, his heart picking in his chest. He loved the way she thought, the way she imagined a world where they didn't have to hide. Never once did he imagine himself to be one of those lovesick fuckers, but here he was again. Swooning over a goddamn kiss.
But really, who could blame him? He loved the way she kissed him, all soft and sweet and so damn gentle, like she was still a little hesitant he would say no even though theyâd kissed dozens and dozens of times- stolen them right under everyoneâs noses. As if he could ever say no- his body wouldnât ever allow that. It was all greedy for her, had no capacity, no ability to deny her if anything when it came to telling his girl no. "Then let's imagine.â
Sinewy arms wrapped around her waist as he pulled her back into their hidden corner, the music pumping around them and his body hiding her from the crowd.. "Let's imagine that your brother knows and he's okay with it. That he's even happy for us." He pressed his lips to her neck, kissing and nipping at her skin. âA little grossed out, because I think that you are⊠the most beautiful, incredible, sweet woman Iâve ever had the privilege of knowing⊠but that would only be the truth.â
âYou really think that about me?â Her voice spoke solely to him. In their seclusion, people were still passing by, but no one paid attention. No one cared. To the rest of them, it looked like a young couple too loved up to keep hands off of each other. In most ways, that was the truth. Who knew invisibility could be such a gift at times?
Harry chuckled against her throat, his breath hot on her sticky skin. She smelled like sunscreen and that tequila sunrise she had accidentally splashed on herself, so a bit of orange juice and grenadine. Edible, summer, he wanted to sink into her and melt. "Of course I do." The man scoffed, his hands slowly roaming over her body as if he couldn't help himself. "And if your brother knew about us, I'd tell him exactly that. That I want you⊠and I want tâmake you my girl properly. But thatâs probably where it would stop, because I think heâd want to kill me if he knew what ran through my head when I get to see you.â Harry knew it was a good thing he wasnât a mind reader, and that theyâd gotten away with it for a bit so far. Yeah, heâd be taking a punch because he knew how Harryâs mind worked but he didnât know that he fucking loved her- that this shit was different.
âWell⊠since weâre pretending all is right in the world right nowâŠâ Her hands splayed across his chest, chin tilted up as he pulled away from her throat. Starry eyes glazed over in love peering up just at him, not knowing she was the one he was orbiting. âWhy donât you enlighten me on the things you wouldnât tell him?â
Harry's eyes glinted with amusement as he looked at her. "You really want to know, sweets?" He crooned, his voice low and sultry. "Alright then." His hands tightened around her waist, pulling her flush against him so she could feel just how much he wanted her.
"First... I'd never tell him that I think about you all the time. Like... right now, I'm imagining wrapping your legs around my waist and backing you up against that wall over there." His eyes flicked to the wall behind her before meeting her gaze again. "And how bad I want tâkiss you until you barely have any breath, make you borrow some of mine."
Y/N felt her breathing pick up, ironically enough, feeling trapped in the best way. Whenever Harry was around her she sort of wanted him to smother her, in a weird sort of way. it was hard to explain but close never felt close enough. Harry just had this sort of⊠way about him that had her itching to get close and bask in his own kind of warmth. It soothed her bones.
"Nâthen once you caught up, I'd keep kissing you until you were panting, so that cute little giggle that turns into that sexy moan that you do. Fuckinâ love that." he continued, his voice growing deeper as he showed little restraint with his words. It was easy to forget where they were when he got started. "And then... " He trailed off, leaning in to kiss her neck again, his breath hot against her skin. "Well, I probably shouldn't tell you the rest."
âTell me.â She whined, in a way only tipsy Y/N wouldnât feel shame for. âPlease, baby?â Something sheâd noticed was how strongly he did react to those little pet names so she kept them sparse, but seeing how he reacted always acted as a reward. âYou can tell me. I want to know.â
He groaned low in his throat at the nickname, nipping at her earlobe before whispering to her the rest of the details he had been keeping away, waiting for the coaxing she had to pry out of him. "I'd slide my hand up your pretty little skirt and underneath your panties, feel how wet you already are for me. Slip a finger inside, nice nâslow at first, until you start to rock against my hand."
âYeah? In front of all these people?â She was slightly shocked- but slightly not. Seeing as Harry had really struggled with not being able to publicly show her affection, she should have guessed heâd be handsy in all scenarios if he has the full permission- but this was more than she had anticipated. Even more so⊠She liked it.
"Mhm..." Harry agreed, his hands slowly sliding up her thighs, bunching the hem of her skirt as his hands went underneath without a second thought. "And if you kept making those little noises like you do when I touch you, no one would even notice."
Y/N she didnât always make the best decisions but she knew she wouldnât regret anything with Harry. As cocky as the man could be, as arrogant as he may appear, getting to know him up close and personal the last few months that theyâd evolved into more than what they were⊠she knew he was a good guy. He was the type of guy she wanted. If he wasnât, she wouldnât be risking the peace her life had for it.
But no one ever said she wasnât impulsive. âIt is loud in here.â His body did hide hers in the corner, making it easy to be bolder. âSo you should put your money where you mouth is, and touch me.â
"Oh, I plan on it" Harry said, a smirk tugging at the corners of his lips. He didn't waste any time in sliding his hand fully up her skirt, his fingers brushing against her skin as he made his way underneath her panties. His pace was careful, his touch light as he slowly slid a finger inside of her. Then soft hitch of her breath made him hum felt her bury her face in his chest to muffle any noise she might make. All talk, his girl, but he didnât care too much- not when he felt that slick hole around his digit after being essentially edged all week. He continued to slowly pump his finger in and out, his thumb gently circling her puffy clit.
Biting his lip as he felt her clench around him, he could feel himself grow harder at the thought of being the one to make her feel like this. He added another finger, still moving slowly but picking up the pace slightly. "I want to take you out, show you off. I'm so tired of hiding you." Harry whispered in her ear, his breath hot against her skin. He pressed a kiss to her temple as he continued to move his fingers inside of her. "I want everyone to know that you're mine. Donât want to have tâsneak off in vacation just to play with my girlâs cunt. Shouldâve been making you cum the whole time." Harry's other hand came up to tangle his fingers in her hair, pulling her head back so he could kiss her properly. His eager tongue slipped into her mouth as he continued to move his fingers inside of her, feeling her wetness coat his fingers.
She was clinging to him, her nails digging into his arms as she tried to keep quiet. Her breath was coming in short gasps, her chest rising and falling rapidly. Face buried in his neck, her teeth sank into his skin to muffle her moans as he felt her shake against him. Y/N had never dabbled in public play before, and she knew no one could see, but the thrill of it all had her more wet than she had anticipated. Sure, the girl talked big game but she didnât know what she would do if she had actually got caught being touched like this. Add in the fact that Harryâs tank top hugged him perfectly, his tattoos contrasting his skin, the broad shoulders and brush of his facial hair against her sensitive skin had her feeling drunk.
âThat feels so fucking good.â She mewled, unsure if she wanted his mouth to keep her quiet or his chest.
"Shh..." Harry hushed her, his voice low and warning. "You have to be quiet, baby. Know itâs loud but yâdonât want anyone tâhear you." As much as he liked that idea, he knew his girl. That was something theyâd need to work up to. Just feeling her dripping down his knuckles as he fingerfucked her was shocking enough, so he was more than pleased with this. His face nuzzled against her neck, his stubble scratching her sensitive skin. "Wrap your arms around my neck. Lean back against the wall."
Putting her trust in him was easy, or maybe it was the pent up sexual tension she hadnât been able to release all trip as she did as he asked. The position made it look like a couple drunkenly making out, but his hand angled the farthest from the dancing drunk crowd was working slowly under her skirt.
Harry took advantage of her new position, his fingers slowly sliding in and out of her as his thumb continued to rub against her center. He felt her squirm against him, her arms tightening around his neck as she buried her face in his chest once more to muffle her moans. "Good girl... keepinâ so quiet for me... " He praised, his fingers picking up pace as he fought to keep himself calm. He glanced around quickly, making sure no one was paying attention to them, before he gently tugged her leg up, resting it on his hip.
The man had been good this whole trip. Heâd played by her rules, trying his best to keep prolonged eye contact to a minimum, not leaning into her too much, not touching her, trying to act as he had in the past- but it was borderline impossible. Not with the way he felt about her. He wanted to rub all over her like a cat, wanted to wake up with her in the pretty room with the balcony and be the one to order her morning coffee. He was so tired of being good. In all honesty, the man didnât care who found out anymore, not when being with her felt like this. Her little cunt gushing over his digits, dripping down the back of his hand as he curled his fingers just so.
"You're soaking through to my wrist..." Harry growled lowly, his other arm banded around her waist to keep her upright as her knees grew weak. He could feel her tensing up, her breath hitching as her body grew warmer. "Want you tâlet go for me, love..." He curled his fingers one more time, pressing against her spot over and over as he rubbed his thumb in tight circles over her clit. Her whole body shuddered against him, her legs trembling as she tried to hold herself up. "Youâre right there, baby. Can feel it. Let it go for me, my sweet girl... "
Harry buried his face in her hair as he felt her clamp down around his fingers, her body trembling slightly as she came silently against his hand. Her nails dug painfully into his shoulders as she bit down on his chest to keep quiet, her whimper muffled against his skin as she rode out her high. He held her leg tightly against his hip, his arm around her waist the only thing keeping her upright as her body shook with her orgasm. His fingers remained buried inside her, his fingertips gently stroking against her spot as he kept her on edge, prolonging her orgasm the best he could.
Pulling her face up, he dragged her mouth back to his. Their kiss was sloppy and desperate, Harry's tongue pushing into her mouth as he devoured her whimpers, groaning in response as he felt her cunt clenching rhythmically around his fingers. One of his favorite feelings, his favorite tastes. The only ways it could be better would be with his tongue on her clit or his cock inside of her. His hand shifted, tangling in her hair, holding her head still as he ate at her mouth, swallowing her noises as he kept his fingers buried inside her trembling pussy.
"Shh, baby... I've got you... " Harry cooed, his voice low as he gently worked her down. Slowly removing his fingers, he brought them to his mouth and licked her taste off of them before he lowered her leg back down to the ground.
âWeâre telling him. Tomorrow.â He mumbled, wiping his spit soaked fingers on his shorts. âIâm not spending the rest of this trip with you not in my bed because heâs gonna have a fuckinâ tantrum. Heâll get it over, baby.â
Looking down at her, his eyes softened significantly as he gazed at her flushed face and messy hair. "You're staying in my bed tonight. Iâve gone long enough without it. Everything else, weâll figure out in the morning."

yan! hsr x willing! reader headcanons
yan! aventurine, boothill, kafka, sunday [separate] x willing! gn! reader words: 1,017 requested by: @canigotosleep--plz (original request attached at end of post) cw: yandere themes: obsession, stalking, abduction a/n: thank you so much for the ask! i might do more later, but here's what i wrote for now :>
Aventurine
How interesting that youâve decided to turn his infatuation with you into a mutually beneficial transaction.
He knows that at this point youâve realized heâs stalking you, and yet youâve done absolutely nothing to stop it. You donât try to shake him off your trail when he strides just a few paces behind you when youâre outside, and you havenât tried to look for and destroy the cameras or hidden microphones that you must have figured out are in your home.Â
No, instead you speak more openly about things you want, and what you would expect from your future partner. Your friends and family think itâs just you being a hopeless romantic, but Aventurine knows better. These signals are meant for him, and heâs more than happy to indulge you. You receive gifts of the highest quality that, in the past, you could only dream of owningâ and in the meantime, heâs paying to have your dream home constructed.
When he finally shows up on your doorstep to âabductâ you, youâre more than happy to pack the belongings youâd like to bring with you into a suitcase and follow him into a luxury car that youâre pretty sure isnât even on the public market yet.Â
You never kick up a fuss with him, not even when heâs far clingier and possessive than anyone in a healthy relationship should be. You have a gorgeous boyfriend who showers you with affection, provides for you, and gives you whatever you want, whenever you want itâ what could you possibly complain about?
Heâs content with how things are. Some might say youâre just using him, but he doesnât mind. If you are just playing a part, you play it well, and heâs more than happy to reward you for it.
Boothill
He might be more concerned with his own behavior if he wasnât so worried about your reaction to it.
Youâre fine with someone following you around and watching over you? You want to leave behind your boring, mundane life and not have to worry about making a living for yourself?
Your mindset makes him paranoid and makes him far more protective: would you react like this with anyone who showed this kind of sick, twisted interest in you? It gives him all the more reason to take you away and keep you by his sideâ he has to do it before someone else does. Youâre so vulnerable and naive, and he doesnât trust anyone but himself to be with you.
Itâs smooth sailing after the not-really-an-abduction, though. Youâve always wanted to see what exists beyond the starry sky of your small hometown, and heâs always on the run, so thereâs plenty of places for you two to explore together. He might not ever be able to settle down with you, but youâve found you much prefer the whirlwind life with your sweetheart cowboy, anyway.
Your willingness scares him, but it doesnât matter. As long as heâs the one looking after you, youâve both got nothing to worry about.
Kafka
Oh, what a sweet little thing you are for her.
Truth be told, she was fully prepared to take you by forceâ she is one of the most feared people in the cosmos, after all. You were going to come with her, whether you liked it or not. She didnât care if you cried, screamed, and fought her every step of the way; people can be picked apart and remolded, and manipulation is second nature to her.
But surrendering yourself so easily just saves her the time and hassle, and you will certainly be rewarded for it. The most lavish gifts you can imagine are handed to you, and when sheâs not taking care of a mission Elio has assigned to her, sheâs taking you to the nicest places in every corner of the cosmos. She loves showing you off, and she wonât settle for anything less than the best for you.
Sheâs honestly not surprised that youâre willing to go with her. Sheâd watched you for sometime, and sheâd seen how miserable youâd been working so hard to provide for yourself and just barely getting by. Thereâs no need for that anymore, and sheâs so glad you both agree that sheâs whatâs best for you. Just lay your head in her lap and be good for herâ sheâll take care of the rest.
Sunday
Heâs overjoyed that you see things his way without him having to use the Harmony.
Youâd noticed heâd been stalking you. Careful as he was, itâs difficult not to pick up on the fact that youâre âcoincidentallyâ running into someone a bit too frequently. Yet, you did nothing to stop it or discourage it. You had the attention of the most powerful and handsome man in Penaconyâ why would you complain about that?
Waking up in an unimaginably plush bed within Dewlight Pavilion does throw you off a bit, though. One moment you were chatting with Sunday over drinks at the Dreamjolt Holstery, feeling a bit sleepy, and the next thing you know, youâre here.
You are upset with him when he explains himself and why heâs brought you here, but not at all for the reason heâd been expecting. He could have just asked, honestly. And quite frankly, youâre a bit offended he didnât even bother to properly court you before taking you away and making you live with him. Isnât that, like, kind of indecent?
Once he recognizes your willingness, though, heâs relieved. Thereâs no need to pout any longer, dear. Of course heâll court you properly now that heâs got you somewhere he knows youâll be safe and sound. Should you need or want anything, just name it, and your designated attendants will have it for you in an instant. Any minute of his time not spent taking care of Penacony is spent on you, holding you close and indulging your every whim.
Others might be devastated about being locked up, but youâre more than content with the gilded cage youâve been provided, and youâve taken quite the liking to your keeper.

Okay, I saw the part in the noob!reader post about Kirby. I love Kirby and would love a Kirby!reader in hazbin hotel. Like how he is cute but can consume worlds and everyone is just like *pikachu shocked face*, same with him being able to pull out random weapons from his abilities. I can imagine he got there from a new weird portal and meta knight is like âwhere is he NOW?â.
Kirby is a being of chaos and I love him â€ïž
I ALSO LOVE KIRBBY I WAS A BIG KIRBY KINđđ đŠ
HAZBIN HOTEL X KIRBY! READER
prompt: you lost the sight of your best friend only to be somewhere completely different.
Meta knight was walking ahead of you as you picked up flowers with your cute smile. âPoyo!â You said smiling ready to show meta knight your flowers you picked up into a bouquet. ïżŒ
When all of a sudden, you were getting pulled into a red portal as you screamed out to meta knight who seemed to be in his own world.
âPOYO! POYO!â You then get sucked in as meta knight turns to see nothing. âReader/Kirby?âŠ..where is he NOW!â Meta knight exclaims, his accent thickening in worry as he runs around the area calling out your name.
Meta was basically that Brandon rogers meme when he lost his âchildâ đ
You swirl in the portal to get thrown out and roll into the feet of a person. âOh my! Are you okay sweetie?â The sweet voice says as she picks you up. Charlie looked worry seeing you dizzy. âPoyoo..â you said with a dazed out look from your trip of the portal.
Charlie took you in her hotel, getting you water and suited to rest as vaggie checks up. After 24 hours, they kept you as you became part of the hotel staff.
I headcannon you once accidentally swallowed Angel because you saw him as a regular spider. You literally transformed into his color palette before Charlie made you cough him up.
Angel was so traumatized đ
I imagine you literally almost ending hellâs population by yourself cause you were hungry..you dead ass ran through the streets eating random shit. Thank goodness Lucifer picked you up and ran.
You once walked into Lucifer brain storming and he saw youâŠhe immediately had a new idea for his duck creation. He made you stay in his room until Charlie said it was your bed time.
Vaggie always keep tabs on you so you donât cause trouble around the pride ring and the hotel.
IMAGINE HOW YOU LITERALLY ATE A BUILDINGâŠA FUCKING BUILDING AND HUSK WHO TOOK YOU FOR A ERRAND STROLL WAS LIKE
The egg boiz
Nahh cause you definitely had swallowed up the egg boiz to have a egg shell around you to hide in the egg shell like an ability.
Sir Pentious is always scared of the fact of you just eating him. But you donât cause you literally get fed chips by the bar. So Pentious calms down and lets you have some time with him
Lucifer would probably make you inhale one of his rubber ducks so you can have a duck beak and wings just so he can chase you around with heart eyes excited that his hyperfixation became real
You have a duck hat and a duck pj set. ALSO WITH AN APPLE THEME SET WHICH IS FAMOUS IN MORNINGSTAR FAMILY â€ïžâ€ïž
I can see you always following Alastor like the egg boiz did in âscrambled eggsâ đ except you just waddle beside him cutely
âPoyoooo⊠poyoooo..â you said softly as you tug on Alastorâs pant leg. Alastor looks down slightly entertained by your language and gesture for him to look at you.
âWell arenât you an eager little thingâŠâ alastor says picking you up and taking you to show Rosie his new found friend.
Husk once
STOP IT CAUSE WHAT IF YOU INHALED A KNIFE AND EQUIPPED IT ONLY YOU BE THAT FUCKIN MEME WITH KIRBY HOLDING A KNIFEđđ
YOU WOULD STAB SOMEONEâS TOES AND KNEES YOU ABSOLUTE MENACE!!âŒïž
You definitely stood outside of the Veeâs tower holding the knife with a smile as Valentino looks so scared closing his curtains.
#justiceforangeldust
Angel dust loves you to the point he might adopt you as a sibling since you are pink like him.
Charlie and vaggie are the parents who maintain what you eat and sleep. Dead as you were gonna eat a butterfly when vaggie picked you up like âNOPE! NOT TODAY!â And took you inside for the rest of the time-
See I can personally just imagine that Kirby gif where Kirby eats the whole ass meal on the table. So imagine the crewâs face seeing you do that shit đ
I can see you getting on fat nuggets and just start to ride fat nuggets like a cowboy đđ
Angel definitely recorded it as you just smile while fat nuggets runs around the hotel freely.
I headcannon you bought a bunch a flowers for the crew and the was so adorable how you just picked each flower matching the castâs colors
Imagine you just watching a hell cartoon and Vox is like âkill them! Kill your entire familyâ as you jolted shocked and cry at the scary tv man
Niffty once fed you dust particles thinking it wouldnât affect youâŠit did cause you coughed and got sick. Niffty cried, not thinking it would harm you as she sniffles giving you soup in your room.
Niffty was banned from making lunch for youđ
Alastor be trying to troll you into eating cannibal meat, like dead ass he would make you a sandwich with âturkeyâ meat. But you could already smell THE MUSSTTT đ€ź
So he failed with that mission. But at least you like his radio station and his jazz music.
Charlie brought you to her meeting with the first man so she can feel comfortable as you are kinda like her service animal.
Adam actually would like you cause you love to eat endlessly and you are pick up size. This mf will literally pick you up with one hand and dribble you like a basketball or treat you like a damn footballđ
âHey lute! Go long!â âYes sir!â Lute replies back as she moves back far. Adam launches you making you scream as lute flies up and catches you.
âGOALLLL! FUCK YEAH!â Lute says accidentally throwing you off of the cloud floor they were on. âLUTE WTF?!â Adam yells looking at you fall before a portal had eaten you up. âWell damnitâŠI was gonna miss that lil pink shit.â Adam says before walking away with lute close behind him
Meta knight is back at home was tweaking out as he literally sobs eating with a picture of you on the table. He misses you deeply as he stares at the photo before looking down. âMy friennndâŠâ he says with a sniffle as he covers his face.
Good ending was that you plopped down on the table from the portal as meta immediately hugs you as you smiled happily, showing him the flowers. You guys ate dinner happily!

sleepover - dbf!hotch x reader
for @hotchnerholic who requested: your dad went out of town so youâre staying at aaronâs place because you donât like being alone <3
⥠⥠⥠âĄ
âHoney?â a warm voice whispered in your ear, and a hand shook your shoulder softly.
Your eyes were way too heavy for you to care, so you buried your head further in the sofa cushions and tried to fall back asleep.
The voice insisted. âSweetie? Let me take you to bed.â
âLet me take you to bed.â
The Aaron Hotchner just offered to take you to bed and you were sleeping?
Using your hand to cover up a yawn, you opened your eyes and found his beautiful brown ones already looking at you. You blinked at him slowly as if you were a cat trying to communicate that you loved him.
âAre you okay?â he asked, cupping the side of your face. âYour back is gonna hurt in the morning if you spend the night on the couch.â
âYeahâŠIâŠI fell asleep watching TV.â
âItâs admiring that you managed to fall asleep while a thriller is playing,â he joked, and offered you a pretty smile.
You turned your head towards the TV, and caught a glimpse of a guy in a mask sharpening a knife. âNow that is exactly the reason why I didnât wanna stay home alone.â
Aaron chuckled and placed his hand on top of yours. âYouâre safe here.â
It was hard to ignore the butterflies in your stomach when he was this close to you, so you tried to change the subject.
âI fell asleep while watching Shrek. I guess the thriller started after that.â
âHmâŠYou wanna watch it with me? Or do you wanna go to bed?â
Yes to the bed option, but only if itâs with you, you thought. But you knew that wasnât going to happen so watching a movie with him was the next best thing.
âSure, letâs watch it.â You smiled, and he smiled back. âOnly, Iâm warning you, I get scared very easily.â
âYou donât say.â
âDonât make fun.â You pointed at his face.
âI would never,â he said, and leaned back on the couch stretching out his arm.
The space next to him looked so inviting. You could just curl up in his arms and not worry about anything else.
The fact that you were staying at his house was heavenly in the first place. But watching a movie with him? That was beyond your wildest dreams. You expected him to be gone all day at work. This? This felt like staying over at your boyfriendâs house and having a movie night with him.
âWait,â he said, interrupting your thoughts. âI have popcorn.â
âOhâŠyes please!â
You followed him to the kitchen, and observed him while he was filling a big bowl with popcorn.
His jacket and tie were off, and his sleeves were rolled up just enough for his forearms to drive you crazy. A man his age shouldnât get this type of reactions from you, but he did anyway. As your fatherâs best friend he was forbidden fruit, but that didnât mean you werenât allowed to want him in secret.
âHow was work?â
âCouldâve been better,â he sighed. And then he looked at you with a grin that made him more irresistible than you couldâve ever imagined. âBut I have you here so itâs not too bad.â
What was breathing? âThank you for letting me stay.â
âThank you for trusting me to keep you safe,â he said, and signaled you with a head movement to follow him back to the living room.
âI meanâŠyouâre an FBI agent. Who would have been better for the job?â
âRight,â he laughed.
The movie had started for a while now, so it was hard to follow the plot. Not that you necessarily cared about it â the only thing that was occupying your head the entire time was Aaron sitting next to you, his cologne, and how your fingers brushed a couple of times while you were getting popcorn.
Zoned out as you were, a loud sound coming from the movie made your heart almost stop and you hid behind your hands with a squeal. âShit!â
Things only got worse, as the killer on the screen seemed to be unstoppable, chasing one character after the other. You curled up in the corner of the couch, grabbing a cushion to protect yourself.
âHeyâŠâ Aaron said, looking certainly amused. âCome here.â
Careful not to look too eager, you went close to him and let yourself into his embrace. His arm rested around your shoulders, and he pulled you in close enough for your head to rest against his.
âBetter now?â
âMhmâŠâ you could only say, as your heart was ready to jump out of your chest.
âRelax,â he whispered in your ear. âI wonât let him get to you.â
âPromise?â you whispered back and looked up at him.
âPromise,â he said and kissed your forehead.

the slytherin common room had been buzzing with energy earlier, filled with laughter and stories about the supposedly haunted house at the border of the forbidden forest. youâd been reading your book, half listening to what your friends were saying as they argued about whether or not they believed in these rumours, or if it was just another one of the castleâs unsolved mysteries.
âitâs not even that far,â theo had said casually, grinning. âweâll be back before anyone notices.â and of course, you didnât wanna be the only one to back out. not when you were the only girl in the group, always trying to prove yourself to them. not when you wanted to keep that confident and fierce image you had. and especially not when mattheo riddle was watching you with that usual smirk of his, his dark eyes practically daring you to say no.
â©â©â©â©
so here you were tonight, standing outside some old crumbling building that once had been called a house. the full moon hung high in the sky, casting eerie shadows around you and the boys. the air was colder here too, sending shivers down your back and under the knitted sweater you were wearing. but, of course, you werenât gonna let anyone know that.
enzo and blaise were already thrilled when they pushed open the door, making plans and chatting excitedly about the little nighttime adventure you were having. draco and theo strode confidently behind them, following them inside and leaving you standing next to mattheo, who was staring at you with crossed arms, looking calmer than youâd even seen him.
âscared yet ?â he asked, his voice low and teasing. you rolled your eyes and scoffed, pretending you didnât notice the way your heart rate sped up - from the alluring boy or the frightening house next to you, that you didnât know. âplease. this place is barely standing. the only thing iâm worried about is the roof caving in.â
he chuckled at your answer and leaned closer âdonât worry. if it does, iâll protect you.â
your stomach flipped, and this time you knew it had nothing to do with whatever ghosts were inside that house. the brunette boy was the only human being who had such an effect on you, and you hated it. âghosts be damned,â you muttered, shaking your head as you followed the others inside. âi donât need your protection.â
âthat weâll see, loveâ mattheo said behind you, barely above a whisper.
inside, the house was somehow creepier than youâd imagined. there was dust everywhere, and when the floor creaked beneath your steps, you understood why all these rumours had been invented in the first place. despite the darkness, you could see the faded paintings on the wall, following you as you walked down the narrow hallway. at some point you couldâve sworn one of the figures on the portraits moved, but when you turned to look at it, nothing.
a couple of feet away, blaise was laughing at something draco had said, but you were too busy scanning the dark corners of the house to listen to their conversation. theo was already taking about splitting up, which of course, only managed to make the anxiety tighten in your chest.
âeveryone, make groups !â the boys declared, clearly excited and proud of their idea. âmakes it more funâ
before you could protest, mattheo was at your side again. youâd been hyper aware of his presence behind you for the past couple of minutes, and now there he was, grinning down at you as your shoulders brushed. âwell, looks like weâre partners, then.â you shot him a look. âconvenient.â
âhey, youâll thank me later,â he said with a wink, and it took everything in you not to make another sarcastic remark. still, you couldnât help but feel a little relieved now, knowing you wouldnât walk through this scary place alone.
the two of you silently ventured down another hallway, away from where the others were heading. the floorboards creaked with every step you took, the shadows of your tall figures stretching out against the wall as you moved deeper into the house. it was unnervingly quiet, but the sound of mattheoâs steady breaths and confident footsteps reassured you a little.
the brown eyed boy glanced at you, his pupils gleaming with amusement. âyouâre quiet, getting nervous ?â you muttered a barely audible âiâm fineâ though you couldnât ignore the quickening of your pulse. you hated haunted places, or even darkness in general, but youâd rather get crucio-ed than admit that to him.
he moved closer, his warm breath hitting your neck, and you found yourself unconsciously leaning towards him when he spoke, âyou can hold my hand if you get scared.â you glared at him, grateful the obscurity of the scene hid the blush on your cheek, âin your dreams.â
he laughed softly but he didnât push it, still, his presence was oddly comforting. it made you feel a little less like something was about to jump out from the shadows, and a little more like you wanted him even closer.
somehow, the air in the house seemed to grow colder the further you walked. every once in a while, youâd hear something : a creak, a whisper, maybe just the wind, but it sets your nerves on edge.
suddenly, a loud bang echoed from one of the rooms down the hall and you jumped, grabbing mattheoâs arm without even thinking. your heart raced, and you cursed under your breath when you realised what had just happened.
âtold youâ he said, a grin slowly spreading across his face as he looked down at where your hand gripped his hand. you scowled, quickly letting go. âthat was just instinct.â still smiling, he nodded âsure, sureâŠâ but then his gaze softened, and his voice dropped. âdonât worry, iâve got you.â
something in his tone made your breath catch, and for a second, you forgot where you were. the haunted house, the cold, the creepy portraits, all of it faded as you stared up at him, trying to figure out if he was being serious or if this was more of his usual flirting.
before you could say anything, another loud sound echoed from upstairs. this time, it wasnât just a bang. it was footsteps. slow, deliberate footsteps moving across the ceiling. you froze, every muscle in your body tensing as you looked up. riddle stepped in front of you, his usual playful expression gone and replaced by something more serious.
âstay close,â he whispered and you nodded as you followed him up the creaky stairs , ignoring the tightening in your throat. each step felt heavier than the previous one and the closer you got to the top floor, the louder the sound became. you couldnât shake the feeling that someone, or something, was watching you.
mattheoâs hand brushed against yours again, and this time you didnât pull away. you were too focused on the shadows that seemed to move on their own, on the way the cold seemed to press in on you from all sides.
âdo you trust me ?â he asked quietly. you looked up at him, surprised by the seriousness in his voice. heâd always been flirty and playful when it came to you, blurring the lines between friendship and more. however, tonight, things felt different. despite everything, you nodded âyeahâŠâ
he squeezed your hand lightly, his hand never leaving yours. âgood, because iâm not letting anything happen to you.â
âoi !â theoâs voice echoed through the hall, startling the both of you and shattering the blissful bubble you were in. you quickly dropped mattheoâs hand and stepped back, but it was too late.
theo was grinning, leaning against the doorway with his arms crossed, looking far too amused for someone in a haunted house, and for your liking. âwell, well, well⊠look at you two getting all cozy up here.â your face heated up immediately, but mattheo just smirked, clearly unfazed. âjealous ?â theo proceeded to snort, âof you ? never.â
he glanced between the two of you, and the teasing look in his eyes made you wanna disappear. âweâre heading back, this place is more boring than we thought it would be. meet us downstairs and donât get lost⊠or, you know, distracted.â
with that, he turned around and disappeared back down the dusty stairs, leaving you and mattheo standing there in awkward silence. you could feel your chest thumping as you tried to figure out what to say, looking at the old wallpaper that was falling apart instead of meeting his gaze.
âsee ?â he whispered, leaning down just enough for you to hear. âtold you iâd protect you. even from theoâs terrible sense of humour.â you groaned and pushed him slightly, the banter between you settling back down, âshut up !â
you may have hated haunted houses, but the truth was, you kind of liked the way his hand felt in yours.

w/c: 1.1k tw: needles, at home piercing (DO NOT PIERCE UR TONGUE AT HOME FOR THE LOVE OF GOD), pet names (baby doll, gorgeous) notes: inspired by this thirst hereeeee + thank u my love @ghostbeam for always helping me ilysm
"hold still."
"schorry."
"that means don't speak, idiot."
you roll your eyes in response, pointedly staring at your best friend after you do. his own tongue bar clacking against his teeth when he bites his tongue, concentrating on yours, stuck out over your lips for him to inspect. dyed black hair was all you could see as he dipped, twisted, turned and tilted his head, latex all you could taste as he lifted your tongue with a gloved hand, adjusting the muscle as necessary.
"stick it out as far as you can." you follow touya's instructions, adjusting yourself in the bathroom sink, touya subconsciously stepping further between them when your thighs slip apart, his eyes still focused on your mouth as he stares, his eyebrows drawing further down his face.
you lick your lips as soon as he turns away, attempting to ease the discomfort of your dried lips and pooling saliva from holding your tongue out for so long. touya flashes you a playfully disapproving glance, reaching for the pile of tools sat beside you on the porcelain sink.
"think you can do it?" you study your face like he'd studied your tongue, mapping every freckle, mole, vein, scar and piercing marring the face of the little boy you'd met, you love him like this, you think. so perfectly touya. just as much your touya as he'd been as a hot-headed tween, dragging you by your hand into his room to show off action figures, just as much your touya as he was at sixteen, after his first piercing (well, technically first two, he'd gotten both nostrils at once), when he'd snuck into your room after his mother had seen the gems flash the moment he walked through the door, promising he'd go back home if you watched a new horror movie with him.
"'course i can, gorgeous," you begin to fidget, growing more and more nervous the more he toyed with the tools, gathering what he needed; preparing iodine, lubricant, the needle, the taper and of course the titanium bar. picking up a tissue and something else you can't see, he turns to face you again, inching closer once more, his hips nearly bumping your own on the sink, "that's the point of being a bad influence, isn't it?"
grinning, he pokes his tongue out, metal flashing under low lights, making you hyper aware once more of what you're tucked in your bathroom to do, "alright, out all the way again."
"is that the needle?" you think your voice shakes, staring at the tool he grasped in his left hand with wide eyes, a quiet, wobbly tone like a scared child.
"marker, baby doll, gotta make sure i pierce your pretty tongue nice and straight." touya's smile is crooked, a tiny flash of pearly teeth behind pierced, pink lips.
"oh, okay." still with a wobble in your speech when you begin to fiddle with your fingers, you try to focus instead on the multitude of misshapen chips in your nail polish, trying to decide what colour you might paint them next, wondering if touya will match you with a navy blue, or if the matching tongue bars will be enough.
"i can get you a towel to squeeze? if you're scared?" his voice is low, hushed as he pats your tongue dry, glancing up to your doe eyes as you shake your head, attempting to say you were okay with your tongue out. touya had countless piercings, certain there's more than you can see right now, countless times he'd gone through this process; sanitising, marking, piercing, and not once can you imagine him squeezing something soft in his hands for comfort, digging blunt, painted nails into a plush, imagining a curious face instead, sharp eyes following the needle as you avoided it, maybe crunching his eyes closed in a wince at the very last moment, when the sharp, unforgiving needle tip forced its way through squishy flesh.
"you sure?" he taps the pen on your thoroughly dried tongue, a tiny purple dot staining the centre of your tongue, the fine marker tip making you jump, overly sensitive with adrenaline pulsing through your body, waiting to nod until after he placed the pen aside.
"if you say so, baby doll." you feel the smooth latex of the glove on your tongue again, adjusting his hold on the tip of your tongue to hold the twitching muscle still, looking up to your eyes once more, noticing how you squeezed them shut the moment his muscles twitched to reach beside you for the sterile needle.
"ready?"
"uhuh."
"breathe in." your hands twitch in your lap as you suck in a deep breath, holding it in your chest even as he chastises you for it, muttering a quiet, gentle, "you have to breathe out, too, idiot."
your hands fly to his hips the second the needle touches your tongue, not even quite piercing it yet, gripping him like your life depended on it, a soft whimper echoing from the back of your throat as the needle came out through the underside, your exhale shaky as you clutch touya's hips tighter, your body tense as he whispers soft encouragements for you to keep breathing, "go nice and slow, gorgeous, like that."
you listen as best you can, focusing on the sensation of the denim underneath your fingertips, how it feels to drag your nails over the material, how your lungs inflate and deflate, how touya's voice sounds in the shell of your ear as he comforts you, praising your stillness as he places the bar at the end of the taper.
"i'm gonna put the bar in now, baby, you ready?" you don't nod, not risking moving, instead shifting your fingers to slide under the hem of his shirt, gently tapping thrice on his hot skin, y-e-s, before tucking your fingers securely into his hemline, holding him as tightly as you could when he instructs you to breathe again, "in, 1-2-3, out. did so perfect, baby."
touya doesn't move, doesn't step out of your gravity, out of your hold on him, back three steps into safety from whatever was blooming between you the longer you held him between your thighs with saliva gathering on your swollen tongue, a minuscule amount of tears gathering in your waterline with your wobbly exhale. you make no move either, keeping your hands tucked into the hem of his faded jeans, your tongue out and your eyes closed, cracking one open only when he rests his hands on your thighs, "you will not live it down if you drool on me."
closing your mouth, you giggle before wincing, resting your head on his chest as you whined out at him, "ow, touya, don't make me laugh."

Does Bucky ever get needy?
Does Bucky Barnes ever get needy, nonnie?
Does he want your attention? Yes. He feels selfish at times because he knows you have to focus on others, but heâll stare at you like a puppy until he gets your attention. Or a grumpy cat. He actually sat on your lap once when you didn't look at him. That certainly got your attention. And the time he snarled at Steve for taking up too much of your time. Yes. Snarled. At his best friend.
Does he like your touch? Yes. While he doesnât let a lot of people put their hands on him, he seeks out your touch. He pushed his head under your palm once while you were reading because he wanted to feel your fingers run through his hair. Heâll also hold your hand whenever youâre around a lot of people. It grounds him and presents the two of you as a united front.
Does he like to touch you? Yes. Once he got over his fear of sleeping in bed with someone else, he went from ex-assassin to cuddle monster. Youâve had to pry yourself from his six-feet however many inches tall octopus hold in the mornings, but he just pulls you right back to him. Itâs nice since heâs basically like a personal space heater. Feeling his breath against your neck as he smiles makes you smile, too. And he always has a hand on you or arm around you when hanging out with friends. Not as a sign of ownership, but heâs just thankful that he has you to touch and heâs proud to be your guy.
Does he like to be apart from you when youâre close by? No, not even if youâre just in the next room. Heâll give you space if you need it. Otherwise, he just wants to be where you are. You almost slipped once getting out of the shower because he was just there waiting for you and holding your towel for you. He caught you before you could fall because he wonât let you get hurt if he can help it. Since heâs extremely agile and silent thanks to his training and serum, he makes a little noise now so he wonât scare you again. Unless itâs primal play and then all bets are off.
banner by the talented @cafekitsune
Does he like to be away from you for missions? No. He hates it. Heâll get the job done, of course, because he has someone to fight for and come back to. But good luck to you and your pussy once heâs home. A koala bear sort of hug that quickly turns into desperate fucking. Panting and moaning how much he missed you, how he doesnât deserve you, but youâre so good. Feel so good. And youâre his. His. He isnât letting go. Canât let go. Youâre not walking tomorrow either, but itâs worth it.
Has he ever gotten hard just from you kissing him? Yes. Heated or lazy kisses, a peck on the lips. Doesnât matter. Hell, he felt his cock twitch when you smiled at him this morning. Breathing the same air as you has done the same thing. The first time you told him âI love youâ when he was inside you, he came then and there. He was embarrassed until you told him how hot it was that you loving him got him off. How many others can say that?
Does he jerk off to the very thought of you? Yes. Inhaling the scent from your panties with a growl as he strokes his cock, imagining your gasps and whimpers as if he was actually fucking you. His hand never feels as good as your pussy. Isnât wet or tight enough. Doesnât grip him like a vice. Putting his other hand in his hair, he doesnât pull the strands the same way you do. It just isnât the same. You ruined him in the best possible way.
Does he like to finish inside you? Yes. Itâs like his mission every single time. He drives into you like his only purpose is to pleasure you and fill you up. The last time you went down on him, he had you lay back before he could finish and jerked off on your folds. He pushed as much of his release as he could inside you. And thanks to being able to get hard again quickly, he proceeded to fuck you into the mattress and add more to it. Youâre hardly ever empty.
Does he love you? Yes, more than anyone else or anything. Youâre the beginning and end of everything and that should scare him, but it doesnât. Youâre the sun that rises and brightens the darkness. What he feels for you is eternal, infinite, and heâll cherish every big and small moment the two of you have together. And heâll still love you if the world ends tomorrow.
So, does Bucky Barnes ever get needy? Yes.
And thatâs okay.
Sorry lovelies. Nothing to see here. Go about your business. Love and thanks! â€ïž

I love your writing so much but I'm here with a crack idea just imagine deage Dan is Klarion.
Dan was able to find out who he is outside of Danny then he was able to change his name Klarion Jackson Fenton/Nightingale he is still a little villain boy also now a mom boy.
Ghost King Danny is his mom young justice was so confused when Klarion you're the best gifts get your mom after not talking to him for a while to also begging them to pretend to be his friend . Justice League dark is panicking in the background about the electric being that just shows up.
Danny in full ghost king attire standing there with a plate of cookies ready to meet his son's new friends.
Thanks so much! I am glad you enjoy my writing!
Also thanks because I absolutely love this Idea/Prompt! Sooooo please enjoy this piece inspired by it! Also I haven't consumed a lot of DC material lately so i am basing this all on my memories. In other words.... I went with Tim's little team here.
Hope that's okay and that this won't disappoint.
-------------------
Dan, who was going by Klarion for some years now, had a massive problem. It was the huge kind of problem build on small bubbles of lies that then turned into this one giant bubble that was about to pop just because of one little question asked by his mom when his sister decided to throw him under the bus to deflect from herself and the fact that she was dating a demon. Don't get him wrong he still loves her, but man did he want to strangle Danielle right now.
"So Klarion, Ellie is right. When will I get to meet your friends you told me so much about?"
It was such an innocent question from his mom. And while his moms titles don't scare him, cause at some point in time they could have been his too, the happy dopey smile like nothing was wrong in the dimensions with little expectations directed at him was the scariest thing his mom could ever direct at him when he had asked THAT question.
So now Klarion was in need of a quick solution. When his mom had asked he had mumbled out a quick: "Next week maybe. We won't be busy with hero stuff then." He had started to form a plan. First of all, he needed to remember what all he had told his mom about his new and redeemed life on Earth 43 he had build for himself with the name Klarion Jackson Fenton-Nightingale.
Which fuck. There was a lot he had told his mom just so he wouldn't worry.
Cause now he also remembers that whenever he had gone out to cause some chaos he had made it seem to his mom like he was going out to bond with his new friend or help them with their hero duty. Well, in a way maybe his chaos causing could be seen as bonding. The ghostly kind, that is. And as for helping with the hero duty... he did give them work, something to do with their hero status. Anyway Klarion tried to remember all possible names he had dropped. Shit why did he also mention to his mom that he was working with heroes to make her proud? He should have name dropped some villains instead but nearly all of them were adults. He knew his mom would have frowned if he had only adult friends and no one around his age.
He was pacing his room in their castle. He need a plan, a good one at that. He knows he name dropped Robin, now Red Robin, Superboy and Impulse on a whim once. Superboy more so cause his mom had been interested in the Alien Heros of the Earth of the dimension he was partially living on now. He had mentioned Robin for the joke of knowing that there is a Dinner in an other Dimension with the same name. And because his Grandfather didn't like the Flash-clan which meant his mom didn't like them too much because of their messing with timelines either, he had mentioned being friends with Impulse on pure spite because of a punishment one day and to see their reactions. So he had to get these three on board anyway, and because for the heck of it he would get Wonder Girl involved too. It was never bad to have a girl in a friends group.
Klarion stopped his pacing. Turning towards his demonic ghost cat companion, kind of what Cujo was to his mom now. "Teekl, I think I have a plan. I will convince these Idiots, that shouldn't be a huge problem. Most of them are normale little flesh sacks." Teekl and him stared for some time at each other and after a moment Klarion huffed turning away with crossed arms. "It's a good plan don't be so sceptical, they are heroes right? They will not refuse my request!"
Well maybe Klarion should have planned this a bit better.
The next day Red Robin blinked at the witch boy up from the ground in the living room of what looked like to be an normal apartment. He had just been in Gotham, working on a case and now he was here? Looking to the left he also noticed that Superboy (the older), Impulse and Wonder Girl were also with him. They all looked stunned he observed and partially disoriented. Additionally they hadn't heard from Klarion since the last time they had foiled his plans on raging chaos upon the earth, that had been weeks ago.
"Kla-"
"I have summoned you heroes here. For the moment it is fruitless to try to leave because of the magic barrier." Okay rude to be cut of but that explained why he suddenly wasn't where he remembered to be last anymore. It was now Superboy who opened his mouth first but before he could even make a sound Klarion decided to speak over them again. "I have presents."
Four young heroes collectively blinked, confused, stunned and weirded out. As the which boy before them waved over to wards a table filled with boxes and packages. "I come in peace today, to proof that I brought these are presents, filled with various goods from different dimensions that should be to the liking of you all. Technologie, accessories, snacks, weapons, as well as clothing styles."
Red Robin shared a glance with his friends, a silent communication but before he once again could say anything Impulse was already by the table going through the stuff. They could here his 'oh's and 'ah's, which inevitably made them curious and they wandered over too. Klarion was not acting hostile at all yet but Red Robin did not trust that so he kept the which boy in clear view the entire time.
"Rob! You gotta see this! That actual futuristic Tech!"
"Look at these snacks."
"These accessories don't look to bad..."
His eye twitched when he noticed Klarion was sporting a smug look. Red Robin had to ask now, because this was not normal for the other. "Okay usually you would have started some big shot chaos plan by now. I don't buy this peace offering act and your way to formal talking. So what is going on?"
The other three, thankfully in Red Robins opinion, finally looked away from the tempting gifts and also turned their attention fully on Klarion. Who's smug smile falter as he let out a sigh and stared at them with what they could only describe as a frustrated look.
"My mom is planning to visit me."
"And?" Impulse asked between munching on three different bags of chips that where on the table.
"And he believes I am friends with you idiots."
They stared slack jawed. Impulse was pinching himself like he couldn't believe what they had just heard. Did one of their Villains, just informed them that their mom believes they were friends? Red Robin was starting to think he might be in a sleep deprived Hallucination.
"Why would she?" Wonder Girl questioned next to which Klarion glared at her with fire in his eyes.
"First of, my mom uses the pronouns he/Him. Be rude to my mom and I will find a way to make your life a permanent hell on earth." Wonder Girl blinked lifting her hands as in a sign of peace. "Second, my mom is under the believe that i work with heroes not against them. I do not have the heart to disappoint him after everything that happened in the past. So I embellished the truth a little."
"A little?" Superboy retorted sarcastically, to which they caught a light blush dusting the which boy's cheeks.
"Look my sister threw me under the bus and my mom wants to meet my friends now! So I need you idiots to play nice with me for when he visits!"
"And we will do that because?" Red Robin crossed his arms, watching their villain sceptically still not really buying this entire act. This was to strange of an behaviour change. Something was up, and he was going to get behind it.
Klarion on the other hand was starting to panic internally. His plan was not as he had hoped. The presents he had specifically gotten from other dimensions with what he believed was their interests did not work to make them simply accept his request. This was the last time he would listen to old man Vlad on how to bribe humans, he wasted his entire week on getting all that stuff. His mom was going to show up soon enough he need to have them act as his friends by then so he could remove the magic barrier. Or else his mom would notices he faked everything.
They left him no choice. He would have to throw his pride away for the sole reason to not disappoint his mom.
All four Young Justice Heroes blinked as Klarion suddenly threw himself on the ground before them into a pleading position.
"Please! I beg you, just for the time my mom is here. Please act like my friends!"
"I didn't think Klarion was a mama's boy...." Impulse whispered to the rest of them in pure disbelief as they stared stunned at the kneeling witch boy.
Cut to the heroes that noticed their teens were missing.....
"Where is he?" Batman growled at the Constantine who was sighing tiredly.
"Look mate, the way you and the other Spandex wearing friends explained it, made it sound like they got summoned by a being of the Infinit Realms." The blond man sighed lighting another cigarette eying the four heroes, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Flash. Zatanna was behind him pouring over a book about the realms and trying to find a tracking spell to trace it back and to where they could have been summoned.
"Don't you have something like a tracker on your boy?" Batman only growled something under his breath to which the Brite couldn't help to arch and eyebrow. Constantine was going to say something sarcasting as Deadman suddenly appeared a panicked look on him. "The Ghost King has chosen to come to our dimension."
"Say bloody what now?" All attention that had been on the heroes and their problem of missing teenage heroes turned now to Deadman and the news he brought with him. "The ghost, shades and spirits talked, for the king has decided to visit our Dimension. They are in an uproar, no one knows of why our King is on his way."
"Bloody fucking hell!" Constantine cursed. "We are fucking screwed! Isn't that guy a fucking tyrannical eldrich war maniac?!"
Deadman nodded solemnly and Constantine uttered another hearty and colourful 'fuck'. While the heroes present exchanged worried glances, not only were their kids missing but now a, by the sounds of it, highly dangerous being decided to appear in their dimension? Batman couldn't help but think that there had to be a connection to the missing teens and this.
Meanwhile in the Infinite Realms the Ghost King Castle...
Danny smoothed out his fur trimmed cape and adjusted his crown so it was floating nicely and evenly on his head. Today was the day he would get to meet his sons friends. He needed to make a good first impression. That was why he had chosen to take on his Ghost King form for this. With the wave of his hand he made an ice mirror appear before him, checking how he was looking once again. Once satisfied he nodded to himself looking over towards Fright Knight who was holding the plate of cookies he had baked himself. It was the fifth batch, and the only one that didn't turn out burned. He had needed Jazz help for this one to turn out well. It was only proper if he brought some cookies for the kids. Also he would have loved to bring his families fudge but... the last time he had tried making them had turned into a disaster.
"Thanks Frighty. Do you think Klarion's friends will like these? Wait don't answer! If they don't like them I will just get something else to thank them for taking care of my boy." Danny rambled on as he glanced at the plate of cookies in his hands. Why was he so nervous? He was just going to get to meet his little boy's friends. Sure his boy had dropped some stories about them and his adventures with them here and there. But hearing stories and meeting the kids were two different things.
Shaking his head Danny put on his best smile as he summoned a portal to Klarions apartment in the 43th Dimension of Earth. It was time to visit his boy in the place he had made his second home and thank the people that looked after his kid.
